OMG they recast Summer? Well, at least this little girl looks cute and she actually seems to have, you know, a personality. She looks like she could be Michelle Stafford's daughter too

The previous one shocked me when she actually said a word: "Sharon."

It's stupid how both Nick and Phyllis kept asking questions and she kept quiet.

I really loved today's episode. It was good accross the board. My girl MJ is breaking my heart! Poor thing is just all kinds of messed up over Jack. Ii feel very sorry for her, and i really don't know why, except for Haiduk's fantastic acting. Did you guys notice that Sharon was talking about her baby being safe then they moved directly to MJ looking at a picture of Sharon and Jack? Hmmm...

The only thing I don't get about the MJ plot is what did Victor want her do in the first place? She hasn't received any instructions from him in a while it seems. Is this just another inorganic pacing flaw that everyone seems to be noticing?

Mac WAS better today, if you call "better" that she smiled a bit and seemed like she was having an emotion.

Sharon's so damn interesting now! Her therapy session was weird. Was i hearing things or was the Dr.s name Miss Mason?? If so, very cute MAB!

Did you see the great Jess Walton and Yani Gellman interviews? No spoilers....

The JW interview was spectacular! She really opened up to NB. it would seem that Jess really thought that it was all about demeaning her when they gave her the paycut, which it wasn't. Hope MTS talks to Jess too!

I don't know about Summer, it sounds like Phyllis

is going to need some type of therapy to me, or maybe family therapy was suggested since Phyllis and Nick's marriage is crumbling and it's impacting Summer.

Looked to me that

Phyllis and Nick broke up and are needing a nanny to help care for Summer.

One day doesn't make up for how much this show lacks romance in the day to day writing.

I SO agree and all of this Lame crap isn't romance and neither was Sabrina and Victor.

I liked EO going all bitch-tastic today on Billy today. I hope if Jana goes crazy it's not going to make us lose her. She's consistantly good even when her material is consistantly not.

Agree here too although, I've never liked her being paired an especially married to Kevin, she has no identity.

Maybe Colleen's "big story" was showing up at Lily's wedding and then ditching it real fast. Always a bridesmaid, that Colleen. Mac, Chloe, now Lily.

Dru's body was never found! She's been kidnapped by Somali pirates and they have her locked away in a castle in the middle of the Sahara!!!

Colleen is always a bridesmaid because the current incarnation has no chemistry with any of the guys.

TPTB just need to suck it up and ask Rowell to come back.

When CLB kept Michael's hissy fits at bay, he was very, very convincing as a straight man. His obsession with Christine is legendary and when I was watching the Alden years with absolutely NO knowledge of the actors or their personal lives (as well as no spoilers :lol:), I had no idea. I think our knowledge of his sexuality, plus the fact that no-one's bothered to tell him to tone it down is coloring perceptions a little too much.

I agree, whenever he starts in with his OTT antics that's when he can be stereo-typed.

Not by me! The only time I enjoyed watching the bug was when she was being terrorized by Michael. CreepyBeardedMichaelFanForever.

Never do I want that Swiss Miss Stripperella darkening Y&R's door again. If the show wants a sexy, curvacious 20-something babe, might I suggest Sophia Loren-alike Adrianne Leon? Somebody here has the most gorgeous avatar of her rocking the dark shades and long, glossy hair.

I loved watching the Bug being terrorized as well. Is mine the avatar that you're referring to?

Let me add, I thought it was a brilliant way to tie Summer's drawing in with Cassie's flashback of the same thing.

I miss Cassie. :(

I think Friday is probably going to be extra emotional on that front. Even under Latham's mess, they never forgot about Cassie and the anniversary of her death and they play it up every year around this time, as they should. Four years after her death, she's still driving story and all that's happened was both directly and indirectly because of her passing.

In a few years, NOT NOW, I wouldn't be opposed to her twin coming to town. But it would have to be creative. MAB would have to beg Nancy Curlee to consult, as Curlee pulled Nick off as Lujack's twin and Alexandra's long lost son effortlessly.
