Y&R: Quick Interview with Tonya Lee Williams

Hey guys...so I got to do a quick interview with Tonya Lee Williams (Olivia, Y&R) for work last week at Toronto's LG Fashion Week. She teased that she'll be involved in Ashley's new storyline. You can check it out here. Also asked her who she enjoys working with and any current plans to bring back Victoria Rowell...sorry, I know it's short but I literally only had 30 seconds and had no idea she was going to be there!

I didn't understand that last thing she said about Rowell... She said something like: "Last I heard.........." Can anyone tell me?

And thanks, Mr. Brightside for the interview! I love Tonya and Olivia!

Whoever does her makeup needs to be shot. Tonya is such a beautiful woman, but she comes off as so plain onscreen now. She looks nothing like the Olivia of old.

I don't think it's her makeup.

It's something else: menopause. She's 51, it often changes how women look. I have several menopausal patients who literally looked different overnight. I think she's also put on 15 pounds or so and some of it has gone to her face (which I also suffer from, I gain a pound, it goes right onto my cheeks!).

In the 90s I always thought TLW could stand to gain a few pounds. She was such a stick insect back then. She looks much better now IMO. :)

^^ Yeah, I agree. I actually think that TLW has looked beautiful since in her recent returns. I've never seen her look more glowing, actually.

Tonya is so delightful and down to earth. Hope she stays for awhile, to keep some Winters/Barber flair alive on the show

I wish they would bring Nate back. That would keep Tonya involved, even if she wants to stay recurring, she could be a supporting character in Nate's storylines.
