CBS pointed out that since President Bush's term expired at noon and Obama hadn't taken the oath yet that Biden was the President for 5 minutes.

Yes. This is what I found in regards to that part.

12:00 Noon As specified by the U.S. Constitution (20th Amendment), presidential terms of office begin and end at 12:00 noon on January 20. Barack Obama will take the oath of office, which is this simple, 35-word, statement:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

I am watching the CNN feed here, but I know that one of our free to air channels has the CBS feed adn I had it on there for a moment and I heard her voice.

Why? I mean, obviously if they're supporting Obama then they probably don't like him. Any substance to it?

Some are pissed that he was going too fast for Obama. And, it seemed like he didn't know the oath.

I am proud of the crowd. everyone was pretty much well behaved and it went very well.
