I thought RFK was too old/crazy even for her, vs. the 'suave' alt-right/Nazi figures like Richard Spencer or Milo she's been tight with for years. She has always been a fascist socialite/it girl, Eva Braun in Patricia Field. She's also the one who wrote the infamous Biden hit piece several months ago claiming a 'conspiracy of silence' around his mental decline while waxing rhapsodic abut the changed post-assassination Trump. This was in part due to Nuzzi being shut out by the Biden admin when he won.
