Glad for Y&R. It was really good last week. Nice jump by them. ATWT had a lot of James Stenbeck last week. Surprised at them being back up in the 2's. I attribute it to James Stenbeck. Good job for CBS.

I really don't think that the fans that have left AMC over the past couple of years are going to be coming back. A small fraction will, but for most once the habit was broken they're gone for good.

Maybe they got a 4.0? Nah...probably just an error. The gain has to be .1

Hmmm.. Well maybe the ratings will pick up after the tornado hits.

Just for reference, here are some ratings from Labor Day (Monday) for CBS & NBC:

CBS' coverage of the US Open Tennis Tournament on Labor Day averaged a 2.1 rating/5 share from 12:30-6 PM ET, which was down from a 2.4 rating last year.

NBC's coverage of the PGA Deutsche Bank Championship's final round averaged a 1.5/3 from 2-6 PM ET on Labor Day. This is down from a 4.0 last year.

Y&R deserves the rise, I hope it can continue, the show is enjoyable.

The same goes for AMC, that show is going to need some promotion because I have enjoyed it as well and yet the numbers are bad.

Great to see AMC get a *relatively* strong wise for their improved material.

I know its hardly a key demo but out of sheer curiosity, why the big year-to-year drop in men for ABC? Granted ABC's year-to-year numbers overall are a travesty (although AMC seems to have tapered off the losses this week) but what's up with the guys?

I would watch but I just don't want to catch CKLily. She's the reason why I stop watching. Until I know she's gone I'll watch Y&R again.
