Judith and Ted are good actors and you just don't throw that away. They are better at supporting. Of course it could be they were on vacation. I met Tracey at an even a week and a half ago and she said Greg and Emily were just getting back from vacation, then she would be gone for a couple weeks followed by Christian. With the Newmans dominating the story maybe they are just rotating the Baldwin/Fisher actors vacations.

I always find Nick and Phyllis so forced lately. I mean all that Prince Nick talk was just so ughh. I know they were throwing their fans a bone but it is so phoney. Michelle Stafford is a good actress and Josh Morrow has been much better these past few weeks, but opposite each other they just bring out the worst in each other's acting in my opinion. I never feel like I am watching a real married couple. I never get lost in their scenes. I have in the past with other pairings for these two but together they do nothing for me except make me roll my eyes.

I'm a fan and I did not care for their scene today. It seems like tptb needed to throw something together in the way of a love scene for the fans but that sucked. They have had several other really good scenes lately (like at the hospital) but today's "love" scene sucked. And this is coming from someone who loves them!

ETA: I had to laugh because I just read some other posts from people who liked the scene. LOL!

LoL, that was moi! I thought with the KING Nick story aside, it was pretty hot. I liked the foreplay bit though, pretty hot.

I just wish someone who could pull it off the rolw was in the role and this is what i dont understand - i actually really liked TS on her former soap. She can play kinda bitchy well and she falls flat on Y&R. i dont get it. but then again some actors just dont work on Y&R.

The scene was effective only in making me feel some sympathy for Chloe and hatting Colleen. Is that really what they want to accomplish?

ETA: Am I the only one who finds Lily's position that Cane has to marry Chloe for the sake of the child ridiculous? I mean I get the backstory...Lily grew up without her bio-dad, and she spent most of her childhood apart from Neil in Paris. I also get that Cane had little parenting...even adoptive mom Violet passed away. Still...Chloe and Cane have to get married?

Cane, who last week was secure and confident (I know myself...I would not have slept with Chloe) better not be swayed to pursue this childish, antiquated course of action. Silly. If it DOES happen, it will be classic Bell (I remember lots of marriages that had to be endured for six months or year, in order for some other thing to happen), but it will also be plot driven and out-of-touch.

WORD. Seriously, Colleen only has an advantage when picking one a woman carrying a child--and still only made me farther on Team Chloe in these "fights."

And I really don't want to offend the actress or one particular user here but the portrayal is a huge part of this problem. She's effing awful - and I've to roll my eyes for the whole time as soon as AwfulAustralianFauxColleen shows up for a scene.

AwfulAustralianFauxColleen really is one of the last relicts of the horrendous LML Y&R and needs to be good-bye-kissed ASAP. Right now I would not even care if they killed Colleen off...
