I'm shocked. I'm despaired. I'm confused. I'm outraged.

Then 2 people are getting their reps and maybe their lives ruined and the peep who started this whole hing should be sued!

I may be alone, but i dont care what actors were invovled. all of the blame goes onto ES for encourging it to happen. and Ken Corday for not knowing how to run a buisness

If it wasn't true NBC/Sony/Corday would of refuted it today. When they say no comment they are still working out a spin for the whole thing.

Not to say I told ya so, but the minute I read this my mind went to her. And I'm a fan.

I hope at least this means Ed Scott is gone. He is just not right for Days AT ALL.

I'd still like to hear the other side of the story. If the rumors are true, and she finally got off that damned fence, I can't really fault her for it, especially given the destruction that was done to her character in recent months.

But regardless of what any performer, writer or producer did or didn't do, Corday has always been and will always be the ultimate evil at Days.

The only reason the show is semi tolerable every other day is because of Ed. Reilly isn't right for DAYS whatsoever.

If Higley has not been writing for months, why was she on the Today show the other week promoting the autism storyline.

Why are they killing our show?

[!@#$%^&*], the renewal hasn't even officially been announced.

So in a few years, what will we refer to this as? "Days-gate"

Ali will not be fired, she's too valuable a player to NBC and the Days family...but she's going on maternity leave at the end of the year..I think its more a matter of if she will just choose not to return...I have a feeling whatever got tweaked hasn't even hit the screens yet..And what we've been seeing the past few months is what drove them to make changes...Sami willingly bedding her rapist, then trying to get back with Lucas..And then losing both guys to other woman..Also its a shame that first Hogan and then Dena were able to turn one of the most popular characters on the show to someone many fans can't stand now..

Very sad. Especially since she was the first person to come to mind (and I'm a fan too). I wonder what the rest of the cast thinks...you never know...they might all be on board with it.

Higley was on the Today show in the June I believe.

They said she hasn't been writing for weeks.
