June 28, 200817 yr Member I couldn't get one of those links to work. Well, one was the aftermath of the infamous scene in which Victoria slapped Victor because he paid Diego to leave town (Diego was actually in the hospital...for something, someone attacked him, IIRC). Fantastic stuff. WE MISS YOU HEATHER TOM!

Eric is always having a hard time unless Victor is simultaneously having sex with someone young enough to be his granddaughter while pistol whipping Jack and eating the leg of a boar.
June 28, 200817 yr Member Granted, I haven't watched this show as long or as much as others (for me (and my mom), it's been off-and-on since 1982), but given Victor's temperament or disposition, it doesn't seem too out-of-the-norm (for me, at least) to have him interfere even in his kids' personal lives. After all, as Victor has intimated time and time again, he didn't get to be who and where he is by "being nice". Victor, as powerful as he is, must always be suspicious over whether one of his kids' latest paramours is using them to get to him. I'm not saying he's right to be so...overprotective of his kin, but I feel like that he's who he is (and that he makes no apologies for it, either). Edited June 28, 200817 yr by Khan
