I'm in love with this Todd-Starr story for soo many reasons. I actually appreciate Trevor playing Todd for the first time. I actually think Kristen has shined during this storyline.

Rex, Gigi and Adrianna...I wonder what happens after...because seriously? Where can they go from here?

I see some people questioning that and I would have myself if RC was not writing the Rex/Gigi s/l but I see so many options myself.

1) Gigi does not know the real Rex the bad boy he was. She was shocked to learn he was already married once.

2) Rex will not be able to get over adriana

3) Gigi's lie about Shane, Roxy's lie and Charlie's lie could push Rex back into the bad boy he was.

4) We still have not got all of Gigi;s backstory. She seemed to have been in an abusive relationship

5) Ramsey still after Gigi and Todd

6) Brody is still in Llanview

7) Brody may be connected some how to CJ (Navy Seal). CJ was Gigi's abusive EX?

Those are a few, IMO there is so much potential for this pairing. I love this S/L!

Rex is going to be pissed off at alot of people. Gigi for lying about Shane. Though I'm sure she'll be able to rationalize it to him in a way that makes sense. He ran off to Llanview, didnt say goodbye, she didnt know where he was and had a kid asking who his daddy was so she made up a story, then she was screwed cause it would have hurt Shane to learn the idea of his father that Shane was so proud of was a big lie. Adrianna he wont be so forgiving to, and she'll leave town in disgrace.

Well Melissa Fumero who plays Adrianna is leaving, so I can expect one helluva exit for her character after this. The beats for the Rex-is-Shane's father storyline have all yet to be played. Plus there still is the question of who is Rex's father LMAO!

Psh Brody can be written off any second, he's a Tomlin creation.

OH MY!!!!!

This is GREAT soap stuff right here.

I think Starr will lose the baby, which will change her father-daughter relationship with Todd forever. Wasn't it originally reported that this pregnancy storyline would be very short anyway?

    • I'm going to rationalize it this way: in a world filled with facial transplants, computer brain chips, and prisms, drugs are the only crime an international spy hero cannot solve. (too ABC afterschool special?)
    • May would have been very good as Lloyd. I'm still not sure why they didn't do a better job casting that part, aside from Joe Lambie. Who thought hiring Robert Reed made any sense?
    • That would make sense. I should try to look for one of the interviews Toni had around then (I think there was one somewhere).
    • I spent the afternoon coming up with an alternative story idea for John's death. Suppose, Orpheus wasn't caught after Marlena, Steve, Paul and Andrew foiled the nuclear bomb plot, but took John as his prisoner and went on the lam. Eventually, it gets revealed that he was the one who had the sepsis drug stolen, not some random junkie. And he uses that, and John as bait to lure Marlena, Steve, Shawn, etc. to where he's holding John. While they're all searching for Orpheus, John and the drug, Shawn manages to find the drug and rushes off to save Bo, but immediately after that, Orpheus captures Steve and Marlena and ties them up in a room with John, who's also tied up and weak but has a bomb strapped to his chest. As the bomb ticks down, Orpheus explains that he's finally going to kill them all, once and for all. But just as he's about to leave the room, and the timer on the bomb reaches zero, John breaks free of his restraints and attacks Orpheus. They struggle, fall out a window and the bomb explodes, killing both John and Orpheus.  Idk if that's the best idea in the world, but it seems to work for me. Not only would it have John die as a hero, but it would also rid us of Orpheus, who I hope is completely forgotten about now. Even though Marlena, Steve, Roman, etc. are still on canvas, he has no purpose anymore now that John is dead. And it just doesn't feel right to me that John is gonna be dead, while Orpheus is still alive. In some ways, it almost feels like, after all these years, he beat John. Which is total crap. If Stefano couldn't beat John, there's no way this pain in the ass could do it

    • Also, good to see that Hope has kept up Bo's fade for the past year. It must be tough to maintain a high and tight fade, when your client is in a coma.
    • Ooooh. Sounds like the lame stories that came right before Diane came back from the dead.
    • Bad enough I barely remember LOL. I recall the month was tied between the surrogacy, Phyllis sleuthing on her laptop at the bar in the Grand Phoenix about Tara and Ashland, and Sally getting Summer her dream job to get her out of town.
    • 'Oh...that's Ms. B!tch.' OMG!!! Not Silk Press Sheila giving an old school threatening villainess scene. and the building background music was EVERYTHING in that moment.   Oooooo YES! Loving Anita vs Tracy. If this is how it's going down with Tracy, I can't wait for Sharon to show up.
    • There wasn't any exposition on this that I recall, but I was too busy sobbing over John's death to notice if I am being honest.
    • HAHAHAHAHAHAH   I believe it because I've never heard they were not all bio before this. They always seem to favor DD to me. I am shocked.
