More of the quick story with Ellen and Lucy becoming friends. The first clip was uploaded a while ago and now a few more have been added to them. I'll just post the first two. I enjoyed this a lot at the time - it was nice for Lucy to get to know someone so different from her, and nice to see Ellen in a different plot as well. They had trashed Lucy very badly right before this, and this story was sort of a way to make her more likeable again. Debbi Morgan does such a great job in this - she makes it genuinely look like life and death.

does anyone have any clips of the prime time premiere episode and any of the culliton era? i loved they're time there and was upset to see them go (very under-rated imo)! ive tried you tube but...

Some of the Matt/Ellen clips available are from the Culliton material - up to the the time of Matt fighting to be able to help in surgery. There are a fair amount of Eve clips starting from the very first episode.

Lucy's miscarriage is also up.

I'm watching some old episodes of Port Charles while I recover from some minor surgery and it's just hard to believe all of this was ten years ago. These episodes, aside from a few of the pop culture references, still hold up well.

I'm sorry about your surgery. Do you think they hold up well because soaps were better even ten years back, or due to quality, or a combination of the two? When I watch the late 90s ABC soaps, for example (well at least AMC and The City--I had stopped following GH by then and OLTL was a mess at that era) I always kinda wonder which it is.

As bitter as I was about The City being canceled just as it found its feet, I did watch the first few months of PC and enjoyed it more than I expected--but then with a major move I only really kept track of AMC and OLTL to a lesser extent and didn't delve back in (briefly) until the story arcs started.

I don't remember him being touted for anything - this at least explains why she seemed to vanish in spite of being hyped during and after PC. I always thought it was because her voice was so horribly annoying.

Elisabeth is not a good person for serious interviews (and why is she dressed like Barbra Streisand in Owl and the Pussycat).
