No writing or directing for ATWT? They always get directing nods, don't they?

I'm not sure how this'll work with OLTL seeing as how they had a writing change in the middle of the year. But fans know Ron wrote the funeral episodes (if that's what they submitted). I'll make sure to ask Tom about it tonight.

Days not getting writing or directing noms probably goes back to one huge thing, IMO.

The Academy has no respect AT ALL for Ken Corday, and they want to punish him for the horrible way he has ran that show.

It's a [!@#$%^&*] shame that with the great writing (By Hogan & his team of course) and the great direction this year, that the show gets screwed like this again.

The feeling I'm getting, is that the committee was happier with the writing/directing over at ABCD then the acting?

There's absolutely no way that EW/DK deserve the noms for GL.

Whose ass are these two hacks kissing that GL was nominated again in these categories? It's pathetic. The only nomination they should have gotten was "Outstanding Destruction of a Drama Series", IMO.

Bold & Beautiful was robbed. They so deserved a best show nomination.

B&B was SUNBBED foe Best Drama, hopefully they win Writing and OLTL wins Best Drama. B&B and OLTL deserve the top two prizes, but watch them not win.

IMO B&B should be there rather then GL or Y&R....................

I am so totally uninspired by all of the noms for best drama, Daytime was a hot mess this year, and I don't think any one show stands head or shoulders over the other: however, that being said there are some improvements coming: OLTL will have an awesome summer and I can see some flashes of brilliance over at B&B but, speaking of this past year, I dont think any show has been outstanding at all... but GH will likely win cause they produce 2 emmy episodes each year and rob those who try to keep the production value up all year long.

Whatever, I have absolutely ZERO stake in what happens... most of the noms this year are garbage.. but then again it's been a garbage year.
