How weird would that be. Rena playing Molly which Lesli Kay originated and Lesli having played Lois whom Rena originated. I could see Rena playing Molly, I think it could work. Rena is definately talented enough. I wonder how long a contract they are offering?

I agree this is good news. I am assuming she is coming back for ummmmmm.....Dusty's funeral and to make a move on Holden? It's funny how she might be taking Leslie Kay's former role. I could see ex- Billie playing the role of Molly too.

Every man in her age range is spoken for, unless she were to pair up with Chris again once he discovers Emily's prostitution. Let Holden get the jungle fever out of his system before throwing him into her clutches. She couldn't be connecting with Carly. Rosanna and Gwen don't even do that. It's just so hard for these people to consider a new Frannie or Sabrina.

That would be such a funny coincidence. I wonder if they bring Molly back how far behind her Abigail will be. Since Maddie is leaving there's an opening for a young heroine on the show.

Also, I wonder why they didn't contact Christina Chambers to reprise the role. She may not be Oscar worthy, but she's happy to stay in daytime and doesn't seem the type who isn't only going to stick around until something better comes along (ie Sarah Brown, Rebecca Budig...who coincidentally are both heading on back to daytime after their attempts at 'other projects' tanked).

The woman simply is not the answer for a recast, as we now know from both of her recent stints in daytime. The role she originated on Spyder Games was another story.

Being that Rena Sofer had been doing guest spots for hits like 24 and Heroes, I won't believe the scoop until she actually shows up in Oakdale.

I would love to see Frannier or Sabrina back too. I would do a standing ovation for it. What happened to Andy rumor of him returning? Also if one of the girls were coming back I would like it to be Frannie. Sabrina was a bore.

I think you are right and the whole thing was a joke but people are picking it up and running with it

I'd be very surprised if this turned out to be true considering Rena is clearly going for prime time since like over 10 years now. Would love to see her on ATWT for sure though because I think she's great, but I doubt it will happen.
