Does anyone here ever regift? If so, what and when is it okay to do so?

I just read Dear Abby's column (Jan. 2, 2008) regarding someone who really screwed up with a regift!! :rolleyes:

    A customer from work gave a few of us a nice ham. I, in turn, gave it to my sister to make sure it got eaten because I'm never really home to cook anyway.

    Another customer once gave me some framed Japanese artwork which was really pretty. A few years later, I gave it to my sister as a Christmas gift because her den is done in Japanese decor.
