She's probably my favorite on teh show but they have her so weak and wimpy now. What the hell happened here? She lost whatever backbone she had and lets people walk all over her. Her personality is pretty much non-existant now and she seems to just coast through her scenes with not much emotion. She doesnt have hte same fire and passion that I saw from a few years ago. hmmm,, I thought she was on longer. But still, Im right though in that Meg was written very different in the beginning compared to how she is now? It seems like she made a turn for the worst somewhere along the line. In fact she's not the only one. Carly seems to also be weak, wimpy and a shell of her former self

yeah thats how I feel. Im watching todays show on Innertube and I had to say WTF to her today as well. Its really embarassing to watch her this way. Please tell me Craig is drugging or brainwashing her?

I may be wrong, but I seem to remember there being talks of Lesli Kay reprising the role of Molly after she left GH, but she ended up getting pregnant and staying in L.A., and the character of Meg ended up coming back instead. That might explain some of why Meg was eventually written differently, as I don't think she was originally intended as the character for the story.

I didn't like her with Dusty, cause she was too clingy and needy. I liked her during the baby switch stuff. She should have a bad girl streak

Remember when Christina Chambers came on as nuMolly. and they had the awful actress as Nikki Munson? well IMO, CC should have been cast as Nikki. I think it wold have worked out way better. But anyways, it didnt really wokr out with CC as Molly. And i do member when LK left GH rumor had it she was going back to ATWT as Molly, but it didnt happen and then around that time they brought Meg on and was extreamly Molly-ish, as someone else said. But i agree, Meg is now this whinny pathtic thing. I hate it. The actress is far to good for that.

Molly was only recast in the first place to accomodate Lesli Kay's getting the GH job and to finish out Molly's story on ATWT. If Chambers was on more than 15 episodes, I'd be surprised. And if Molly hadn't been the impetus of Jack's amnesia story, I doubt they'd have even bothered to explain Molly's sudden exit from town. As a character, TIIC never really knew what to do with Molly after Jake's death.

How many times can she throw herself to Paul then run to Craig only to hide it from him but then have a secret sex romp with Paul after sleeping with Craig then going back to Paul probably ending in a slap from Rosanna.

Jennifer Ashe's Meg was a bitch during Marland's year. Not until she married Josh did she calm down a bit. But she was still someone to reckon with. She didnt get all wimpy like Marie Wilson's version is now. Jennifer Ashe's Meg reminds me of Carly.
