Keeping an eye on Aga. She’s in better form at Eastbourne than she has been in a LONG time.

Lawd Aga is so boring to watch.......BEiN is covering the Eastbourne tourney on the women's side.

Kerber vs Cibil....right now

LOL I tend to like counterpunchers as long as they can switch to offense from time to time. From what I saw of the Babos match, she was able to do that a bit and not just do her pusher thing.

Donald Young just lost in the second round of qualifying. He’s down to No. 209 in the rankings. It’s very sad because it seemed like he had found a home in the top 100. (He was as high as No. 38 in 2012.)

Eh...another American male reject....there is no American male that is making any sort of progress. They all suck.

I wouldn’t go that far (I still think Frances could improve a lot under the right tutelage, perhaps because he’s so unorthodox), but there’s no obvious successor to Sampras, Agassi, McEnroe, Connors, Ashe, Courier, Chang, or even Roddick. Jack Sock could be an all-time great doubles specialist if he focused on that.

I still remember when CBS made a big hoopla about Jack Sock when he was in the juniors. Lawd that's all I heard during the US Open. He has been a complete bust. He is a player that refuses to work hard and lose that blubber he has...he is lazy. He reminds me a lot of Kyrgios and Tomic.

Serena is seeded #25 at Wimbledon.

Kvitova has withdrawn from her Eastbourne match with Aga. I’m sure she’s just trying to stay healthy for Wimbledon.

Kyle Edmund just beat Andy Murray 6-4. 6-4.  Kyle was up two breaks in the second but lost one but was able to close out the match.

For someone with a bad back he sure looks ok....someone posted that he should get back on the court and practice hard....LOLOL

I think sitting or standing uses the back in very different ways than reaching for a serve, crouching for a volley or even torquing the body for a backhand smash.

Maybe part of his break is also a mental health holiday.  I really don't have a problem with that.

According to a USADA database, Williams has been tested five times so far in 2018. This total—which doesn’t include the June 14 test mission, which did not come to fruition—is more than twice that of other top American women’s tennis players. According to the USADA database, Sloane Stephens was tested once; Venus Williams was tested twice; Madison Keys was tested once; Coco Vandeweghe was tested twice; Danielle Collins was tested zero times; Alison Riske was tested zero times; Bernarda Pera was tested zero times; and Taylor Townsend was tested zero times. Williams was also tested more than any of the top five American male players.
