Thanks for sharing that with us, John.

Haven't seen much of this anywhere or read much about it but saw it in this August 30, 1983 Digest (and then after looking on here, Paul Raven posted something about it many pages ago).

A 'making of' The Hamptons.

That's very random. The Yellow Rose is one of the short-lived soaps you can find bootleg, but I never was interested in buying it. Right now i'm saving for Sons and Daughters, which looks like a Aussie sort of Falcon Crest. Looks like fun.

Sons and Daughters has tons of episodes on YouTube. I've watched the first couple of episodes and it's very interesting, but it's definitely like the other glamor sof the era in that the beginning is quite humdrum.

TV Land ran the Yellow Rose briefly. I never got around to watching, as it takes a lot to sit through a Cybill Shepard show.

I have approximately one recap of Berrengers from a 1985 Digest. is anyone interested in reading it?

  • Member

I'd be interested. There was a trader who had Berrenger's, but he went offline years ago and nobody seemed to buy it. Such a shame because it does look like it had potential.

Shane looks like Eileen Fulton.

Not the best ad for a premiere.

I wish we'd seen more of Anita Morris.

You can say that again. tongue.png

Shane is Yvette Mimieux.

I hope more of this shows up on YouTube. Jonelle Allen was in it as well.
