OLTL: Monday

Man, I have to send high praise to Kathy Brier. She has pipes, she can move and her talent for facial expressions is just amazing. She is a talent for Broadway.

I thought the song and routine that focused on Langston and Markko was also very good. I have to laugh at one thing: Higley's parting shot is putting a triangle to music.

Please don't take my praise of this as saying I want more of it. It's just something different.

Personally, I am one of those who think much of the singing on OLTL is just comical. At least this time they said it was a musical. Now they've had it, it's been interesting. NO more.

WOW! This is horrible!!! I don't care about the teeny crowd, minus Starr...this is dumb!

Like I said in another post, I almost enjoyed Friday's show, but 2 days of the musical stuff was a bit too much. My main problem with it is the bad choreographing. Its just awful.

The one positive thing I will say is that this stunt will actually be good for character development. There has hardly been any depth given to either Brittany or Langston and these songs have provided the audience with a much closer look into what makes these characters tick. I dunno if I will actually care about these characters when its over, but I think this may be a step in the right direction.

I delete Monday without watching. I'm I going to miss anything other than the musical crap if I do so again today? I wish they would have put the whole musical into three full eppy's so that I don't have to miss any of the stories will this is going on.

I was home sick today, and I watched OLTL for the first time in a year or so. No offence, but what I did see was retarded. I couldn't think of anything else to call it. Overwhelmingly retarded.

Pretty much.

I feel like I'm watching Grease or something. I love Langston. She's who Starr should be instead of this whimpering baby singing showtunes.

If they'd had the rights to GREASE it might have been good, and justified stretching it over 4 days.
