Well...they weren't mad. The show is in doom and gloom. ATWT hit it's lowest rating EVER last week. And it's not gonna get any better (trust me, I cover the damn show, I know).

As for your attitude, it's not exactly what you say, it's how you say it.

I accept your apology, but chill out. If you've got a problem, report a post, the report a post feature is your friend.

Actually, I think THE IGNORE POSTER FEATURE IS YOUR BFF. If you find yourself getting heated with one particular person over and over it's so much easier to ignore them than to continually argue on the board. It makes posting much less stressful. Also, if someone else sees puppies and sunshine where others of us see doom and gloom isn't that their opinion, which they have a right to hold? Just sayin'.

As for Parker and JJ, I like them both a lot. I'd rather watch the tween's/ teens than Gleo/Will or Ali Cat and Emily and Dusty anyday.

I thought it was a good episode today. Like others, I loved loved Carly standing up to Jack, although to me that suggests the characters are at their most interesting when they are at odds like this and not together. Tom was a nice surprise in the middle of the episode, with good advice. I really like how the conflict between Carly and Jack is so much around the kids and how to deal with them -- a family story.

About one poster's suggestion to have JJ and Parker struggling over the gun, I think that wouldn't have been as good as the ending we got, where JJ was deliberately trying to get Parker into trouble, with JJ probably struggling with whether to own up to it tomorrow. The ending we got also showed that Parker may be acting out, but he is still somewhat trying to be responsible -- he did put the gun away. Faith tripping on the gun and having it fire into her shoulder could have been shown better, but I think it was still a great cliffhanger.

Another poster mentioned Parker threatening JJ? The way I remember it, JJ threatened Parker, and Parker was all raising eyebrows, shocked, at that -- but Parker did not threaten JJ if I recall right.

I don't want the kids to get haircuts, I think they look fine.

I loved seeing Barbara, but I thought she should have been much more suspicious of Cleo. Cleo is really getting on my nerves, and I don't understand her. Sometimes she seems honest about liking Gwen, yet she is still having this whole "W and me" fantasy, barf, barf, and plotting even more than Jade. I'm glad at least they took Jade away from this miserable story and will hopefully be giving her a better one whenever she comes back to our screens again (hopefully soon).

I didn't mind Will and Gwen having sex in every room because it was cute young love and seemed different from Mike and Katie. I like Will and Gwen, just not the story they have been saddled with.

Finally, I agree with winterguy about there being too much violence in today's show.

But anyway, I still liked the episode overall. Strong script by Judy Tate.

I actually quit watching ATWT altogether for a while, which I didn't think would *ever* happen, but it got too bad even for me. I'm back watching again, and it seems improved a little bit. I cannot stand this ridiculous Cleo crap and the Craig/Meg/Paul triangle puts me to sleep. But I'm liking most of the other dramatic stuff. And I am really impressed with the kids they have playing JJ/Parker/Faith. They are really good! And am interested in the Luke/Noah pairing and story, if it ever gets going!

Does anyone know if Terri C. has renewed her contract? I feel so bad for her! If she does leave, which I wouldn't blame her if she does, I hope Paul L. can come back one last time for a Skatie happy ending. Yes, I still miss Skatie, so what lol. Except he just got the lead in a new Australian drama, so I dunno if that scenario could even happen if she quits.

I'm telling you. This Jack crap is ticking me off! I damn near threw my White Castle at the TV today. Why does he now want to sign the papers? I wish that Carly would take him to court and get custody of the kids. I am not looking forward to tomorrow. I saw KACK in the previews. Ugh!

Maybe I'm a Negative Nellie, or maybe I've learned that this show never delivers, but I can't bring myself to be excited on the Carly vrs. Jack story.

From what I understand, her contract isn't up until Sept/Oct, so it's too early to know if she's re-signed. I kinda hope she leaves...Katie's a bitch. But, y'know....after Carly gets Jack back...so I can see her pain

Re Carjack: I almost cheered yesterday when Jack said he had to go into work. Him being on the nightshift....equals no Kack kacking. Especially in a tv studio.

Just watched this show last night. Not too shabby...

- Okay, I am more on Carly's side than Jack's but like Jack said, she didn't know what he was yelling at Parker about. She needs to get her facts straight before she starts acting all high and mighty.

- Did I mention how much I love the kids who play Parker & JJ? I'm glad they aren't simply writing JJ as the quiet kid to rebel Parker. Parker's attitude is clearly pissing him off. The way he was looking at Parker as Parker was putting the gun away was kinda scary!

- PLEEEEASE, TPTB! Can we pleease get Will out of this sh-t story and give Jesse Soffer a chance to strut his stuff on his own??

- Ditto with Colleen Zenk Pinter.

- I hated Jennifer Landon's reaction to when Will asked if Gwen heard anything. I don't think it was intentional but it looked like she was being condascending..as if acting Will was being totally crazy.

- The Alison porn stuff just needs to stop. That was quite ridiculous how Lance's face was bleeding profusely from one little razor slash..is that even possible??

- I hate rambo Dusty.
