Pushing Daisies: Discussion Thread

I think this show, along with Carpoolers, Cavemen, and Big Shots look very promising for ABC this fall.

The previews for Pushing Daisies look different and interesting.

Cavemen? Oh dear...

I'llw atch Big Shots for the cast but looking at who created it I don't have much hope--now Dirty Sexy Money on the other hand

And I LOVED the Daisies pilot. Bryan Fuller hasn't had the best luck with his shows in the past (Wonderfalls, Dead Like Me) and this one seems to have weven more stylized "whimsy" than those shows--but it aslo has a procedurial feel to it which might save it

I saw the pilot to Pushing Daisies. It was SOOOOOOOOOO good! I will definitely watch more episodes. I just hope this show makes it with people. But sadly, I don't think it will.

BTW, Cavemen is really really awful. It's the worst pilot this season.

Well Daisies does have tons of buzz and adverttising--0something Bryan Fuller's last "whimsical" show the flop Wonderfalls didn't have... Plus it has the procedurial angle that might make it last longer... W e'll see...

The promos got me really interested in the show. Can't wait for the pilot!

This show seems to be the only show this year that is getting major, major buzz. Sound alot like Studio 60? I don't know, sometimes the ones held up so high, are the first ones to come crashing down. It does look intriguing and I do plan to catch the pilot.

I can't wait for the premiere. I hope it doesn't come crashing down though *fingers crossed it gets good numbers*

Really?.....see I feel the exact opposite about it.....I love it because it is so weird. The more different, the better IMO. I will definitely be watching this show from now on.

I love it....I can't change the channel. I enjoy the weirdness of it.

one word CANCELLED. I think it funny how critics keep praising these new shows that are different from the norm and when the public sees it its total crap.
