When he's calling him 'Elvis DiMera', Bo's just using that one to be sarcastic and to point out that he's really is... "So why don't you just cut the name Wells out and go with what you really are... a DiMera." His name was Crumb or Banks at one point but he obviously took Wells as a cover name, I think almost everyone got that one. Dont think it needs to be explained either. When Bo's calling him Elvis. It seems like he's just saying that one to point out what a silly name it is. EJ think's almighty and his name is really... Elvis. So no, that one don't really bug me either.
