i love how people posted more in mondays thread three days ago then on the day of actual episode

on another note:

this is the bo that i love. tough as nails, intelligent, doesn't back down even with a gun in his face. good to have him back!

and celeste: you go girl! you are really giving it to EJ like it really is. and judging by the quick glimpses of humanity on his face as she told him that his father would do nothing short of killing the baby to save his own ass, i have a feeling that it will be daddy vs son when the time comes.

i so cant wait.

my only gripe about todays episode: lumi being so damn lovey dovey. stop being so sweet or i may get a cavity!

when bo was telling steve that they've always been there for each other, they flashed back a few times to old clips from the late 80's/early 90's of the two.

you can tell the timeline from the hairstyles.

I think this was a pretty good show to launch the rest of the week. Loved the cliffhanger with Steve threatening to crash the seaplane, even though I'm sure he won't actually do it. Those were some great scenes with Steve and Bo (good to see those old flashbacks), and I'm so happy we're finally getting some interaction with these two. The Philip/Belle/Shawn scenes were bearable, but I'm so tired of Philip flipflopping about what he's going to do about Claire. Maybe blowing the engine up will help bring him back to his senses. Shawn may not be a genius, but he has spent a lot of time on boats and is supposed to be a mechanical whiz kid, so Philip really should have listened to him instead of childishly insisting on doing things his way.

I'm hoping EJ is going to do the right thing and stand up to his family and protect Sami and the baby; I would love to see a Dimera civil war break out. This would also go a long way towards redeeming EJ. However, he seems to have been raised as a spoiled, pampered prince--does he have the backbone to stand up to Tony and Stefano? At this point it could go either way.

The previews for tomorrow that showed scenes with EJ and Celeste doing one of her "spells" or whatever you want to call them had me LMAO. The look on EJ's face was priceless..........

The flashbacks were my favorite part of today's show, the rest of it was ok too. It was really nice not having Chelsea, Nick, & nuSteph around ....

Very good show today.

Nice start to the week.

Loved the flashbacks and I had been hoping for weeks for Steve vs. Bo and it didn't disappoint. Intense stuff. Loved all the history thay was explored and the flashbacks were perfect. Loved the ending with Steve taking the plane into a nosedive. Very dramatic. They are saving the island stuff.

Belle/Philip/Shawn seem to be softening towards each other. I like how they have Philip going back and forth because you don't want him to just go from one extreme to another. He is fighting it at times but now he is realizing the mistakes he made and how much Shawn and Belle used to mean to him. Shawn and Belle are realizing the same things too. they are understanding they all went about the wrong way. I love it. Nice scenes. The island climax has been good.

Sami/EJ/Celeste/Lucas was ok but felt like filler and setup. I like Celeste being involved. Good seeing Tanya Boyd in the mix and I loved those previews for tomarrow. That voodoo thing looks kind of fun.

Good start to what I hope is a good week. The show needs to keep up this roll it's on.

date: Monday, June 9 | Teresa Zimmerman, Lynn Martin | Steven Williford YAY! Caroline is back in action at the law offices. I adore Caroline! She is a woman of business, and she handles her business quite well. Could this be the chance for Tomas to move ahead at Bill Hamilton Esq.? Madison is doing the usual tests for strokes: smiling, holding out the hands, etc., but I do wonder if she'll have him touch the tip of her finger and then the tip of his nose. That one is not easy at all. Trust me, I know! It's about time Derek becomes useful: helping to take down Dana by witnessing her interrogation of Ashley at Orphey Gene's. Oh, Nicole is showing up to question Eva, re: her interactions with Laura. This will either be a bitchfest or it'll be a heartfelt one. Cantankerous? Yes, Ashley! Call it like you see it! Is Tomas working with Katherine to set up Dana? I pray he is!! Child bride needs to calm her ass down; now she's hugging Naomi as if they're besties again? This isn't your "get out of jail" card, sweetheart. The weight that I am sure is now lifted from Eva's shoulders with Nicole accepting her apology? I love that for her. And I am sure, deep down, it helps Nicole to accept and hear it, as well. Dani showing up for Bill and their children? That's love right there, and you can tell how much it not only means for Bill but might also be reminding him of why he fell in love with her. Watch out, child bride; your time might be up by mid-summer! Katherine, you are sneaky... but I do have this sneaking suspicion this is going to blow up right back into your face before you know it. The awkward face-to-face with Chelsea and Madison. Dani introducing herself as "the first wife" is hilarious. I love it. Chelsea and Madison openly flirting in the hospital by the elevator is super cute!! Notes: Trisha Mann-Grant (Dana) continues to serve up the right amount of camp for American daytime. She's almost too good for daytime. I appreciate the new viewpoint of the outside of Dana's apartment. Nice that we can get these viewpoints that other soaps wouldn't dare to explore. Tide is seen in the scene; Tide commercials air right after. Today's jacket on Alex Alegria (Tomas) fits better than the past few he's worn. Hoping this trend continues.

Chelsea you are acting like a psycho. This woman is at WORK. STOP IT! Not to mention she just learned her dad had a stroke and she is more worried about getting laid

Leslie to Kat: "The only branch that I want is the one that goes across your behind for your insolence" LOL...if Leslie was her stepmother, she'd have whooped her disobedient azz
    • I continue to love any Kat and Leslie scenes together haha.
    • I really love Chelsea's eyerolls.  At Dani last week, and at Hayley today.
