As much as I loved the Jack/Erica interaction today, I too hate the New Beginings era of Erica's life. I loved her as a business woman and CEO of her own company. This NB stuff is just fluff and doesn't do anything for Erica's character at all. I wish they'd chuck it and give her back Enchantment or a new business. I still would love to see a company where the entire K/M family could participate in.

I think NB works for Erica bc she is a celebrity and its so like her to go and get her own talk show where she can do what she loves best; talk about herself. BUT the concept of the show is boring. Who cares about people bettering their lives. I want drama! I too wish she'd get cancelled and restarts Enchantment as a result

I hate Erica running New Beginnings...I would much rather see Erica/Kendall/eventually Bianca all three team up, reopen and re vamp Enchantment and give it a go....I also think it would be an interesting storyline if Greenlee and her mother Mary ran Fusion and had they battled it out with Erica and crew. Besides, having Mary make some plays for Jack would ignite a feud I REALLY would've LOVED To see more of a few years back.

I don't think Greenlee is psycho, I think she is just holding on to the past and does not want to let go. I honestly believe that she thought Ryan would come running back to her and she could pick her life back up where she left it once she returned.

BTW, Cheap I absolutely LOVE your signature banner!!!!!

Same here. Greenlee is coming off like such a psycho.

I really wanted Kendall to snap off on Jonathan. He had no right running her down like that as if he were some paragon of virtue.

Erica should be at Enchantment. I never understood hwy they dropped that storyline.

We were sitting in the next to the last row in the middle section (they blocked off the top row with a black cloth because there were not enough people!) I didn't see my friends or me on screen - I noticed they kept showing the same sections of people over and over again which was annoying! They filmed the first scene last for both New Beginnings shows (we also got to see them tape the scene where Zoe and Bianca were off-stage and nervous right before Zoe went on set as the guest). Every time Susan Lucci finished taping a scene, she would immediately put on a long-sleeved floor length bathrobe to keep warm (she must do that all year as Erica seems to wear short dresses with spaghetti straps year round).

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!

Morgan Fairchild, Barbara Rush. Developed by Rita Lakin.
    • Arguably DAYS OF OUR LIVES has been brilliant lately & definitely was last week. But, here I am with nitpick & technicalities. This was the only misstep but it was just a stupid thing that should have been caught. Deidre Hall as Marlena has this one problematic line, "It didn't matter how many identities you had, I always knew exactly who you were, you were the man who saved my life." - Marlena, DAYS, 6-2-25 Unfortunately the flashback closest to it was when Marlena was on the phone, terrified because she thought he was Stefano. Yes, it's true that the line is not accurate. There were many times when she did not feel the way she is claiming because of whatever was going on in story with his 'retconned to hell & back' identity & origin story. Does it keep the whole week from being called excellent? Nope.
