Why is SOW trashing Erika Slezak? Are they kidding? That is utterly ridiculous. They ought to give Erika medal for speaking the truth here.

Viki laying into her idiot ex was the best, IA.

Very nice to see RJ back, can we keep him, please :)

I honestly can only talk about the Viki/Natalie and Clint stuff since I FF everything else. I friggin loved it. Finally Viki let some of her hurt and frustrations out and let Clint have it, it was way past time. I loved seeing Natalie is on her mother's side, and I LMAO when she called her father an "idiot" and he heard her. Priceless!!

Wow, I missed that... but I really wasn't interested in it to begin with it.

Agree! I was shocked! RJ okay and happy with Jessica replacing Keri? Please, he fought for custody because he wanted to make sure that Jamie would know her mother's family. Now, he'll even less involved.

For the very first time since Jessica married Antonio and started fawning after Nash, I felt sorry for her. I could tell how hard this was for her, to be hurting Jamie like she was doing, I really felt her pain. Loved it when she screamed at Dorian. "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" don't know why but I got the biggest kick out of that. LOL.

Loved more interaction between Viki and Natalie, and it was so funny when Clint ask Viki if she wanted to go with him to search for Jessica, how Viki literally grabbed Natalie's arm and was like, "Don't leave me alone with these two." that was priceless.

Really enjoyed the Bo/Paige/Nora and Matthew scenes. Feel so bad for Matthew, he's going through so much for such a young kid.

HATE. HATE. HATE John/Marty. WTF are they trying to do there.

Tuned out Nash.

And did we really NEED to see Jessica scream out in the rain for TWO scenes. I think not!

Not sure if you are being sarcastic, but I'm a fan and I'm far from thrilled. The writing for Jash has been awful. Tell me that Jessica couldn't have decided she didn't want to adopt Jamie BEFORE the hearing? I love Bree Williamson, Jessica and Jash, but I'm having a very hard time feeling the sympathy here. No little girl deserves to be rejected at her adoption hearing. No matter what pretty words were spoken, that's what happened, and Jamie knows it. I understand that the show wants to make things as dramatic as possible, but don't sacrifice characters to do it. Jess looked like such a B!tch to me today.

I am. I was never a fan of Jessica/Nash. I much preferred Tess/Nash. Back then they were fun, now they suck and I can't stand either of them. You're right she should have NEVER agreed to adopt Jamie. It made me sick that she signed the papers just to spite Nash. That was childish and very selfish. Poor Jamie. She doesn't deserve this and poor fans we don't deserve this crap either.

Yes you are right. I thought Bree Williamson absolutely rocked today. I thought it was wonderful and I am so excited about tomorrow when my couple finally gets together. Antonio was warned by Carlotta not to push this adoption. Both Antonio and Jessica knew something wasn't right. Nash told the truth today about his feelings.

Oh my goodness, this is a soap opera where things happen to the extreme. Hmmm, in real life, that probably would not have been the best way to do it. You know like in real life Todd could not be brought to life after being executed or Todd really would not have talked about wanting to kill his kid and trying to kill Margaret when she was carrying Todd Jr., or maybe John and Evangeline would not have had sex in a sink at a client's wine cellar or Antonio today would not have said he hired Nash to keep him away from his wife, or Rex would not have been able to forge a death certificate.

Damn it's a soap. It's not like this one just started being written poorly with Jessica and Nash.

So yeah, I am THRILLED. And yeah, a lot of Jess and Nash fans are thrilled too. I love Jess and Nash and my only regret will be if this story continues as a triangle for another 100 years.

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!

    • In case it is of interest to anyone here, I have digital copies (computer files, mp4 etc.) of all of the episodes. And, besides having the files they are all up on my usual video hosting site, acct name: shallotpeel, channel it is in: Primetime Soaps and file names like  Flamingo Road S1E15 Hurricane Flamingo Road was a primetime soap on NBC by Lorimar Productions. 2 seasons. 1980-1982. Morgan Fairchild, Barbara Rush. Developed by Rita Lakin.
    • Arguably DAYS OF OUR LIVES has been brilliant lately & definitely was last week. But, here I am with nitpick & technicalities. This was the only misstep but it was just a stupid thing that should have been caught. Deidre Hall as Marlena has this one problematic line, "It didn't matter how many identities you had, I always knew exactly who you were, you were the man who saved my life." - Marlena, DAYS, 6-2-25 Unfortunately the flashback closest to it was when Marlena was on the phone, terrified because she thought he was Stefano. Yes, it's true that the line is not accurate. There were many times when she did not feel the way she is claiming because of whatever was going on in story with his 'retconned to hell & back' identity & origin story. Does it keep the whole week from being called excellent? Nope.
