Exactly when did Zack tell Hannah that Lily worked for him and that she was not to take orders from anyone else? 2. Exactly when did Zack tell Hannah that Lily is austistic and certain things set her off? 3. Why in the sam hell would anyone have a receptionist like Lily? Has he forgotten that she is the first person EVERYONE sees when they enter that office? Did it ever occur to him that she may not be the person for that job? So if anyone is to be held responsible for that incident, Zack is that person... I didn't see the eppies when Hannah was hired, so I may have missed when Zack communicated these things to her. I KNOW I read, sometime, that Agnes (someone tell me if memory is correct) really wanted Bianca's FIRST story, not to be the gay one, but for Binks to "fall in love at first site." At the time, ABC would NOT have it. But now, we see that story, SEVEN YEARS IN THE MAKING, is FINALLY panning out!!! How cool is that?!!!! How freaking cool is that?!!!! I could just faint!!! Someone, please, confirm that Agnes (or whomever it was, if it was a writer) got their way, because I KNOW I read this in TV Guide or some other soap column YEARS ago. That's why I lost Erica and David (AN's baby, mind you), so that Erica wouldn't be tied down to a man when she dealt with Bianca's coming out. AN is probably having a [!@#$%^&*] fit right now, not jumping for joy. She wanted Bianca to be gay. Not bisexual. Not carrying on a relationship with a transgender biological male. That's why I freaked out when I heard Binks say the magic words today. It hit me, reading it all those years ago...I promise you, if it wasn't AN, it was a writer. SOMEBODY, just somebody wanted Binks to fall in love at first sight. Someone, I know SOMEONE heard this too! Please, back me up! lol. I promise I'm not crazy here!!! And I followed all of this closely, for a number or reasons. I've never once heard that AN wanted anything other then for Bianca to be gay. She dive bombed a couple she loved, went to bat for, and was writing brilliantly for, so that Erica could be alone to deal with the coming out. I've never heard otherwise. Boy howdy, do straight folks get upset when they think gays are "converting" straights. Bianca being physically attracted to, kissing, falling in love with, and more fun to come with a person who is biologically male and may never have surgery and certainly is not one step away from being physically male..makes Bianca bisexual in my eyes and the eyes of the vast majority of lesbians I've read online. Mark it Down: Bianca Montgomery...De-Gayed April 5, 2007! If she came out as bisexual, do you think this show would EVER show her in a relationship with a woman again? Agnes Nixon made Bianca the gayest of gays, in hopes of protecting from future orientation changes, imo. She tried, but Megan, The Converter was bound and determined. She's won. Nothing to celebrate for me. At this point, I think Bianca needs therapy more than Zoe and that's saying something considering her current issues. ~~~~~~~~ Kylie, I just missed David and Erica's romance and hadn't heard the story about the breakup being related to Bianca's coming out...what was the rationale over Erica needing to be single at the time. Members Adam Posted April 6, 2007 Members Share Posted April 6, 2007 It wasn't really until Jean Passanante was fired Erica Kane had her own storyline again with Chris Stamp. Bianca coming out as gay, after the fallout, it was really the first time in the show's 30 year history that Erica Kane was not a major front burner character. It felt so out of place. I don't recall Agnes ever wanting a love at first sight storyline. She did the gay storyline so she could portray the struggle young people face coming out to the world, especially their parents. And I think that's why she wanted Erica alone during the reveal. To let Bianca and her mother go through the reveal together, and not have a man and Erica's relationship in the mix. It wasn't about Erica, and I think AN wanted to try and keep it that way. I think AN had a different storyline/plan in place for D&E too, that JP didn't agree too. And before AN could reunite them, JP took over. Plus, there was some backstage nastiness. LOL All i all I think AN wanted to write the story for Erica/Bianca, no outside relationships kinda thing. You should check out my YouTube profile, Kylie1115, I have D&E clips in chronological order up, and it's a good way to understand them. Plus, a lot of the David/Bianca bonding (even if off screen) happened during D&E. Interesting side note, David was the first one to suggest to Erica that perhaps Bianca was gay. He picked up on it by what Erica was telling, and she threw him out. Anyone else heard that AN didn't want Bianca to be gay? I'm really interested if I missed that little tidbit. Because I was interested in the "Bianca is gay" rumors that had been going around at the time. So I followed them closely. I will say this. I don't remember if it was AN who wanted it. SOMEBODY did, though. I would bet my life on it. All I'm saying is this: SOMBODY (Frons, McTavish, Culliton, who knows) was itching to make Bianca's story be a "love at first sight thing" but SOMEBODY (Frons, the then-ABC chief if it was pre-Frons, Agnes Nixon, McTavish, Culliton who knows, although, probably Agnes) KILLED the idea and pushed hard for the gay storyline. I know somebody has heard this thing. I just KNOW somebody else must have read this! lol. It was published! I remember it! It was either in TV Guide, TV Guide's Ask Soaps online column or something else mainstream, because back then, I didn't really get soap news from message boards. I'm BEGGING someone to help me out here! Kylie, I promise I wouldn't lie to you! lol. You have no idea how much I believe I remember this happening. I'd honestly BET MY WHOLE LIFE on it. That's how sure I am. Because as soon as those words left Bianca's mouth, "love at first sight," I FREAKED OUT because that LONG BURIED, deeply hidden memory of THAT interview came to mind. I had no agenda, I cared not whether that story came to fruition, but "those words" leaving Bianca's mouth triggered this memory. Hence my freak-out on SON. I IMMEDIATELY posted that. You saw me. "Emergency! Emergency!" I was so overcome with emotion with the memories came flooding back. Oh, Kylie, I just so much believe this happened, and I PRAY someone on this board can help me out here!!
