    Is it wrong to sit in the dark just thinking? I've been doing that a lot lately......Does that make me a 'weak' person to not want to break down my walls to talk to someone; simply because of fear of being lectured and critiqued?

    Not at all. Sometimes we need to escape within and just be alone with our thoughts. We are our own worst critic, but we are also our own biggest fan, and we want ourselves to succeed. To critique ourselves means to strive to be better. Any outside judgements or bitterness lashed upon us during times of reflection only hinders the progress.
