I think it was on during Y&R either yesterday or Today, but I know I saw it one of the days.

Can't swear to it, but I think I saw it earlier in the week as well. I know I saw it at least twice and one of the times was not today.

Why do I feel like Richard should be our HeadWriter, he does such great work, and Goutman needs to direct every show, it is very obvious where his talents are and that is directing, just fantastic editing and camera movements, it was really edge of my seat fun to watch, now if only we could get the rest of the show written this well all the time and directed this well, we might have our show back. I am also liking these single storyline eppy's that we are getting once a week, I hope we get a different character the next time they do it though, but it is very clear that these type shows are written very well and directed well. I hope we get a 3.0 out of today's show but I doubt it, but it did deserve it.

Richard Culliton has been head writer for ATWT before. He wrote the Orlena/Damian/Lily storyline. He also wrote John/Lisa storyline. I am not 100% about that one...he might have written the Barbara/John pairing. It was one of those two.

Christopher Goutman is a great director. I have always thought he is one of the best.

I dont see ATWT getting a 3.0 for this eppy. I see somewhere around a 2.5 or 2.6 at best for today's eppy.

Mea culpa...it could have very well been Culliton. I knew it was Goutman the moment the camera swung around doing a 360 when Gwen entered her house.

No matter what, however, Friday's numbers will be low. Basketball tournaments will preempt the episode in the South. It affects the numbers every year.

Meh, Jennifer Landon time in the spotlight is over.

I still like her, but I'd like her so much more if TPTB wern't so intent on overexposing her.

Aw, that's too bad that people in the South have their soaps preempted because of basketball. Do they at least get to see the episodes at a late-night hour like sometimes happens?

Yes, they do. But the ratings for the CBS soaps usually go up during the week of the NCAA Basketball Tournment.

I'm not sure they're guaranteed seeing it. CBS would probably be smart to put it up at innertube.

Hated it. Boring, repetitive, nonsensical. Thanks for telling me she was staring at muddy footprints, because I couldn't see it, like most of the rest of the episode.

I love you.

^^LOL...I'm usually the wet blanket. One musty, scratchy wool one.

Hasn't Gwennie's little melt down been on every day this week? It sure felt like it.

Yes it has been on everyday and guess what she

is on every single day next week as well

:(

I liked today's show but I am really getting sick of the Gwen show.

I know...and it's totally killing my "Katie isn't on every friggin' day" buzz. I can't wait until Carly comes home. RME...even if she's kissing Gwen's ass three days a week. At least I'll care. I gave up caring about Gwen a while ago.

Gwen being on every day is much more tolerable than Katie. Gwen is less selfish.

Not really. Gwen does the same schtick every day. Skittish, downcast eyes, boring monotone voice. The show's been so well-balanced lately, except for the endless Gwen trauma. I'm not even sure covering up a murder is less selfish than Katie's vendetta.
