Members Sylph
Toups, I wonder why you can't get an interview with your favourite writer, with all those industry connections... Just ask his agent if he would accept to be interviewed by SON. Maybe he can send you a signed photo.
Members Sylph
That's what puzzled me, she didn't care but would still accept the interview.
Members Dr. Jay S.W.
Well, the point is, she said she would do it.
Members Sylph
Yes, precisely. Why don't you pursue that? I mean, she's hated everywhere, but still... Maybe she has something clever to say. (As if...) I would like to know that, too.

Members Soapsuds
If true....I doubt she would do an interview anymore after all he has bye bye bitch under her pic with an X.
Members Sylph
Certainly, she wouldn't know anything about that...
Members Dr. Jay S.W.
She knows nothing about this. Well she may now, if she comes and sees. Your right Ron.

Members Y&RWorldTurner
Pam Long's had two very successful head writing stints on GL, for which she's won two Emmy's for. However, her writing stints on Santa Barbara and OLTL have been considered total flops, but word is, she hated network interference. Networks have wanted Nancy Curlee for a long time, but when she left GL, she said she it was purely out of wanting to raise her children. Well, it's been almost 15 years and she has yet to come back. There's also speculation that she hated network interference as well. She is married to Stepehen Demorest btw... Jill Farren Phelps was the executive producer of GL when Curlee/Demorest/Reilly/Broderick were wriiting the show. She was also the EP of both SB and GH when Guza and Pratt were writing both shows. Members Sylph
I understood that, I was just surprised somewhat she had been a part of such a successful GL team.
Members Y&RWorldTurner
Make no mistake, Jill's first 2.5 years on GL were superb, in every sense of the word. It wasn't until Beverlee McKinsey walked and Jill had the character of Maureen Bauer killed off did things start to unravel. Needless to say, JFP should never again stick her head into the affairs of the writers...
Members Kubla Khan
Lorraine certainly was offered AMC before McTavish came back (oh what a difference that would've made) but she was sick and tired of being a HW. I certainly don't think Broderick was nasty to Frons, because she remained on OLTL for a whole year after she turned down AMC. Then she was fired. Members R Sinclair
That would've gotten AMC back on track in a huge way! Her tone and style, IMO, is what AMC represents. Plus the dialog during her last tenure was fabulous.
