Cameron Reese is a viable recurring character. She's annoying but unlike Bonnie or other lame characters she's also entertaining. I could see a fake baby storyline where she teams up with Tek to pretend Abe has a baby. Of course this would negate the whole he can't father a baby thing (having 2 already and a 3rd fake). Davetta would be a good fit to team up with Sami to rival Lexie and would also be an interesting love interest for Max.

While I do want Abe and Lexie to have a storyline, this is definitely NOT what I would prefer. The cast is already too big and the last thing it needs is to bring on yet another new face.
