What Sami did has been practically obliterated. Yes, it was horrible, but all she did was blackmail Lexie. LEXIE cheated on Abe. LEXIE fabricated the lie that she thought would push Carrie to choose Lucas. CARRIE chose Lucas because she wanted to pass on her Godlike genes instead of adopting. Yes, I understand that biological urge to have your own child, but at the expense of your own happiness!? Sami sat and back and watched this happen. And she kept the truth of what she did hidden. Knowing or not knowing the truth did NOT impact what happened. Carrie still strayed toward the man she really loved. Carrie still cheated on the man SHE decided to marry. Last time I checked, Sami didn't coerce Carrie into accepting Lucas' proposal OR signign a marriage license with him, or sleeping with him. What Sami did has had little to no actual effect in the grand scheme of things, which is why i think this whole thing is kind of pointless. But I will say this - I HATE that it's being laid all on Sami. It shouldn't be. For onc eint heir lives, everyone in this quad has made human mistakes. They ALL should take that responsibility. No surpise that Sami takes the heat.

Sami was manipulated into doing the things she as Stan. Instead of trying to understand her like the character of Lucas should have the capacity, too (even he hadn't become Austin II), he vilified her and treated her like trash. So, who can blame Sami when Austin came back, all supportive and rescuing her AGAIN, for wanting to be with him again? Austin was the loser that went there again. How could he even think of it, after Vegas? Carrie is the one who couldn't take a step back and realize that, just because Austin took over her company, doesn't mean he doesn't care about her. She's been in the business world long enough to know that. And she's certainly known HIM long enough. She's also always known about the crush Lucas has on her. She pretend that shge was trying to be selfless in letting Sami have Austin, but the truth is, if she knew anything about her sister, she'd have known that he was the last thing she needed. She blinded accepted Lucas' proposal and forced herself to believe she was carrying his child when she wasn't even pregnant! I'm sorry, but SAMI is the lesser offender, thank you very much!

Awesome post, Keith. :D

I think Sami will get a chance to rip into Carrie about her actions, but Sami does to need to finally own up to those THIRTEEN years of scheming against Carrie and Austin and grow the hell up. Carrie's a big woman for burying the hatchet with Sami. Me, I'd bury the hatchet IN Sami.

Excellent post Keith.

Sami has to pay but I would like everyone else to realize that Carrie did not have to go along with it and go with Lucas. She wanted the perfect child. She could have just picked Austin and adopted or picked Austin and hoped for the best and that the child would be ok. Carrie could've prevented all this. Sami never even came up with the lie-Lexie did. Sami's fault was watching all this happen and blackmailing Lexie to do something. She never told her what but she forced her to do something. Carrie made the decision and Carrie and Austin also screwed behind everyone's back so Carrie did far more then Sami did.

With that said, Sami does need to go down to properly mature from all this and I am ok with that. This looks awesome and I love seeing Carrie with so much fire. It looks like this could be bigger then Carrie slapping her at the 1997 wedding. I just hope there is some acknowledgement of Lexie and Carrie's part in this because Sami should not be the only one blamed when all is said and done.

 to Lucas and Austin. They both look like they stand there and watch them fight.

I have always loved Carrie, and recently have come to appreciate Sami. I agree Carrie is at fault for her actions, but SAmi stills needs to pay for what she did. She deliberately set a plan in motion to hurt her sister. I'm sure we will also get some scenes where the sisters come to grips with all of this before Carrie and Austin leave. I'm looking forward to the fight, but also looking forward to the forgiving that I hope happens before the exit. I think both of them need to acknowledge their mistakes to each other before either one can move on from this.
