  1. Good call - I'd say it's Justin Melvey - actor playing Ray - Sal - Chandler (not visible in the picture) Zach Tinker - Greg Rickart - Victoria Konefal.
  2. I'd guess Chandler is next to Sal, hence not pictured. Then followed by Zach and Greg in the bottom row. Can't really find a current head shot of Justin Melvey, but it could be him next to Marci, depending on what haircut he sports these days: http://www.justinmelvey.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Gallery17.png
  3. I think the issue is that Colin does sound more interesting and memorable on paper than he was on the show - so I guess this is a problem with Ron specifically; he likes to give nods to history (which is sometimes good), but since he's never been a fan of the show he can't really filter who is relevant and not. Oh well, I'm waiting on him to bring on Susan Martin as a rival to Julie. Geriatric love triangle ftw! You know... I wonder if this has anything to do with the whole "can't bring back Peter" thing the show has in place. Colin was involved with Jennifer, so it wouldn't surprise me if Ron went out looking for a Peter substitute in the story.
  4. Well, Ron supposedly posted #colinmurphylives so I'd assume that Justin Melvey could be one of the males on the third row.
  5. Yeah, I remembered him when I looked him up... but he just wasn't a memorable character overall. I think this shows the weakness of Ron if he's bringing him back - Ron seems to love to dig into history, but at the same time he hasn't got the history with the show to judge if someone's really relevant to bring back.
  6. I actually had to look up who the hell Colin Murphy is. I agree, but I was never a fan of the OG possession storyline either. But at least Deidre looked like she was having fun with it and Drake and his eyebrows were at least taking it seriously. With that said, they could've used it better so far - I feel like there's been so many storylines that are standstill and characters that are stuck in the same rut that they could've used "the devil" as an excuse to shake that up.
  7. The thing is, that the devil could've been an easy excuse to reconfigure the canvas and use the devil's influence as a tool to drive new plotlines and have people that you necessarily wouldn't expect in storylines together. I doubt it's over as of now, the devil hasn't done much. I guess he influenced Lucas to kidnap Sami? And the Jan thing, which might or might not have long-term consequences if she ends up pregnant. But most things the devil's done has been quickly wrapped and resolved within a week or so. I think they should've gone all out on the Charlie/Ava thing. Have Charlie murder that mob guy, nobody believes Ava that it was Charlie and she goes to trial. Use some of that Peacock money to invest in a proper courtroom set so that we can get out of the police station.
  8. 100%. And let's be real here, both Lani and Eli are supporting to other people's storylines right now, but not to the point where it would be impossible to write around them if they're not available on certain days. They're not driving any storyline on their own at the moment.
  9. I don't exactly blame him for prioritising All American since it's a prime time gig. Considering Victoria Konefal is "recurring" I'd assume we might barely notice he's only recurring - I'd just assume he wants to be available for AA and not have to turn them down due to commitments with DAYS.
  10. Could be. He recently appeared 2 episodes in a row (4.6-4.7) on All American, so maybe they're amping up his recurring role there a bit which takes him away from DAYS.
  11. Imagine if Mardevil and Eric have sex and Marlena becomes pregnant
  12. I'll assume Jan is pregnant and that it'll be her 100th "get-out-of-jail" free card.
  13. So, is Jen back for the time being or is it a pop-in visit?
  14. I wouldn't go as far as getting rid of the Horton's, but when they did the time jump I did think it would've been an ideal time to say goodbye to a bunch of characters, try to straighten up the family trees to make them less confusing and properly reboot the show. Corday would never ever allow it though.
  15. Wouldn't surprise me - Ashley Hamilton had the name recognition of being George Hamilton's son, who of course had played on previous Spelling productions like Dynasty. It might have been that Spelling pushed him as a favour for Hamilton plus the name recognition, but when it turned out he sort of stunk they went with Ciberian. He was recast after a month or so.
  16. The 1897 week when Laura finally goes up in a blaze is something: Monday - Laura is about to kill Barnabus Tuesday - Laura's about to be killed Wednesday - Laura's magical fire powers kill "Angelique" Thursday - Angelique turns up again Friday - Laura dies by mystical Phoenix powers Too bad they didn't do the Angelique/Laura conflict earlier as I enjoyed their banter.
  17. Yeah, the whole "Lucas kidnapped Sami to make her love him" doesn't really make sense - well, less sense than usual is maybe more correct.
  18. I really enjoyed the "special" season premiere/holiday special episodes - too bad it's not back for another 11 weeks! It'll be... interesting to see how they handle the Rita storyline. By all accounts they seemingly know that the premise is a bit ridiculous so they're not spending a lot of time trying to explain it.
  19. So I guess it's confirmed Lucas kidnapped Sami?
  20. Honestly, this series works for me purely of the fact that I already thought these women were horrible human beings and seeing And Just Like That just cements that fact. Carrie is just a horrible selfish little bitch and the Natasha storyline cements that. I'm not sure this is what the writers intended me to feel, but I sort of enjoy it.
  21. The only way the strip scene could've worked is if they actually broke the fourth wall and acknowledged that it's actors doing their parts. Now it's just... weird. Not a huge fan of the "breaking the fourth wall" as a story device, but if there ever was a scene that needed it, it was that.
  22. It actually feels awful, but I think you put the finger on what bothered me with Carrie/Rafe. It was porn all along, god damnit!
  23. If you're taking it personally, then maybe you should calm down with the "OMG dickz on DAYSz". But sure report it and make a poster of it.
