  1. So Denise is still miserable? I haven't watched EE in awhile. I practically gave it up again after the anniversary. And they seriously need to do something with Fatboy or get rid of him. Same with Tamwar. Are any of the younger characters driving story at this point? All I see on recaps of the show is the usual: Max boinking someone new, the Carters newest peril, and Bobby's crimes being covered up.
  2. Why are they tying my poor bae [Ross] down with that hot ass mess, Debbie. Ugh. So hate her.
  3. Exactly. Truces with Nene are short-term. Only way Kenya or Cynthia would remain on Nene's good side is if they left the show a la Kim. And even then it is not guaranteed; she could still hate on them like she does Sheree. Nene is fickle as f-ck. She has to be a pain to work and be around. Just draining. I seriously hope this breakdown causes her to revert back to the Nene we loved--season one Nene.
  4. And Nene will still act like a twat towards her and Cynthia next season--the first two to jump up and the main ones to console her. I would've been like Claudia and Kandi. Nene would've had to drown in her tears. Had it been someone else, she would've not reciprocated the gesture and even you know that....
  5. Dull ass Kristen.
  6. Heather is such a sh-t stirrer. Was it necessary for her to go and tell Kristen what occurred between she and Bethenny? I hope Bethenny chews into her ass when the opportunity presents itself. I've never cared for this b-tch and tonight solidified it. I'll ask this till the end of time--why is Kristen still on the show? Dorinda brings more to the table than she has in two seasons. Carole is such a snake. I knew that old trick wasn't as innocent as she plays up. I'm glad Luann called her out about Carole knowing Adam beforehand and her going out with Adam, Luann, and Luann's niece. The worst kind of a friend--the one that'll play it up but be preying on your man secretly. And Sonja needs to see a therapist. She is too crazy.
  7. Such a good episode of Another World. This episode exemplified why I loved the citizens of Bay City so much. Though Ryan could be aggravating at times, I do love that he was always consistent in being a man of honor. The exchange between Donna and Iris was hilarious. Their rivalry is something that the show should've played up for years to come. They were like the slightly older version of Vicky and Paulina. I didn't care for Amanda and Sam's scenes as I don't care for Sam regardless the actor. Sam comes off as a d-ck. I don't see what Olivia and Amanda saw in him. I did like the exchange between Amanda and Olivia though. Olivia did sum up who Amanda was at the time--a woman who could never settle on one man loving her. Was that Dennis who Olivia had that exchange with? You could see the build up between Vicky/Grant in the episode, and I loved how Donna was apprehensive when she saw them getting close. I prefer seeing Grant like this--more humanized instead of the mess he'd come post-Ryan's death. I hate that they made him into a mustache twirling baby version of Stefano from DAYS. Jake and Paulina were magical together. So sad that in later years, Jake would be paired with Vicky, which I hated, and Paulina would be stuck with chauvinistic pig, Joe Carlino.
  8. Thanks for posting the anniversary video. Just shows how this show should still be on the air.
  9. I love you boo, but I am going to need for you to open them eyes. I'm buying you some glasses. *shakes head in agreement*
  10. She was totally insufferable tonight. How she kept mentioning she is over asking certain questions annoyed me. So why do WWHL if you don't wanna answer the questions?! But Andy and the other execs at Bravo have only themselves to blame. They created a monster. Instead of putting their eggs in other baskets, they invested in all in one, and Nene knows this. Nene knows that she is Bravo's cash cow, hence her attitude. They created a monster and now the monster has developed a mind of its own and is lashing out. What Nene fails to see is that she can easily be replaced. They've somewhat already done so with the likes of Kenya & Claudia, who are less demanding, more refined, and a helluva lot cheaper. Reality TV divas are a dime a dozen. Nene better cool it before she finds herself exiled. The rungs on the ladder to success are not sturdy. They always have a way of snapping and sending your ass back to rock bottom. She said that entire segment had nothing to do with her so she remained quiet, which was the smart thing to do. I think she actually has been taking fan feedback when it comes to her jumping into situations that don't concern her. Oh stop. Nene was being a class A bitch. Even her hardcore stans were calling her out about it via Twitter.
  11. She flirted with him. It was the running joke of seasons 3 & 4. Her flirting may not have been as harsh as Kenya's but a sin is a sin. And Greg can't talk. He'll get into the drama if push comes to shove too. Don't believe that farce. I have no issue with Peter expressing his opinions. It's not like the women don't ask for it. And Phelony and real don't go in the same sentence. You showed that in your post above when you highlighted her not even coming clean about the slightest lies. I do too. Yeah, she came a little short with Phaedra, but her digs cut Phaedra deep. Especially when she brought up inability to win cases--a dig at her lawyer work and her recent loss to Angela Stanton in court. That f-cked Phaedra's head up.
  12. What?! You actually came for Phelony!! I need to write this down and take a pic. This might not ever happen again. But I do love how Cynthia went toe to toe with Phaedra. Phaedra always tries to lord her 'career' over the other women's heads but it failed tonight when Cynthia told her to win a case. When Phaedra brought up Cynthia's weight, I burst into laughter. Cynthia is a twig compared to her. I'm glad that Cynthia told her that she makes money. Furthermore, Phaedra does not need to bring up people's court cases. Isn't her huzzzband in jail? Where is Angela Stanton? I am also glad that Kenya reminded Nene that she flirted with Peter. She did it. Own it.
  13. Aww my two faves--Magali and Ampika! I saw them post pics on Twitter last night too. I can't wait for season two of Cheshire. I miss them.
  14. As cheesy as these ad were, they seemed effective. I hate that soaps aren't catchy with their ads anymore. A great ad can do so much in the long haul. Gosh, I hate being a late 80s baby. I would've enjoyed soaps in the 80s. At least I got to enjoy the last golden age of soaps--the 90s, so I can't complain too much.
  15. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kcShZ9r8TPQ&spfreload=10
  16. Miami did but not the LA version. I don't see Jackie letting either of them take the crown from her on this show.
  17. Well she is plans on turning up this season--LN that is. I guess Mariah's comments about what she brings to the show got to her. She's showing her ass this season from what I've read.
  18. Upcoming new season and my girl Mehgan from BGC is on there:
  19. Eduardo pursuing Lisa and Ellen would've been interesting to watch. But you bringing up this point always used to piss in the final years of the show when it came to the veterans. Why didn't JP revive Lisa v. Lucinda? Especially since Lisa blamed her for Whit's demise. Also, Lisa wasn't the biggest fan of Lucinda bedding her son, Scott. And that period when they both were pursuing John. These two larger than life females should've always been at odds. Over men. Business. Everything. It was criminal how Liz and Eileen were given nothing the final decade. I would've had a field day with these two if I were head writer. More than I would the younger characters. Reading up on Lisa's history and seeing clips before my time, Lisa was always interesting when she had a formidable female opponent. Whether it was Penny. Ellen. Joyce. Crazy Hester. Lucinda. Lisa should've always had a female rival, and she should've always remained vibrant and lively. Her being a 'talk-to' for characters like Bonnie, Casey, Maddie, etc. was horrible. Yes, Lisa should've taken lost souls under her wings but she should've still had more to do seeing as she was the original soap vixen/diva.
  20. Season three trailer: http://www.bravotv.com/married-to-medicine/videos/playlist?clip=2862644 Queen Mariah got demoted and some other wife is going to come on and take her place. F-ck this! I'd rather Mariah be moved to Housewives instead. They can have this mess.
  21. I don't think I want her on GH unless she was playing Liz's mother. I'm over him casting soap legends in stupid parental roles for his floppy creations. Re: Ellen--So her last big story was what 83/84? Jesus. Patricia was a trooper for staying as long as she did and being reduced to supporting for the remainder of her stay. Again, I think that it is criminal that she never got a big 'A' story down the road. I think she deserved one once David left the show and passed away.
  22. Do you think that Diana would've had longevity compared to the rest of her family? And it always boggled my mind how Kim Johnston Ulrich never landed on another soap post Passions. She was always one of the few diamonds on that show.
  23. Thanks for posting these episodes, Carl! I enjoyed them! Watching these makes me wish what could've been had ATWT been in a capable writer the final years. For one, John should've never been written off. That's just one character alongside Kim, Nancy, Lisa, Bob, and Lucinda that should have a permanent spot of the show regardless. Everyone else is somewhat expendable. And poor Patricia Bruder. Watching old episodes always makes me feel bad for her b/c they aged her so much. She was always stuck in the domestic/maternal roles while Kim, Lucinda, and Lisa, her counterparts, went on to still have thrilling stories. I'm guessing because Ellen drove story from the start, no writer (not even the great Marland) knew where to take her. But I hate that excuse. Ellen should've been more than just the overseer of Betsy, Emily, and all the other reckless, younger Stewart women. Seeing the scene with Annie and Jeff makes me wish that one (if not all) the quads (Maria, Nancy, Lowell, or Gregory) would've been brought back in the final years of the show. They could've helped rejuvenate the Stewart/Lowell clan alongside Allison and Emily. Also, was this around the time that Eileen left the show and Lisa was recast for awhile? I notice that Whit was still around this time too. Carl, how did you feel about Whit McColl or his kids (Diana, Kirk, & Brian)?
  24. Understandable. IMO, the characters seemed to be better once they broke apart. At least Craig did. I just hate what Hogan & Jean did to him in later years. Did you like Betsy when Lindsay Frost played her? From what little I've seen, she seemed add something different to the role of Betsy than Meg Ryan did. She wasn't so mousy and meek.
