Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Andy only has power in casting/firing housewives, which I feel he needs to lose. I'm sure someone can override his decisions but still. Andy needs to have no say as he's become to engrossed in the drama that he's practically in it. Furthermore, he's allows his favorites to affect his decision sometimes. He needs to be let go. And Melbourne not being able promote their show on WWHL/Bravo would be out of his hands. I'm sure he has has some say on guests but Andy was stripped of a lot of power last year thanks to the Porsha incident.

Like seriously! I felt bad for them and they aren't even my faves on Melbourne. Of all the sh-tty guests he's had on WWHL, he could've allowed these women on there to promote their show. That's jacked up if you ask me. Funny but still jacked up. But Andy has been a dick as of late anyways. He's really been grating my nerves with his favoritism towards certain wives and open disdain for others. IMO, Andy needs to be replaced.

Yum! New VJ is HOT! But is he that atrocious of an actor? Maybe I need to go look up his scenes and be the judge....

I'm not too keen on Stacey regressing either. Again, I feel like this is something she'd do her first run. Hell, I feel like this is Max/Stacey/Bradley/Tanya all over again. Instead, it is Shabnam/Martin/Stacey/Kush with a few minor changes. And I am over Ben's arc. EE sucks when it comes to LGBT stories. Knock on wood.

From what I've collected, to cut down on time much like our soaps. They don't even do the credits anymore either. Australia has adopted our marginalized credits. I don't think H&A have had an official closing since about '09. Only place you can see their closing is in the UK.- Home and Away: Discussion Thread
Yeah I know Steve Peacocke (Darryl) is about to follow Dan Ewing (Heath) in trying his hand at Hollywood. I wish them both the best as they are both attractive and talented. I just didn't care for their characters. Shocked that Lincoln Younes (Casey) hasn't made the move, but I am sure he will eventually. I think they all have potential to follow the Hemsworth boys as being hot Aussie commodity in Hollywood. I'm not shocked that a lot of the cast members stayed long as they did b/c the show was a hit early on, and the work isn't as demanding. I've always said that our soaps needs to develop UK/Australian models. One, they need to be reduced to 3-4 days a week instead of five. We also need to have a hiatus like Neighbours and H&A have in December. From H&A fans I've talked too, Fisher and Ailsa are extremely popular. I just know that Fisher was a light villain the first couple of years of the show, and Ailsa was fave b/c people hated how her stepdaughter, Roo, treated her. I know that people were also distraught when she was killed off back in the early 00s. But I think both actors chose to leave. One thing I can say about Australian soaps, much like the British, seem to appreciate and adore their elder characters. Most H&A fans speak highly of characters that were on the show up till about 07/08, which is where they feel the show went downhill. Those were my favorite opening credits, which is funny b/c many people hated versions. I loved it. I wish that AMC would've done something similar (i.e. the picture frames). I hate that this was the show's last opening featuring the cast. Now I hear they don't have an opening at all.- Home and Away: Discussion Thread
OMG. So weird that y'all post those intro clips of Home and Away today when I was listening to the theme earlier. I watched H&A on and off for most of 07/08 but once they killed Jack, I was out. I've tried getting into it again but the Braxton brothers, though they are extremely hot, have killed the show for me. Plus, there is no Fletcher character to be the central character of the show and the foster aspect of the show is practically nonexistent. I do wish I could go back and watch the show from its inception till about around the time I quit.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Sonja is nutty as f-ck. That is all I have to say about tonight's episode.- Emmerdale: Discussion Thread

I know, boo! But you could've at least given them a B! Not a C! They weren't dreadful! A C is what we should be giving like New Jersey!- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
No!!! Why you gotta come at them like that. Why?! Magali is LOVE. Well you know Andy is going to feature her ass heavily next season after this recent arrest.- EastEnders: Discussion Thread
Tell us how you really feel! But I do agree somewhat. Lee is OK. He's cute but not sexy like I found the Moon brothers & Joey [even though their acting was subpar]; however, I get my sex appeal from Emmerdale. Those men....- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I hate how people are saying that it is another ploy of Kenya's. I don't think it is. People are known to live double lives and he did just get married last month. He could've easily stringed Kenya along will married to this woman. It happens every single day. And I find it odd that Vivica's low budget ass find this humorous. Does she not remember the mockery 50-Cent made out of her? Yeah. Those in glass house....- EastEnders: Discussion Thread
Exactly. But I didn't even care for Whitney in that story. For me, Whitney's only good story was her introduction story, and that's because it was gritty and hadn't been done before [or since].- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Kenya's man is married! A low down dirty bastard! http://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/kenya-moore-millionaire-matchmaker-boyfriend-married-2015125 It's OK, Queen Kenya! We're here for you!- EastEnders: Discussion Thread
I compared Whitney and Daniel b/c both are deadweight and both are characters that they writers still try and make work but they never will.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Meh. I wasn't impressed but I'll still watch. I can already tell I am not going to like Meghan if she is a mini-Tamra. One of that b-tch is enough. Two is just too much. The trailer also confirmed my suspicions that it'll be Vicki against the world yet again. No wonder why Lizzie opted to be a friend. This is going to be a sh-t show. RHOA: B+ Could've been better. The season focused too much on Phaedra/Apollo issues. They practically killed the season. IMO, Claudia is a good addition when she is logical and not all over the place. RHOBH: A-. Eileen and Lips saved this show. I'd've given it an A+ had there been no Kim or Brandi. Their substance abuse issues killed it for me. It was the same ol', same ol'. RHOMelbourne: B+. This season didn't have me like season one. Gamble is a good addition (like Claudia) when she's logical. Otherwise, she can be a mess. Pettifleur, however, was a flop. Lydia was still a bore and thirsty for a feud. Gina is still the queen. The other women are OK. RHOCheshire: A+. I was fulfilled and I love Magali, Ampika, Lauren, and Tanya. I love to hate Dawn and Leanne. It was lighthearted and the women weren't vile. We saw the upscale side of a wealthy district of London. There weren't 22 long ass episodes. It was a nice 10, which left me wanting more. Only thing that this season needed was a reunion. IMO, RHOCheshire was the best housewives series this year.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....

See I didn't mind the Moons until they put them in Whitney's orbit. Well Tyler that is. I would've liked him to have been a lothario that spreaded himself all over the Square, which they seemed to be hinting at in the beginning. And I would've liked for them to have made Anthony, the supposed black sheep like Michael, to have been a loser at love that we could all root for. By the time they did start doing that for Anthony with his relationship with Alice, it was too late. Lee doesn't bother me, I just find him dull. Only time I got something from him was when he was with Lucy. When it comes to Mick and Linda, a part of me wishes that the writers would've played up on the Queen Vic curse and modeled them after tumultuous marriages/owners before them [Kat/Alfie, Chrissie/Den, Den/Angie]. Had Kat not had that disgusting affair with Derek years before, I would've been all for her being the interloper for Mick and Alice. Stacey too if she wasn't so loose in the past. I know affair stories are played out but I don't mind them when they are plotted well. EE has a history of telling good affair stories. Plus, Kat is in desperate need of getting out Alfie's orbit. Her being Mick's mistress could've been somewhat more interesting than the rape/baby story.- Another World Discussion Thread
