Perfect casting. Ted King is a great choice.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I think that would actually be a dynamite base, and then add 3 or 4 more ladies. I'd really like to see LeeAnne back simple to mix it up with D'Andra, even in a friend of role...she's certainly problematic on her own, but when you compare her to Kameron, LeeAnne isn't anywhere near as bad... Stephanie brought NOTHING this season aside from her feel good locker room charity work. Kary is an awful person who I don't ever want to see on TV again. Kameron is extremely problematic and I don't want to see her ignorance/spite/racism on TV again. Brandi is foul and nobody will miss her. Bravo made sure they edited Monique out of any flashback material. She made some enemies there. Glad to hear it - Tamra brought a lot to the show and her missing presence this year was acutely felt.

An art project? Good lord she is up herself. It's also interesting to hear her 'real voice' as compared to her EJ brittle bitch voice.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
It really is astounding how poorly Andy Cohen handles these kinds of issues. He softball'd Teresa in exactly the same way, and in fairness to Teresa, she probably didn't fully appreciate what was going on. As we know from watching RHONJ, she is a very stupid person. Meanwhile, allegedly, Erotica Lame is a sophisticated hustler. That Girardi was transferring money into a company owned by Erika speaks to how deeply involved she was in all of it. And now her lawyers are apparently back on - which means she finally paid her bill or got honest with them, or both.

And they all look incredibly young - Bravo is misfiring here. One of the best things about the RH franchise is being able to see mature women on television.

Yes! I am so glad Kelly, Brown Wind, and Elizabeth are out. Not one of them brought anything worthwhile to the show and their awkward, unlikeable presence won't be missed at all. The return of Heather is a very good move - they need to focus on the aspirational nature of this. It's sort of an open secret that Bravo is trying to retool the RH franchises to skew younger...which is a critical error a la ABC Daytime...so Gina and Emily surviving another season is explained. I do hope Tamra returns, at least as an FOH, they show will desperately need a shot in the arm.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Usually they're citing the phrasing in case law so that they can exit and the case law is the judgment of the Court, which is why it sounds as blunt as it does. This is a plain old bad sign for Erotica Lame. Her day of reckoning appears to be approaching.

As Danny Pellegrino would say: "WHHHEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWW" Lawyers withdrawing because the solicitor/client relationship has broken down is a very bad sign about a litigant. It's also a red flag for any future lawyers.

Interesting...so she was an Officer of the company. Yeah, how on earth can she excuse her involvement in this?

+1 I totally agree. I don't like her at all. At her core she seems impatient and mean.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
It's curious timing given that Amazon has announced its acquisition of MGM...you'd think Bethenny would want to leverage that relationship, but perhaps it would be less to her advantage than it would appear. Either way, I'd never say never about a RHONY return for her, it's all about career trajectory and if she's running out of runway, she'll come back to RHONY and extend those 15 minutes. RHOBH I don't have much to add to what's already been said, but Crystal...good lord is she nasty. The way she dismissively said "OK" to Sutton half a dozen times on that boat ride, it's evident that she wasn't interested in listening to her at all. And then to try and make some big deal about Sutton innocently walking into her room to return that coat and that Crystal was "naked" (or was it in her robe, the way she 'explained' it was very unclear...) as if she's trying to make Sutton out to be some sort of pervert or judgment hag? No way. That is some foul nonsense.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Except Eboni was not behaving like a lunatic and then excusing it by proclaiming “my grandmother is dying!” Eboni made rational comments about how she was feeling and discussed what was going on. Meanwhile, if you took a drink every time Leah said “my grandmother is dying!” you would have alcohol poisoning. It was her go-to excuse. And she had a choice. And like they said in Indiana Jones: she chose unwisely.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHONY The episode was surprisingly OK for Lu. She was still boiling mad when she spoke with Eboni, but I think her asking for an apology for Eboni showed that we were getting the real Lu, with both a sincere apology and entitled request. She was smart enough to listen. I loved Eboni connecting with Sonja. Whoever would have thought that Sonja Tremont Morgan would be the most self aware and sensitive person? I think many of us appreciate Sonja's vulnerability but I'm loving who she is this season and I just wish she could embrace that side of her, rather than living in the past. I did not sense a drop of malice from Heather. I think she really tried to build bridges rather than divide. Ramona didn't do much this episode but I loved watching her with her weights. Now...when it comes to dying grandmothers... I had a very close relationship with my grandmother. When she was dying, you know where I was? In the hospital. At her bedside. Leah could have chosen to be there and her constant lashing out and then excusing her behaviour? No. Nope. No ma'am. She chose to be on that trip. Zero excuses.

Bravo does need to rehire Tamra and Heather Dubrow. They balance each other out. Hell, I wouldn't mind seeing Vicki return either. She's just sold her house in Coto (and bought a smaller house in Coto). OC really needs to tread carefully this next season - they alienated a lot of their audience.

RHOBH I still like Sutton. While she spoke inelegantly and ignorantly, I didn't hear a drop of malice. It's interesting to hear about her father's suicide and her mother's profession as a psychotherapist. That is a heavy mental burden and it seems Sutton has been wearing it for a very long time. Crystal, on the other hand, I maintain is an unpleasant person. The way she dismissed Sutton after the dinner was a glimpse at a very harsh personality. Her hot mic moment on the phone also demonstrated that she simply doesn't like the woman and isn't going to in the future either. Kyle still hates Garcelle. Her comment in the VT when Garcelle told Kathy how annoying Paris Hilton used to be spoke *volumes*. Dorit is literally doing nothing and if she doesn't pull a Hail Mary there's no reason to see her continue next season. Rinna and Garcelle clearly hate each other. "That's a big beam" and discussions about the weather? Yeah, that friendship is DOA. And rightly so, Garcelle can't trust Rinna at all and Rinna has admitted as much. I love how odd Kathy is. I can see why she's always preferred Kim over Kyle. The end of Erotica Lame appears to be coming next week. About time, too.

That's how I feel too. Each of them has a different definition of 'education' and the misapprehension of that definition totally fueled much of that dispute. Eboni has the highest factual, formal, and accredited 'education' as a lawyer, that she has worked very hard for and rightly is proud of. Luann has the 'education' that she's accumulated through her life experiences, which burnishes her formal education as a licensed practical nurse, and is also very proud of. I hope they work it out because I think they have a lot in common. I was very pleased to see Sonja stick by Eboni last night and the way she gently, quietly, spoke to Leah across the table, simply asking if she was OK. Sonja can be loopy, but the lady has a lot of friends and you can see why: she's a decent person. When Leah walked into Luann's house looking like she'd stolen some of Erotica Lame's castoffs and that she was late because of her glam squad, a la Dorit, I had to roll my eyes. Leah is playing a role of what she thinks people want to see.

Y&R May 2021 Discussion Thread
It’s unlikely we’ll be seeing Jill for the foreseeable future: Jess Walton’s husband, John, has had a reoccurrence of the cancer he was in remission from a few years ago and she’s asking for prayers and love as her family goes through what she’s described as a painful time.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHONY Leah really showed her ass this week and has demonstrated how contrived she is. That vow of silence? Please. She was gasping for attention. I enjoyed Lu and Garth, Ramona and her bartender and the shots, and the return of Heather...these women are so effortless. They've gotten several episodes out of a couple of days of filming. Other casts spend months to do the same. I am enjoying Eboni and I really like how she had Sonja's back when she needed it. I do worry a bit about Sonja. She needs a Suze Orman type person to really sort out her financial situation because it feels like Sonja could be living with so many less worries. The anxiety she exhibits is off the charts. RHONJ I loved this season. It was near perfect with the right mix of comedy and petty drama, but nothing too ugly. I didn't like the way Teresa minimized sexual harassment and the stories that Margaret and Jackie shared. Teresa is a neanderthal of course and has never worked an honest day in her life, so this is no surprise. Jennifer's 'you started the rumour' from the first half of the reunion really fizzled out, didn't it? I hope this whole cast returns with an extra addition or two. As an aside, Terea, you in danger, girl. This Luis guy gives me red flags. He loves the camera. I see trouble. RHOBH I don't like Crystal. I'm not observing a sweet person at all. In my view, she's a shark and has a real mean streak in her and is an incredible snob, which is really something when you figure she's from Northridge, which is deep Valley. Sutton made a total ass of herself. The apology she's posted does seem sincere and that she understands where she f*cked up. Dorit was just there, though I find her amusing. Erotica Lame is being edited very oddly. It's clear someone in production is over her. But the comment about wearing a wire...is that a red herring or is this part of her narrative that she is going to receive immunity from prosecution for cooperating into the investigation into Tom?! Kyle knows that the audience is not with her when it comes to Garcelle and she openly admitted that she only talked about the whole charity donation nonsense as a way to hurt Garcelle, so there's no pretence at all that it was about the charity. Garcelle is the star of the show and I am loving her going hard on Rinna and not letting up. Kathy Hilton is a nutcase who seems bemused at the general circus around her, and she knows she's socially lightyears ahead of all these women, but I love watching her. That scene with Kathy's fan and Kyle plugging it in? Chilling. Kathy looms large over Kyle.

How the mighty have fallen. That isn't to say I didn't enjoy the premiere and I'm looking forward to the season, but I'm a hate-watcher. I don't like most of the cast and find the Coven especially troubling and hope they get their comeuppance.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
This return for Heather really feels like a setup for slaughter. I'd almost wonder whether Lu, Sonja, and Ramona had quietly gotten together and decided to bring Heather on to confront her...but what they didn't count on was Leah going insane? It's the gentle tone in which The Grande Dame delivers that truly lethal blow that really had me rolling. Get her, Wendy! The enemy of Gizelle is my friend. That trailer was fantastic. We are in for a very good season.
