  1. I remember the Frankie/Laura stuff and I liked that he had a backbone in those scenes.
  2. That was a sweet moment when Andrew & Jeannie showed up and Kimberly wheeled in behind them- loved it. I really like the way you're re-writing Chelsea's lineage- it all actually makes sense too.
  3. http://santabarbara-online.com/GeneriqueDebutUS.rm (EXT: Cruz & Eden's Beach House) ---Eden puts the finishing touches on dinner and setting the table. Her hair is pulled up and she's dressed in a beautiful shimmering silver and white night gown, with long off-white satin slip underneath. She dims the lights, strikes a match, and lights the tall white candles sitting in the center of the table. She checks her watch and thinks out loud that Cruz should be home any minute now. As if he could read her thoughts, Cruz enters the front door. He goes to turn on the lights when he sees Eden, lit up by the candles at the dinner. "Welcome Home." she says. "Baby, you are a vision" Cruz walks up to his wife and kisses her. He asks what he's done to deserve this and she tells him that sometimes, he doesn't have to do anything at all. "Somethin smells delicious- what you got cooking in there?" "Lobster." Cruz remembers back to a time early on in their courtship, having the lobster dinner on the house boat. Eden is pleasantly surprised that he remembered. Cruz playfully tells her that he remembers all sorts of things- like what they did before & after eating that lobster. Cruz suddenly looks around and asks where Rafe & Adriana are. She informs him that they are out for the night with Samantha, taking her to do her Christmas shopping. "You mean- we're alone?" She nods at him and something goes off inside him and he heads towards her. He begins flirtaciously telling her that though he's hungry, dinner could wait a little while. She tells him in no uncertain terms that she didn't work to prepare dinner just so she could overcook the lobster or eat it cold. She suggests he pop the cork in the champagne she has chilling and pour them each a glass, while she puts the food out. He agrees, but asks for a preview of what's to come. Eden happily obliges with a teasing peck on the lips. "Heh, yeah right" Cruz says as he pulls her in for something with more passion. Eden pulls out before she loses control. "You go pop that cork." Cruz gives her a devilish look. "I'm serious." "So am I." He kisses her again, then obliges with the champagne. (EXT: Capwell Hotel - Bar) ---Warren wipes his hand over his face as Augusta tends to him. Pamela stands in front of Mason and apologizes to her son for what he saw. When he slurs something about being disgusted that she would even be interested in Warren Lockridge, Pamela realizes that he's drunk. She asks her son what's the matter but he tells her that he doesn't want to talk about it. Augusta suggests they call Julia to take him home and Pamela agrees it's a good idea. Mason tells them they'll be doing no such thing- he's staying right where he is and will get a room for the night. Pamela tells him no way is she letting him go back to that bar and Augusta agrees. "He's not going to any bar," Warren says, rising to his feet. "Mason will be spending the night in jail- for assault." Augusta tells Warren to calm down, that nobody is pressing any charges against anyone. Warren informs her that he has a room full of witnesses and will do as he pleases. Pamela asks him not to do it, but Mason taunts him, encouraging him to call the police. Warren tells Mason that he's pathetic as he begins to dial. Suddenly someone comes up from behind him and grabs the phone out of his hands. Warren turns around and sees Julia right in his face. He reaches to grab the phone from her. "Try that again and I'll break it. Your call." (EXT: Ted & Angela's condominium) ---Angela sits in her house alone, sipping on a glass of Pinot Grigio. She hears Ted pulling up into the driveway. She continues to sit and drink her wine, silently as he walks through the door. "Nice of you to come home." she says coldly. "We need to talk." "So you're speaking to me today? Because I wasn't sure." "Please. Can You.....just....listen for a second?" She nods and offers for him to go ahead. Ted tells her that he had a conversation with his mother earlier in the day and she put things in perspective for him. "Sophia? Great......she hates me!" Ted continues on, ignoring her. Ted explains that Sophia made him see that he loves Angela for who she is. He tells her that he doesn't expect her to live up to some wild standard. He does, however, expect her to be honest with him. Though he loves her and understands why she did the things she did, it hurts him that she couldn't have opened up to him in the first place. Angela tells him that she wasn't exactly proud of her actions, but that she wasn't ashamed either. "I've had to fight for everything I've gotten in life Ted. I wasn't about to just lay down for Lily." Ted admits that it felt good that she fought for him. Though he doesn't necessarily approve of what she did, he's happy that things turned out the way they did. He apologizes for not being home the night before and ignoring her at work. She is understanding, though she admits it got under her skin more than she liked. Ted is pleased that she missed him. He immediately takes her and kisses her. She kisses him back, unbuttoning his shirt. Ted unbuttons her blouse and lifts her up, with Angela wrapping her legs around her waist. He carries her like that to the bedroom and throws her down on the bed. She looks up at him and smiles. He climbs on top of her and hungrily devours her. (EXT: Capwell Hotel- Bar) ---Mason loudly tells Julia that he doesn't need her fighting his battles for him, that he's perfectly capable. Looking at Warren's face, Julia concurs. Julia insists that Mason come home with her but Mason pushes her away, continuing to cause a scene. Mason raises his voice again, admonishing her for not bothering to tell him about Mary. "I take it from the looks of you that she's gone." "OF COURSE SHE IS JULIA!! WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? HELL, WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT? ALL OF THE WOMEN IN MY LIFE EITHER DISAPPOINT ME OR LEAVE ME. LOOK AT THE HISTORY. IT STARTED WITH HER" He points at Pamela. "ONE DAY I WAKE UP AND SHE'S JUST POOF! GONE! DISAPPEARED! THEN I GROW OLDER. AND I MEET MARY- AND SHE TEACHES ME ABOUT LOVE, HOW TO LOVE AT ALL. SOMETHING UP UNTIL THEN, I WASN'T EVEN SURE I WAS CAPABLE OF. AND WHAT HAPPENS? AN OVERSIZED LETTER FALLS ON TOP OF HER LIKE THE PUNCH LINE OF A TWISTED SESAME STREET JOKE. AND THEN YOU COME ALONG, JULIA. MY PRECIOUS JULIA. AND I LEARN TO FEEL THOSE THINGS ALL OVER AGAIN. YOU CHALLENGED ME IN WAYS THAT NOONE HAD BEFORE YOU. I COULD COUNT ON YOU LIKE NONE OF THESE OTHER WOMEN. NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENED, HOW BAD THINGS WERE- I COULD COUNT ON MY JUUULIA FOR THE TRUTH, HOWEVER GRIM. NOW, YOU'VE GONE AND TAKEN THAT AWAY FROM ME AS WELL. SO WHAT IS IT THAT I HAVE LEFT? HUH? AUGUSTA? MOTHER? WARREN? YOU TELL ME. TELL ME WHAT I'VE GOT." The bartender approaches and warns Julia that a patron has called the police over Mason's actions. Julia tells him they have to get him out of there, but he lashes out again, telling them he isn't going anywhere. He pulls the table cloth off of the closest table, breaking everything on it and ruining a couple's dinner. He apologizes to them , but they angrily ask the waitress for management. Warren informs them that Mason's family owns the hotel. They remark that 'it figures' . Julia and Pamela begin forcibly walking Mason out of the lounge area, but he loudly protests. "Oh, you're not going anywhere," Keith Timmons says, entering the scene. "Anywhere, but jail that is. Read him his rights." "What's the charge?" Julia questions "Vandalism" "He owns the hotel, Keith" "How about public intoxication?" a belligerent Mason suggests. "Works for me. Cuff him." The officer cuffs Mason, as everyone looks on. Warren asks a patron to borrow her cell phone and uses it to take pictures as Mason is taken off & read his rights. (EXT: Cruz & Eden's Beach House- YOU MUST LISTEN TO THE SONG TO ENHANCE THE SCENE!!! TRUST ME!) http://www.members.aol.com/gethapy/heaven.wav ---Cruz & Eden finish their meal and stare across the table at each other. Eden smiles that it was delicious and Cruz agrees. Cruz stands up and takes his wife by the hand, bringing her up to him. "I love you Eden Castillo" "I love you too Cruz" He touches her face with his hand and she slowly brings her hands up to his, pressing it against her face. He kisses her passionately and sweeps her off her feet. He carries her up to their bedroom, sitting her on the bed. She removes her nightgown, sitting there in her slip only. She stands up and begins unbuttoning his plaid shirt. She parts it at the middle and pushes it over his shoulders. It slips over his back and they begin to kiss again. Gently with his fingers, Cruz slides both straps of Eden's slip down her arms, until it finally falls off of her body. She takes off his belt and unzips his trademark skin-tight jeans. They begin to kiss again as he pushes himself onto her, pulling both of them up to the head of the bed as they roll around. He kisses her neck, then works his way back up to her lips again. He stops for a second and looks into her eyes. He smiles at her and she smiles right back. He kisses her again and pulls her back on top of him very quickly, making her laugh. He laughs with her, but it subsides into them once again tenderly kissing, with Cruz holding the back of her head and her gorgeous long blonde hair in his hand. THE END.............for today
  4. I really liked the ending- perfect cliffhanger! It will be interesting to see how you explain Chelsea being Hope's daughter- especially since Bo isn't the father! Princess Gina years perhaps? The Roman/Sami stuff was great! I really like the incestuous vibe that it had- to me, in that sense, they're like the father/daughter version of Barbara & Paul on 'ATWT' Max & Abby were cute, though I'm not sure about Frankie locking Cassie in a closet- I can't see him doing that. Chelsea or Jack, maybe, but Frankie is such an upstanding goody-goody (probably why I never liked him ) All in all though, thoroughly enjoyable episode you guys! Love the implications this reveal has for all 4 of the characters' relationships with one another.
  5. http://santabarbara-online.com/GeneriqueDebutUS.rm (EXT: Santa Barbara Hospital) ---Edmund sits in his office alone, waiting for Sophia. He flashes back to years before. He remembers arguing with his pregnant wife Loretta about the possibility of CC Capwell being her baby's father. Edmund is extremely confrontational as a teary Loretta tells him the truth. Loretta explains that CC wants nothing to do with her and blames their affair for Sophia's death. Edmund is shown in the present again. He flashes back again, this time remembering confronting CC with Loretta. CC coldly and callously denies the possibility of being the baby's father and rejects Loretta, telling her never to return to his home. She runs off, completely broken-hearted. Edmund emerges from the bushes after she leaves and confronts CC himself. He blames him for tearing up his marriage and not even being man enough to own up to what he did. CC tells him that if he thinks this baby is going to pay for Edmund's medical schooling, then he and his pathetic wife have another thing coming. Edmund is startled when Sophia loudly knocks on the door, interrupting his memory. He opens the door and immediately compliments Sophia on her beauty. Sophia introduces herself and is surprised that Edmund remembers her days as Sophia Wayne and names some of her films. "My, I haven't thought about those films in years- it's good to reminisce about those days. Your talents come highly recommended as well- Ben spoke quite highly of you." "Kind of you to say. I studied and worked very hard to get where I am today. I've been going over your chart- and I believe I have a treatment that could help you." Sophia is skeptical, telling him that Ben has told her that her condition is not curable. Edmund explains that while the United States hasn't approved certain treatments, there are studies he's been working on in England where they would have the freedom to explore these experimental options. Curious, Sophia asks him to lay out what his treatment would entail. Edmund tells her that she would be in a coma for 4-6 weeks, depending on how quickly it takes effect. He tells her that it's an intensive laser & radiation treatment concentrated at the center of the aneurism. Basically, for 6 hours at a time, the laser is shot into her brain repeatedly, breaking up the aneurism into smaller pieces which are subsequently attacked. Sophia asks why it hasn't met with approval in the United States. Edmund tells her that there's a risk of brain damage and that the medications used to keep the patient in the coma are not yet approved by the USFDA. He assures her that though it sounds stressful and potentially dangerous, it's her best shot at permanently relieving herself of the condition as opposed to merely controlling it. Sophia asks him if she can think it over & he agrees, but tells her that time is of the essence- he will only be in town for a short period of time and if she wants to do the treatment, there are certain medications that will have to be administered before they would leave for the UK to prepare her body for the comatose state. Sophia understands and asks if she could at least have until after the holiday to make her decision. Edmund agrees, but informs her that he'll be leaving for London on Dec. 30 and will need a decision at least 24 hours before then. However, he warns her that the sooner the medications are given to her, the quicker the treatment should take effect. (EXT: DINER, just outside of town) ---Cruz sips his coffee as he waits for Angel to arrive for their rendezvous. Angel shows up and Cruz immediately asks about his progress. Angel tells him of his meeting with Carlos Esteban. He explains that Carlos is starting him off small, but if he comes through & keeps in line, he has a big deal coming in before Christmas Eve. "Perfect- He won't know what hit him. You're doing good work, man." "My word is all I've got you know- if I say I'm gonna do something, I'm gonna do it right. Thing is Castillo- I need to be sure my family will be protected. Carlos has already made threats..." "You have my word, man. You're puttin your neck out on the line for us and I appreciate it man. You've changed- this is not the Angel Ramirez I knew 20 years ago." "Yeah, well, 20 years in prison will do that to a man. You ought to know that Cruz- you had a taste of it once." (EXT: Bar in the Capwell Hotel) ---Warren continues kissing Pamela until she pulls back, stunned by what has transpired. Warren is amused that she seems embarrassed and is blushing. "What was that for?" she asks him "That was....because I felt like doing it. Don't tell me you didn't enjoy it..." "No, I'm quite flatterred Warren, but considering I was married to CC and had Mason by the time Augusta was pregnant with you, that makes me obviously old enough to...." "Impress a man like me with your sophistication and worldliness. I don't think I've ever seen you look so beautiful- seriously, what is this glow you have about you?" Pamela smiles and tells him that for once in her life, she feels in control of her own destiny, something she hadn't truly felt in many years. Warren asks her why she's back in town and she responds that she's returned to right the wrongs done to her and settle a few scores. Warren is intrigued and asks for more details, but she's very tight-lipped, telling him that he would be far better served if he just sat back and watched things develop in real time. Warren reminds her that's not in his character- he is, after all, a journalist. Pamela fires back that what he is is a writer- and any writer can appreciate that every good story has a beginning, middle, and end. A story is far more fun to watch play out, she insists, if it's done in that order. Pamela notices he's changed the subject and asks again about his sudden interest in her. Warren hears the music beginning and suggests they discuss that while they dance. Pamela accepts the invitation. (EXT: Capwell Enterprises) ---Keith stops by Gina's office and she tells him of Joann's blackmail. Keith tells her that for both of their sakes, it's best they keep mum about what they know about Joann......at least for now. Gina explains that she's not so sure if any of that is going to matter anymore, since she and Joann had quite a rumble earlier in the day. Keith admonishes her for antagonizing Joann, but Gina counters that something about her just gets under her skin. She admits that she lost control and let her feelings toward Joann get the best of her. Gina asks Keith what their next move is and he seems unsure, admitting he's feeling a bit defeated. Just then, Elizabeth buzzes Gina's office and asks to meet with her. Keith tells Gina he'd love to tag along and the two head to Elizabeth's office. She greets them and Gina introduces Elizabeth to Keith, one of the assistant DAs in Santa Barbara. "So nice to finally meet you. I'd heard so many good things about you and insisted when you buzzed Gina that she had to introduce me. I'm a huge fan of your work." "Oh? You've followed my career at Wayne, INC?" "Actually, I'm talking about the policies you've implemented so far here at Capwell. Brilliant!" "Ahh, I take it you're not my sister's biggest fan either?" "An understatement if I ever heard one," Gina chimes in. Elizabeth thanks Keith and he offers to leave, but she tells him it's alright if he stays. Elizabeth goes over the latest projections for Gina Jeans and informs Gina that she would like to see the line expanded. Gina is absolutely thrilled and immediately agrees to work overtime on it. Elizabeth is appreciative of her dedication and tells her she hopes they have a close working relationship. Gina replies that she would like nothing more. As Keith and Gina begin to leave, Keith stops and asks why it is that in all the years he's known her, Sophia never even mentioned to him that she had such a beautiful younger sister. "She's barred from the building, Keith. Is it so hard to figure out?" "Obviously there's animosity there, but I can't for the life of me understand why. I thought maybe you could fill in the holes." "That's not a time that I really care to talk about Mr. Timmons." "Please, Keith" "Ok, Keith. That's an awfully personal question for someone you've just met. Then again, you are an attorney..... you all aren't exactly known for your tactfulness..." "It's like you've known me my entire life. Perhaps we could get a drink sometime and swap Sophia stories." "Perhaps. Now if there isn't anything else, I have a conference call I need to make." Gina and Keith exit and Gina immediately notices the devilish look on his face. "What are you thinking?" "That I may have just met our next move....." (EXT: Bar in the Capwell Hotel) ---Mason enters and immediately orders a scotch on the rocks. The bartender comments that he hasn't seen Mason in quite a while. "Sobriety, however fleeting it may have been." He immediately sucks down his drink and asks the bartender to pour another. As he finishes his second drink immediately, he orders another one. The bartender informs him that this one is on the lady & directs his eyes to the opposite side of the bar. Facing him is Augusta, sipping on a dry martini. Augusta walks over as he sucks down his third drink in a row and orders another. "What's the occasion? No wait, pleeease let me guess. You woke up this morning." "Two more of these and you may start looking appetizing to me." He looks her over. "Make that three." He downs his fourth drink. "I truly don't see what my sister sees in you. You're arrogant, manipulative, devious, and your breath could sterilize a needle. Not to mention you're a duplicitous bastard- does Julia have any idea where you are right now?" "Duplicitous? That may be true but it seems to have rubbed off on your perfect sister." It dawns on Augusta what's going on. "You know." Mason is stunned that she knew that Mary was alive as well. Augusta insists she herself didn't believe it at first, especially when she heard of Mark McCormack's supposed involvement with her recovery and preventing her from going after Mason when she awoke. Mason asks her what she means about Mark. Realizing Julia must not have gotten into that part yet, Augusta attempts to cover but Mason, however drunk, is persistent. Augusta explains that she, like everyone else, thought that Mark was dead, since his bones were found during the Hal Clark investigation. "You mean he isn't? Oh this just keeps getting better. Bartender. Another round please." (EXT: The Capwell Mansion) ---Sophia arrives home with the literature given to her by Edmund. She sits down in the living room and begins reading it over. Rosa enters and asks what she is reading. Sophia tells her of the meeting she had with Dr. Lavery. Sophia is very enthusiastic about the possibility of her condition being treatable. Rosa warns her to remain cautious and not get her hopes up. Rosa asks for the details of the treatment and Sophia goes over what she discussed with Edmund. Rosa voices her concern that the treatment is not yet legal in the United States and is even more concerned about the medications being used, which are not yet approved by the USFDA. Sophia retorts that they are legal in the United Kingdom and highly doubts that the British Government would deliberately put people at risk. "I don't believe they would Sophia. But if it's something not approved here, then it may not be so safe either." "That's what this book is for that Dr. Lavery is about. If you don't mind Rosa, I'd like to be alone right now, so I can read through it." "Have you told CC yet? Or your children?" "Rosa, you know that I haven't and you know why. I don't want to worry them- there's nothing they can do to help me." "Yes, but this treatment you're considering.....Sophia you could be gone for months, don't you think CC is going to wonder where you are?" "I haven't given Dr. Lavery a definite answer yet, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. I'll come up with something." "He would want to know, Sophia, especially if you were making any kind of choice that could potentially put your health at risk..." Sophia tells her that the last thing she needs is CC involved with this in any way. It's going to be hard enough to overcome and recuperate, but it would only make matters worse with CC hounding nurses, questioning doctors, and not allowing Sophia to make decisions that concern her and her body. Sophia again asks Rosa to honor her wishes and she agrees, though she makes Sophia take note of her diapproval. Rosa leaves Sophia alone and she begins to read. (EXT: Bar in the Capwell Hotel) ---Mason continues to drink himself into a stupor and Augusta tells him that she's calling him a cab. He tells her that won't be necessary- he's taken the liberty of reserving a room. Augusta asks if Julia is aware that he won't be coming home but Mason ignores her. Augusta informs him that if he won't call Julia, she will. She gets up and begins walking away from the bar, dialing her cell phone. An unbalanced Mason walks behind her as she stops mid-dialing. She is stunned when she sees Warren and Pamela cavorting on the dance floor. Her blood begins boiling as she glares at them. "What is it, Augusta, what are you looking at?" Mason looks up and sees Warren plant a kiss on his mother.. Unable to control himself, Mason rushes out toward them. "Mason! What are you doing? MASON! DON'T!" Augusta calls as she chases after him. Mason approaches Warren & Pamela on the dance floor. Pamela stops dancing when she sees her son closing in on them. "What? "What's wrong?" Warren asks as he's turning around. When Warren completes his turn, the last sight he sees is Mason's fist coming at his face, knocking him out cold. THE END...................for today Sorry so late. Piece of crap cable connection!
  6. Really? I never particularly liked the character of Santana in the first place- she was always very needy and pathetic IMO. That said, I found Wanda DeJesus to be supremely annoying as Santana- I did not care for her interpretation of the character at all. Gina Gallego was the definitive Santana IMO. Plus, for storyline purposes, I absolutely wanted Gina for the part. Funny sidenote- when I googled Gina Gallego for her picture, about 50% of the photos were actually of Wanda DeJesus!!
  7. I'm so sorry I haven't sent it in yet Dusty- I've barely been on SON the past couple days & haven't even posted my own episode yet! As soon as I do, I'll send you my ideas
  8. 'RTSB' is pleased to announce the casting of Clive Robertson as Ashton Lavery, Carrington Garland as Kelly Capwell, and Alisa Reyes as Marta Ramirez. Thanks to everyone who pitched their ideas for each role! Negotiations with Carrington were lengthy and 'RTSB' exec producer juniorZ was scrambling in case the deal fell through. Kelly is integral to the stories I've been setting up for 2007. Given the nature of Kelly's upcoming storyline, 'RTSB' felt that Carrington would be best suited to return in the role. After some convincing, she agreed. Kelly will return to town with a secret- she's fallen in love with and married Ashton Lavery. Ashton's last name should be familiar to readers- since Dr. Edmund Lavery, who was recently introduced, is indeed his father. Both actors are on contract. Alisa Reyes is slated for a short-term recurring gig. See the previews below for her storyline. In other casting news, Gina Gallego will be returning to the Santa Barbara fold as Santana Andrade. Santana will return to spend Christmas with her mother, Rosa. Some viewers may remember that 'RTSB' has mentioned that Santana is living in Mexico. How long will she be in Santa Barbara? Not long, necessarily, but she will be on 'RTSB' through much of 2007. At the moment, the role is recurring, though 'RTSB' may be open to extending Ms. Gallego a contract offer, depending on how the story plays. SCHEDULE for this week: (all times are Eastern Standard Time, USA) TODAY (Monday)- Episode 24, between 10-11 PM TUESDAY- Episode 25, between 7-9 PM WEDNESDAY- Episode 26, between 2-4 PM THURSDAY- Episode 27, between 9 PM - 12 AM FRIDAY- Episode 28, between 10-11 PM There is a possiblity that the Friday episode may be delayed until Saturday, depending on things work out with my week. 14. It's been an exhausting couple of days folks- I'm butt tired right now. I actually really like how the Thursday episode closed out the week so I'm going to leave this week at that. There will be a new episode posted Monday and next week will DEFINITELY be a five episode week, without a doubt. The pre-emptions of last week have screwed up the pacing of some of my storylines so I'm re-tooling things a bit to fit into the proper time frame. In the meantime, I've seen some other blog writers doing some viewer feedback posts & I decided to do one myself this week. If you've been a loyal reader or even a spoaradic one, I'd absolutely LOVE to hear what you think. If you wouldn't mind, please take the time to answer a few questions for me- you can either leave your thoughts as a comment or, if you're not an SON member, I'd love to hear from you via email- my email address is [email protected] Hope to hear from ya!!! 1. What's your favorite storyline on 'RTSB' so far? 2. What's your least favorite story on 'RTSB' so far? 3. What do you like best about 'RTSB'? 4. What improvements do you think could be made on 'RTSB'? 5. Who are your favorite 'RTSB' characters? Who do you find the most intriguing? 6. Any characters you don't like so far? 7. Are there any Santa Barbara characters not currently on 'RTSB' you'd like to return? 8. Do you enjoy the format 'RTSB' is written in or would you alter it? 9. What has shocked/surprised you the most so far on 'RTSB'? 10. Any other comments, complaints, or suggestions you have for 'RTSB'? ETA: For those who missed it due to the board outage, here's the link to the "In The Zone" episode where the 2007 Previews were given for 'RTSB'. The segment begins approximately 14 minutes into the show. http://boss.streamos.com/wmedia/blogtalkradio/show_7130.wax
  15. http://santabarbara-online.com/GeneriqueDebutUS.rm (EXT- Mason & Julia's Home) ---Mason is floored by Julia's admission. At first, he cannot believe that Mary is actually alive and demands details. Julia tells him she doesn't know much, but goes over what she does know: that Mary was comatose for four years in San Remos before she woke up. Mason cannot understand how any of this could be, since he saw her die. Julia tells him that Mary explained that Mark immediately rushed her to the clinic and was able to restore her vitals, but she remained in a deep coma. Julia also takes that opportunity to tell him that, according to Mary, the baby died. Mason is stunned by what he's hearing but it slowly begins sinking in what all of this means. "You knew.....my God, Julia you knew. For weeks you've known and haven't said a word about it. How could you do that to me ? How could you keep something like this from me?" "Mason, honestly, I didn't know what to do. Mary told me that she had come back for you years before but saw how happy we were and chose not to disrupt that. She lied to me too- she told me she was married and didn't want her family's life disrupted either." "But....she wasn't? Married, I mean" "No. She wasn't." Mason tells Julia that he's going straight to the clinic to find Mary, but Julia warns him it may not be such a good idea. She tells him that Mary planned on leaving town that day and when she'd seen her the day before, Mary told her it was her last day at the clinic. Mason heads down there anyway, hoping to find any kind of information on her. (EXT: Apartment in San Remos) ---Mary finishes packing her things. She comes across her picture of Mason and flashes back to their encounter at the hospital. She tears up, but resolved that she's doing the right thing, she takes her bags and heads out the door and into her cab. (EXT: Capwell Enterprises) ---Elizabeth is annoyed when Kathleen buzzes her and informs her that Pamela Conrad is there to see her. Elizabeth immediately asks what Pamela is doing there, telling her it will arouse suspicions if they're seen together. Pamela marvels at Elizabeth's accomplishments so far, talking of how she heard that Sophia's been barred from the building. Pamela tells her that she cannot believe that Elizabeth was able to get CC to agree to such a thing. "If you like that Pamela, you're really going to love my final stipulation." "There's more?" "Oh yes. If CC wants this merger to stand, he has to give in to one more demand- none of his children with Sophia will ever be able to run Capwell Enterprises." "It's genius. I absolutely love......My goodness, you know what this means, don't you? The company will be Mason's....." "Or his other son or any illegitimate children he may have out there, just as long as they weren't birthed by my sister." Pamela again compliments her on the work she's done so far. Elizabeth admits that it pains her to put CC in such a position, but feels no remorse for what she's doing to Sophia. Pamela chimes in that CC has it coming just as much, whether Elizabeth wants to see that or not. Elizabeth suggests Pamela get going, before anyone sees her. Unfortunately for them, as she's exiting, Pamela bumps into the last person they want to see: CC Capwell. "Pamela, what the hell are you doing here?" "Congratulating Ms Wayne on her fine work so far here. Leaving now. Always good to see you CC." "Wish I could say the same." Pamela takes off and CC looks into a guilty Elizabeth's eyes. "Just what are you and my ex-wife up to Elizabeth? And I expect a straight answer...." (EXT- a poorer section of town) --Angel once again meets up with Terrance. Terrance tells Angel that the boss knows about the time Angel has spent in jail and is worried about the implications of that. Angel insists everything is on the up & up, that he just wants to help out his family. Terrance says that he told Carlos just that and against his better judgement, Carlos has agreed to meet with him and make arrangements. Angel asks when and Terrance tells him right now, telling him to get into the car and go there with him. Angel jumps in and they ride off. (EXT: Winding California roads) ---Mason is seen speeding toward the San Remos Clinic. He pulls up and races out of his car through the doors. The nurse recognizes him but before she is able to speak, he tells her he needs to know the wherabouts of Dr. Beckman. The nurse informs him that she's not allowed to give out such information, but Mason pleads with her. The nurse admits that Mary has left her job and all she knows is that she's leaving for Colorado today. Mason thanks her for her help and races off. ......flash to- Mary, at the Santa Barbara airport, just getting to the airport and walking in. She sees the somewhat lengthy line to check her bags and waits. (EXT: Capwell Enterprises) --- Gina asks Kathleen to see Elizabeth but she's told that Elizabeth is in a very important meeting with CC. Just then, Joann walks up, hoping to drop some files off for CC. Kathleen again explains that CC is tied up but tells Joann that she'll gladly pass along the information. Gina corners Joann and tells her they need to talk. Joann informs Gina that they have nothing to talk about and suggests she back off. Gina reminds her of what she knows, but Joann calls her bluff. "I've thought about it Gina, I really have, and the thing is- nothing you say holds water around here anyway, so why would I possibly be afraid of you? Seriously, go ahead, tell Eden, tell CC, tell them until you're blue in the face for all I care. The fact remains that nobody here even likes you, much less trusts you." "But they don't know you , Joann. That's the thing with the Capwells- they don't trust those they do not know. They may not like me but they know me, have for years. And they know that I have absolutely nothing to gain from you losing your job..." "Maybe not Gina, but you certainly have something to lose- what would stop me from telling CC & Eden that you were in on the failed takeover from the beginning? I can't imagine that would sit too well. Face it Gina, you're trash and the Capwells have just been waiting for you to step out of line. One word from me and you'll be out on the curb where you belong." Gina slaps Joann and Joann returns the favor. Gina's nostrils flair and rage takes over her face and actions. She grabs Joann by the hair and yanks at it. Joann shrieks and pulls Gina down onto the floor. Gina still doesn't let go and brings Joann down with her. The two women go at it, no longer holding anything back. Kathleen walks in and tries to stop them but they push her out of the way. Kathleen runs to the water pitcher on the conference table, grabs it, and pours it on the two women as they roll around. They scream from it being so cold and finally separate, before Joann storms off to the ladies room. Kathleen stares at Gina disapprovingly. "Oh, what are YOU looking at? Don't you have a memo to take?" ---Elizabeth apologizes to CC for Pamela's upsetting him but insists they are not in cahoots, merely acquaintances. CC bluntly informs her that he won't have Pamela influencing Capwell Enterprises in any way and she agrees. CC asks how she even knows Pamela and Elizabeth admits that Pamela had tracked her down years before. She tells CC that Pamela tried to talk her into a revenge plot of sorts but that she refused, saying that she didn't want to bring that kind of pain back into her life. Elizabeth admits to him that she was tempted by Pamela's offer, but that she'd let her anger at CC & Sophia consume her for a period in her life once before. She wasn't about to regress to that. "I never knew we caused you so much pain......" "You knew I loved you very much CC, how could you not have?" "Yes I remember and you know I loved you too. But the reality was I was marrying your sister, and nothing was going to change that." "Believe me, I know CC. All too well. But I don't want to talk about the past. I'd rather hear about the present. Have you considered what we spoke about yesterday?" CC tells her that he has and that he doesn't like it, though he understands why she's doing it. Elizabeth tells him to nevermind the why, reminding him that she doesn't wish to talk about what happened years before. CC admits that he has trouble doing what she's asking, since he'd always planned on leaving Eden in charge of the company someday. Elizabeth taunts that if he wants things that way, then the merger is off the table at which time the takeover will be imminent. CC tells her that none of that will be necessary, showing her the amended will. Elizabeth is floored when she sees CC has changed it but even more shocked by which child he's willed it to....... (EXT: Carlos Esteban's home) ---Carlos sits in his study, with his two bodyguards on either side of him. He hears Angel and Terrance arriving and summons them both in. Carlos offers them both a drink and the men nod that they'll indulge. Carlos tells Angel that Terrance speaks very highly of him. Angel is appreciative, telling him he grew up with Terrance and they go way back, just like he does with Carlos. Carlos remembers the old days when Angel was a runner along with him, working for the big boys. Carlos tells him that he's worked very hard to get where he is and he's not about to see it all disappear because of a foolish mistake. Carlos talks about Angel's time in prison and tells him of his skepticism about him now. Angel insists he's on the up and up but Carlos wonders why he'd risk his freedom so soon after being released. Angel explains that his wife is broke and they're behind on bills and the mortgage. Angel tells him he's sick of his family living like dogs because of his mistakes and that he wants to make up for that. Carlos is understanding, having been through the rough times himself. Carlos tells them he's willing to take a chance on Angel and goes to retrieve a package. He brings it out and tells Angel he's trusting him, as an old friend. He leaves him with a warning. "We've been good friends, you and I Angel, known each other most our lives, grew up together. But I'm warning you- do NOT cross me. Those who have......well, they and their loved ones tend to not live long enough to regret it..... Clear?" "Sure, Carlos, crystal. You got nothing to worry about from me man, I don't sell out my friends, u know this." "I hope so. For your sake." (EXT: Bar in the Capwell Hotel) ---Warren sips on a glass of scotch and thinks of his conversation with Augusta about his paternity. Pamela walks in, about to head to her room, when she sees him sitting there. Unable to resist, she walks up behind him. "Mind if I join you?" "Why Ms Conrad- would you believe me if I told you that you were just the lady I was hoping to see?" "Buy me a drink and find out." Warren agrees and tells the bartender to get the lady whatever she'd like. Pamela orders her Manhattan and gives Warren her full attention. She asks why such a handsome man would be looking for someone like her. Warren tells her not to put herself down, that she's a quite gorgeous woman. Pamela smiles and obviously enjoys his flirtation. Pamela asks him again, seriously what he could possibly want with her. Warren mentions that her name was brought up in a recent conversation he'd had with his mother. Pamela admits to being intrigued and asks him to go on. Warren tells her that Augusta has told him in no uncertain terms that he's to stay away from Pamela, but given him no explanation why. Pamela remarks that he's not doing a very good job of following orders and he concurs. "A fascinating woman like yourself? How could I?" "As charmed as I am by all of this, I have to wonder if there isn't something else going on here..." "Okay, you got me , something else is going on." "Really? I thought so- what's that?" 16. http://santabarbara-online.com/GeneriqueDebutUS.rm (EXT: The Beach, panning up to Mason & Julia's Home) ---Mason and Julia lie in bed, with Mason once again tossing around. He dreams of seeing Mary in Heaven, and then once again flashes to seeing Dr. Beckman. He remembers the sound of her voice as he flashes back again to a conversation he'd had with Mary years before. The dream then flashes to him sleeping at the San Remos Clinic, and Mary covering him with the blanket. He keeps going back & forth between the vision and Dr. Beckman until he springs up from his sleep, calling Mary's name. He looks at Julia and she's still asleep. Mason quietly gets out of bed and heads for the shower, but not before looking into the mirror, asking himself if he's seeing things as he wants to see them as he splashes cold water on his face. Meanwhile, Julia opens her eyes in the bedroom and walks to the bathroom door, leaning against it & listening in on Mason. She decides it's time she tell him everything, once and for all. (EXT: The Capwell Estate) ---CC comes downstairs for breakfast and sees a visibly annoyed Sophia already sitting at the table waiting for him. He apologizes for getting in so late the night before, telling her he had to work later than he anticipated. "Oh, that's why you were late CC" she says sarcastically "and here I thought you were avoiding me since I was THROWN OUT of the Capwell building yesterday morning..." "I heard and I'm so sorry. It should have been handled differently and I apologize for that" "It shouldn't have been handled at all. Just what the hell is going on CC? Why would you let her have this kind of power there? After all these years.....of all people......and she's had me barred from the building, which you obviously allowed? WHY?" CC explains that he was put in a very tough spot during the takeover and had no choice but to give in to her demands. He assures Sophia that the situation is only temporary and he's working on a plan to take back full ownership of Capwell. Sophia is disbelieving but he insists that she be patient with him and that he's not about to let Elizabeth walk all over him without a fight. Sophia angrily asks him why he let things get this far in the first place and he reiterates that he had no other choice. Sophia suddenly clutches her head in pain and CC immediately tends to his wife. She tells him that she's fine, that it's just another migraine. He suggests that she get checked out by a doctor, which is exactly what she says she's about to do. CC kisses her good-bye and heads to the office. (EXT: Angela's Condominium) ---Angela wakes up and sees that Ted never came to sleep in their bed. She looks around for him but he's obviously gone for the day. She opens the door to check for his car and is stunned when she sees Lily on the other side of it. "Not who you expected?" Lily taunts. "What the hell do you want?" "Actually, I'm here to see Ted- is he home?" "I'm afraid he's gone to work for the day." Lily comments on how early it is and that it's unusual for Ted to be gone to the office so early in the morning. Lily asks Angela if there could be trouble in paradise, but Angela defends herself, showing Lily that Ted's ring is still on her finger. Lily replies that it's just an object and she won't be wearing it for long if she has anything to say about it. Lily starts to leave, but Angela grabs her by the arm and lets her have it. "Listen to me and listen good- this obsession you have with Ted and I- it ends, right here, right now. I don't know what kind of game you're playing but I've got news for you- you're messing with the wrong girl, Lily. I've chewed and spit out people like you before breakfast on a regular basis- don't think I won't do it again. I've been more than fair with you up until now because I felt sorry for you. But those days are over- so fair warning, Lily. Go back to your cookie-cutter, gingerbread world, sewing jeans with your mommy and stay out of the Adult pool. You don't want to swim with sharks Lily- the minnows like you disappear quickly." Angela releases Lily and slams the door. Lily smiles and says to herself that Angela doesn't know who she's messing with. (EXT: Capwell Estate) ---Sophia is pleased when Ted stops by to visit with her. Ted apologizes for the entire fiasco of the day before and Sophia tells her baby that she knows it's not his fault. Ted asks why Elizabeth hates her so much and Sophia explains that they have a long history together. Ted asks for more detail, but Sophia only tells him that Elizabeth used to have a crush on CC while they were dating. Sophia explains that Elizabeth became fixated on him, causing the tension between them. She tells Ted that Elizabeth was jealous of her growing up, since their father favored Sophia and especially when Sophia became an actress. Ted asks why CC would harbor a soft spot for her then. "What do you mean baby?" "Mom, I saw it myself- she had this effect on him. One minute, he was raging mad at Kathleen for the way you were treated and the next minute he's polite as can be, acting very diplomatic and understanding toward Elizabeth." Sophia explains to Ted that CC always was good to her, since she was Sophia's younger sister, he was protective of her, which Elizabeth always mistook for his having actual feelings for her. Sophia asks Ted how things are going with Angela and can tell by his reaction that he's not pleased with his spouse. Ted tells Sophia about how Angela had lied to him and planned on ruining the wedding to Lily from the beginning. He explains that she planted the article in New Mexico for Rafe to see in hopes that he'd be able to stop the wedding himself. Sophia is understanding of why he's angry but asks him if he loves Angela. "Of course I do mom. I wouldn't have married her otherwise." "Then you'll work through it. I've known Angela Cassidy for some time now Ted and frankly, this is how she operates, so if you truly love her for who she is, then...... none of this should be too surprising, no?" Ted smiles and agrees with his mother. He asks her how it is no matter how confused he is, she's able to make him see things clearly. "I'm your mother. You're my only son, Ted. I love your brother Mason to death, but you're mine- my boy. There's a special bond between a mother and her first born son you know. I know when you're hurting just as you do me." Ted hugs his mother and heads out the door for work. (EXT: Santa Barbara Medical Center) ---Dr. Ben Normandy is going through his files when his secretary informs him that a Dr. Edmund Lavery is there to see him. Ben asks that she let him in and greets Edmund warmly. Ben tells him that he's quite impressed with his work and the experiments he's been doing to further neurological advances. Edmund thanks him for the adulation. Ben asks what he can do for him and Edmund explains that an old friend of his had told him about the condition of one of Ben's patients- Sophia Capwell. Ben goes over her case, saying that her aneurism is in an advanced state. Edmund tells him of the experimental treatments he's been doing in London and tells Ben that he thinks they could save Sophia's life. He asks Ben for permission to meet with Sophia for a consultation and Ben informs him he'd have to check with Sophia first. Ben calls her and tells her of Dr. Lavery and his proposal. Sophia asks with Edmund and he takes the phone, telling her that he wants to offer his services. She informs him that she'll be by in the afternoon to discuss his treatments. (EXT: Mason & Julia's Home) ---Mason comes downstairs dressed for the day and immediately notices the look on Julia's face. He comments that she looks serious and she tells him that she's very serious. She tells him that she heard him tossing & turning and calling Mary's name in his sleep. He insists that it's nothing but she won't let him get around it, telling him it's been going on for weeks now. Mason explains to her why Mary's been on his mind once again but Julia tells him she thinks there's more to it. She asks him to sit down. "Julia, I don't see why you're being dramatic, I've already explained myself numerous times...." "Mason, please, for your own good, humor me and sit down." Mason agrees though he tells her he still thinks she's blowing things out of proportion. Julia informs him that she too has met Dr. Beckman. Mason asks when and Julia tells him that shortly after Samantha's surgery, she was able to corner her and thank her. Mason asks why she never told him but Julia interrupts him, explaining that all she had set out to do was thank the person that saved her daughter's life and had she known what would have happened next, she may have thought twice about it. Mason asks why, claiming that from what he saw of her, Dr. Beckman seemed like a lovely person. "BE-Cause, Because....I wouldn't have found out what I'm about to tell you....Dr. Beckman......we know her, very well actually......Mason, Dr. Beckman is Mary. She's alive. Mary is ALIVE!!!" The camera zooms in on Mason, staring back at her in disbelief. "It can't be. It isn't possible." "It can Mason. It's her. I saw her with my own two eyes, heard her speak with my own ears." Mason breaks down and chokes up. "Mary.....is alive? My god.....Mary" he begins to tear up "Marrrrry!!!" THE END...........................for today
  17. http://santabarbara-online.com/GeneriqueDebutUS.rm (EXT: CAPWELL ENTERPRISES) ---Eden is pleasantly surprised when Julia stops by her office to see her. Eden apologizes for lashing out at her about Angel's release. Julia is understanding and apologetic that she couldn't tell her. Julia admits that she's not just there to see Eden- she's curious about Elizabeth, Sophia's unmentioned sister. Eden tells her she doesn't know that half of it- apparently, she had Sophia thrown out of the building this morning. Julia is shocked and asks why exactly, to which Eden had no answer, telling her that it was an actual stipulation in the agreement CC had signed. Julia remarks that it's so unlike CC to let someone walk all over him in this way and Eden agrees. Eden changes the subject and asks Julia how Samantha is doing. Julia tells her how well she's coming along, mentioning that Rafe has been a great help. Eden says that he wouldn't have been able to do anything at all, had it not been for the doctors in San Remos. Julia stops dead and uncomfortably agrees. Eden notices the change in her and asks her what's bothering her. "It's nothing, really Eden. I'm fine." "Julia, we've known each other a very long time. I can tell when something is bothering you- so what is it?" She pauses. "It's......it's......Mary" "Mary? You mean Mason's vision of her?" "It wasn't a vision, Eden." "Of course it was. What are you talking about Ju..." "It wasn't a vision. I know because I saw her too- Dr. Beckman.......Dr. Beckman was Mary" Eden tells her that it couldn't be, she died years ago. Julia tells her she's sure of it and talks about seeing her for the first time. Eden asks how it could even be possible and Julia tells her Mary's story, that she was in a coma in San Remos for four years or so, and Mark had been nursing her back to health. Eden remembers that Mark is dead but Julia tells her that according to Mary, that's not true. Eden asks her if Mason knows anything about any of it, and Julia explains that Mary doesn't want him to know and she's gone along with it. Julia tells Eden she can't go on much longer lying to Mason, that the weight of what she knows is killing her. Eden understands her dilemma, though she thinks that Mason deserves to know the truth. Julia thanks Eden for listening and Eden promises her she won't say anything until Julia does herself. Julia nervously tells her that she just wants to get it over with and face Mason's reaction, whatever that may be. ---CC and Ted arrive at the office and Kathleen fills them in on the goings on of the day thusfar. Ted blasts CC for allowing Elizabeth to bar Sophia from the building. CC ignores him and focuses on Kathleen. "What's wrong with you- why the HELL didn't you call me?" "I'm sorry Mr Capwell, I was just doing what I was supposed..." "That's not an excuse damnit. You kicked my wife out of the building, like an animal. I should've been notified- I should have been the one to handle it." "It's not her fault, CC" Elizabeth says, entering "it's as she said, she was doing as I asked." Ted can't believe his eyes when he sees CC melt before her, instead of firing back at her like he normally would. Instead, he gently tells Elizabeth that he would have preferred to handle it himself, since he obviously hadn't had the chance to discuss it with Sophia. A fiery Ted asks his aunt why she'd treat her own sister like that and she redirects the question to CC, telling Ted perhaps his father should fill him in on that. Elizabeth tells CC that she would like to meet with him shortly and he agrees. Ted cannot believe the way CC's acting and asks his father why he's allowing this. "She's in the driver's seat right now, son. There's not much I can do really- it was either this merger or a hostile takeover. She's got me where she wants me at the moment and for now, I have to give her what she wants." "There's always something you can do dad, I've never seen you give up on a fight like this..." "I'm not giving up by any means. I'm fighting in my own way." ---Keith stops by Gina's office and fills her in on his meeting with Sophia the previous day. He tells her how Sophia reacted to the news, in total disbelief. "If you think that's good, listen to this- Sophia has been barred from the building!" "What?" "Yeah- not only that, but she showed up her, all high and mighty this morning to see Elizabeth. When Elizabeth got here- security literally took Sophia by the arms and removed her from the building. Of all the days I wished I'd come in early..." "You didn't get to see it? I've got to meet this woman." Gina tells Keith she doesn't see much use for Joann anymore and he agrees, though it seems like most things, that would be up to Elizabeth at this point. Gina thinks aloud that she wishes she had something on her, something that could blow her out of the water entirely. Though she knows Joann was a plant for the takeover attempt, nobody will believe her, especially since she's the one who got Capwell out of the hot water they were in. "Too bad" Keith remarks. Gina turns and looks at him. "You KNOW something!" "No I don't" "YES YOU DO, Keith, you know who was behind the takeover, the guy she double-crossed." "Oh that" "Well- come on, out with it!" Keith balks at first but is more agreeable when Gina grabs his shoulders and positions her knee underneath his genitals. Keith comes out and tells her it was Kirk CRanston. Gina proceeds to knee him in the balls. He howls a high-pitched scream in pain. Gina blasts him for ever getting them involved with Kirk Cranston in the first place, knowing full well she wouldn't have trusted him in a million years. Keith, in a Mickey Mouse voice, tells her that he's become a successful international businessman and reformed his life over the years. Gina calls Keith an imbocile, telling him Kirk wouldn't reform if his life depended on it. Gina storms off, leaving Keith screeching. (EXT: San Remos Emergency Clinic) ---Julia again enters the hospital, not even bothering this time to ask the nurse about Dr. Beckman's wherabouts. Mary is caught off-guard when Julia bursts into her office. Mary asks Julia what she could possibly be doing there, that she's answered all of her questions and would like nothing more than to be left alone. Julia tells her that she cannot do that, just like she can't go on lying to Mason. Mary insists it's unnecessary for Mason to know the truth but Julia retorts that she'd rather he'd hear it from her than find it out for himself. Mary tells her that's not going to happen but Julia asks how Mary can be certain. "Because I'm leaving tomorrow, Julia. Today is my last day at the clinic. I'm coming by in the morning to get some of my things and I'm moving to Colorado." "What? Why? I don't under..." "First of all, Christie lives there and I'd like to be close to my sister again. But also, all of this has brought up a lot of pain, a lot of old feelings that I don't care to revisit. I've told you Julia- I'm happy for you and Mason, really I am. I don't want to interfere with that. Please, Julia, I'm asking you....please." Julia looks at her and tells her she can't promise anything, that she feels she needs to be honest with her husband. Mary replies that she's done all she can, but she's leaving tomorrow, regardless. Mary leaves, telling Julia she has patients to visit. The camera zooms in on a pained and confused Julia. (EXT- Capwell Enterprises) ---Gina bursts into Joann's office and Joann attempts to kick her out. Gina informs her that won't be so easy, she should listen if she knows what's good for her. Gina tells her she knows that she was working for Kirk Cranston. Joann pretends not to know what she's talking about. "Don't play dumb with me- Keith KNOWS everything about you and Kirk- they've been in contact throughout the entire takeover. You were a plant, to sway things in his favor. Not to mention you were supposed to be his fiance...." "Ex-fiance Gina. Kirk and I are over." "I hope for your sake CC & Eden will see it that way, though somehow I doubt they will." Joann begs her not to tell them and Gina tells her that she'll consider it, though she'll obviously have to pay Gina a hefty price. Gina walks out of the office, leaving a bewildered Joann in her dust. ----In CC's office, Elizabeth goes over some of the details of the contract that they've entered into, pointing out that she has the freedom to make stipulations over the course of the first week, or the deal is null and void. CC asks her what else she could possibly want, since she's already an equal share-holder and has gone so far as to throw Sophia out of the building. CC tries to appeal to her softer side, asking why it is she cannot forgive her sister after all of these years. For a moment, she shows him a more vulnerable side of her. With tears in her eyes, she explains. "Sophia was always the apple of daddy's eye, always. She had a career, was beautiful, and was a talented actress. I, meanwhile, did everything in the world for him, not that he noticed. Then you came along, CC. You came into both of our lives. She wanted you from the very beginning, but I saw how you looked at me. It was how I'd always wanted a man to look at me, directly into my eyes, seeing into my soul. I fell in love with you and I know you loved me too. She saw that, she knew that it was I you truly loved and she could've had anyone. But because I wanted you too- it made you all the more appealing for her. She flaunted you in my face, knowing how I felt. And when I....I....." She bursts into tears. He looks at his former love with great sorrow and embraces her. Elizabeth gets herself together and pushes him away. She tells him that she doesn't care to further reminisce about the past, that it's the present that matters. She explains that though she's happy with the deal as made, there is one additional stipulation that she insists on adding. "Alright Elizabeth, anything. Just tell me what it is." "Your will- from what I've gathered, in the case of your death, the company goes to Eden. That's what needs to be modified. Under no circumstances, in the event of your death, is the company to go to any of your children with Sophia." "Oh, Elizabeth, come on. This is going too far- HELL, it's already gone too far- she's barred from the building and the business, isn't that enough for you?" "I'm sorry CC, but if you want to keep your company, that's the way it's going to be. You have 48 hours to give me a response and put it in writing. Otherwise, the deal is off." THE END................for today

    LATE BREAKING NEWS!

Hot damn! JKK looks like something straight out of a Cabana Boy Rum bottle! Way to cash in on 'DAYS' doing something right for once.
  19. Ashton skews younger than Shaughnessy and Schnetzer, so while I love both, they're probably not right for the part. Marta is my biggest problem right now. Perhaps A's daughter would work out for the role. Or even Paloma from PSNS, though I'm trying to stick mainly with actors who aren't working presently.....
  20. First off, you'll notice the addition of Judy Greer (as Kathleen) to our recurring cast list. Kathleen has already been seen a few times on 'RTSB' and will continue to be seen. Since she's a new character, I felt it important that she had a face to go with her. Some of you may remember Greer from her stint on "Arrested Development" where she played Kitty, the Bluth Company secretary. Or perhaps in the cult-classic "Jawbreaker", where she played Fern Mayo. 'RTSB' is quite lucky to have landed an actress with the deft comedic skills and impeccable timing Ms. Greer possesses. Additionally, a CASTING CALL is being put out for Marta Ramirez, daughter of Angel & Carla Ramirez. 'RTSB' is looking for a hispanic/latina actress in the 18-27 age range, so long as she can play a 20 year old girl. The role is recurring. Also, anyone planning on mentioning Alyssa Diaz (ex-Celia, ATWT) please save your fingers the energy. 'RTSB' is also casting the role of Ashton, Kelly Capwell's new husband. Not many specifics are being given out on this character, only that he should be played by a European or British male. He's worldly, sophisticated and in his mid to late 30s or so. Whoever lands the role will be on-contract. Lastly, 'RTSB' is still deciding on who will be playing Kelly Capwell this time around. Sources insist that though Eileen Davidson has just been released by Y&R, don't expect to see her in the part. Kelly should be blonde, in her 30s and quite a beauty. This role will also be on-contract. Any input from the viewers would be greatly appreciated in any of these castings!!!

Great episode! Love evil Victor and the Rex/Willow stuff.
  22. I can just picture Maxie the trainwreck walking in! Great episode, a fitting tribute to Kristina Wagner's Felicia. Loved Luke referring to her as "Flea" and of course loved every second of seeing Tiffany!
