You would think a good writer would have that as the end goal.

They had the perfect opportunity to basically reintegrate his memories when he had that second brain injury and they kept teasing Who. Will. Jason. Be. And then nothing changed at all. There was nothing that said getting his memories back meant he had to be a goody two shoes, especially if you’re you know a competent writer.

I just hate that it took until most of the original Q’s were dead for this to happen. But Jason back in the Quartermaine fold works for me so much. I loved that Billy Miller’s Jason was actually welcoming to the family and I’m glad it’s FINALLY happened with Steve. So dumb that he fought it for so so many years.

Jermaine Rivers body is EVERYTHING. And I’m a sucker for tattoos so I was salivating.

Damian and Lily genuinely have chemistry and Damian is unfortunately going to be sacrificed at the altar of Young Cane. Are the grannies at home that still watch this show that CBS is so worried about losing like super excited about a million scenes talking about businesses?

I am SO sick of Orphy Genes and Uptown. We’re supposed to believe everyone in this damn town only eats at a diner or a bar multiple times a week every single week? Oh can’t forget the country club. I will say the Martin storyline getting the men of this show to all interact has been quite enjoyable. I’m still not interested in Madison and Chelsea. Also the Madison actress is so much better than Chelsea. I was always amazed Brandon as Martin got all of the bad acting attention and the Chelsea actress didn’t. She has improved though. Oop got a little more interesting when Allison showed up. But now I’m just thinking about that awful actor playing Craig trying to portray the way Allison now describes him. Eva and Lesley scenes were so good today. They remain my favorite duo since the show began. Both actresses are such a find, I’ll be so sad when they inevitably move on to bigger things as I so enjoy them both and their work together. Trisha showed today it’s not all one note. Bill in fixer mode was excellent. It’s always a good day when I can stare at Jacob. I’m still confused as to why no one has questioned Shanice for recognizing Leslie as the nurse for the poisoning. But I guess the helmet scratches might be the smoking gun they need. OMG why does the next week look so !@#$%^&*]i.ng good and we have to wait woooow I am SO here Leslie and Hayley! Town pariahs have to stick together. I love her hair like this so much. It’s EVERYTHING.

This is so stupid and very much one of the reasons the show is barely watchable. 80 something Victor being the greatest smartest person to ever live sucks. Eric Braden can barely get through a line without pausing 10x and he still needs to be the lead on this fu.cking show 🤦🏽‍♂️

Every single time BLQ has a good outfit day, it’s followed by whatever this atrocity was today. Sonny flirting with this ADA, god please just stop. I have no issues with Curtis or DT. I don’t read much soap stuff so I never saw the stuff about the pairings he wanted. I generally cancel out the noise of what’s not on the show when it comes to actors. I’ve always enjoyed DT and maybe I’m blind but in the year I’ve been watching I’ve never seen the boredom you guys bring up a lot. Lord of course Jordan busts in on Portia and Curtis. I’m so here for this Quad if they make sure to keep Isaiah very involved. Anna is always so offended when people say she has a Sonny bias and can’t do her job, she and Laura disgust me.

I’m going to use the time to get caught back up on Days.

Honestly it’s because I enjoyed Mansi as Abby so much, I would honestly prefer an unknown 😂. She’s playing exactly what she’s supposed to, but what’s written is an extremely unlikable ass.hole of a character. Literally the only time I’ve liked her is the brief moment the other day when she looked at Willow like SHE was the crazy one 😂

I feel like she’s almost too good at playing what an awful delusional self centered monster Kristina is. With the current writing team there aren’t really layers written. The show made it impossible to care about Kristina’s viewpoint of losing the baby because she literally was going to steal her sister’s daughter after seeing one argument. And she continuously to this day doesn’t respect the name TJ and Molly picked out for their daughter. I hope but I’m not sure that these writers understand Kristina is an awful unwell person. Like she genuinely believes she shouldn’t go to prison because her sister just made up with her because she tried to steal her baby and instead got the baby killed and she just almost killed her sister’s father. Even if another actress other than Mansi was in the role, I don’t think they could make Kristina likeable because she just isn’t.

I still felt nothing between nuTed and Nicole but honestly I don’t know how I could. I actually got to see OG Ted and Nicole be absolutely in love and have great chemistry. They plopped this new weak Ted at an awful moment so I still just don’t see it. Maybe one day I’ll like him but there have definitely been recasts in my soaP viewing I never grew to like 😂. My favorite is I was a huge fan of the original Ethan on Passions and absolutely despised Eric Martsolf when he took over.

Kristina getting away with attempted murder that actually lead to hospitalization for TWO people, just because oh no it would hurt the family, is maddening. And now not only is she free, she’s still plotting against the woman she was trying to kill. And everyone just assumes she’s not still a [!@#$%^&*].in psychopath. The damage they’ve done to the Kristina character under Kate Mansi is basically irreparable for me. I don’t see me ever liking the character again which is a shame as I had been a long time Mansi fan.

Julia SUUUUCKS. I never really cared about her before but now I actively dislike her. I hate that Dr.Nicole wasn’t there.

They hyped us this chateau only to give us a lame excuse no one can go inside because they couldn’t be bothered to make a set 🤦🏽‍♂️. I guess arranging all those fake plants ate up the budget that the train car didn’t.

Ugh Liz is so going to cut out Ric entirely when she finds out what he’s been up to 😭😭. I’ve so enjoyed how much the show has played that relationship since he got back into town, even while having him involved with Ava who is probably a better match for him.

The first scene that comes to mind is the original Rebecca on Passions on a park bench talking to maybe Julian? Passions was the first daytime soap I ever went out of my way to watch, though I loved prime time dramas in particular Dawson’s Creek. My first memories of Days have to be Bo and Hope being attacked at that fashion show that I believe may have started the Salem stalker story? I’m not sure. But my love of Passions lead me to Days and this message board sometime in 2005. I can’t believe I’ve been posting here since I was 17 and now I’m 37. Blows my mind.

I would hope every writer today would know to not model any relationship off of the disgustingly toxic dynamic of Ridge and Brooke.
