TMG definitely added some layers and nuance in her scenes with Eva. I don’t mind Leslie being funny, as TMG is quite funny and good at humor, but it needs to be balanced out and that seems to be happening a bit lately which I’ve enjoyed.

I now need this!

Molly fantasy scenes were embarrassing. Cody also feels way too old do be with Molly and we literally never see Molly deal or be effected by the break up of a 10 year relationship that ended in the loss of her daughter. Also the actors have zero chemistry. I was hoping we might get a proper Liz/Ric/Ava triangle and even Quad with Cody but Ric and Ava both seem over each other super quickly. Ric and Ava truly had legs too.

TMG and Ambyr for me are the breakouts of the unknowns on the cast along with the actress that plays Kat. Nu-Ted def has chemistry with Leslie. Old Ted you could feel how much he hated her and how much he loved Nicole. I could see Nicole eventually going back to Old Ted. Nu Ted and the writing with him not even fighting for Nicole, I don’t even want or can even see them as a couple.

Tbf the house I’m renting has 4 bedrooms and we only have a bed in the primary lol.

I’m so sick of this Vernon theory. It’s right up there with June being Haley’s sister as far as fans making it up and just parroting it over and over with zero proof.

I saw that scene and I just couldn’t believe it. A legacy character connected to the beginnings of the show got an offscreen funeral and pop in from his grandma or mom. Y&R is pathetic now. I’m sure Billy Flynn may have gotten a pay bump coming to Y&R but my god did he join a significantly worse show and they gave him a terrible character with baggage 🤦🏽‍♂️

They’re both mini LW’s Carly. It actually never bothered me. First with Lulu and Carly being family and seemingly close under JMB and one of Carly’s kids being a mini her I find is appropriate. I don’t find them similar to either previous Carly though. But I’ve never found LW to be anything like Tamara or Sarah either lol.

The Dex actor for me was just another Ford brother without the character name. FV has been forcing that archetype on my viewing for like 15 years at this point.

I agree with most of this expect Dex and Vaughn looking like at all. I find Vaughn infinitely more intriguing and charismatic than Dex was in the brief time I saw him before his murder.

I’ve seen her have sex with a grand total of 2 characters since I started watching again since last May and one was her dead ex.

The mayor and police commissioner of Port Charles are best friends with a guy who shot a federal agent last year and got away with it because the PCPD literally accused one person and gave up. They don’t give a fu.ck in PC about what happens at the Metro Court or anywhere for that matter.

Oh it GAVE THIS was the Leslie I fell in love with. Humor was there but so was what like you said the grit and edge that initially won us all over. I haven’t commented much but they started turning or TMG did, Leslie into more of a cartoon annoyance at some point and it wasn’t working as well for me especially as she was my breakout fav from jump. I wasn’t moved by June at all today. She showed up completely unannounced and made a scene but I guess we should be moved because her non crazy person personality emerged for a second? And honestly screw Naomi. This was a closed adoption she blew right open because I guess her law firm doesn’t keep her busy enough.

I’ve loved having Tony back as Thao has always been one of my favorite Days actors, but it’s crazy I believe in my catching up he’s only had one scene with a long time scene partner and that’s Anna his wife and was literally one episode. Weren’t Tony and Marlena actually good friends?

I’m finally officially caught up to present watching as of last night and I couldn’t agree with this post more. Sure the Johnny trial is absurd in that his dad is the one defending him on trial of shooting him and his aunt is prosecuting him, but it was never played for laughs. I love court drama on soaps and I thoroughly enjoyed this trial. Rachel twist totally caught me off guard and I loved it. Though it was infinitely more believable that previous and my preferred Demon Spawn Rachel would’ve shot EJ over this current version but I guess I can explain away the change in character on dealing with shooting your uncle point blank lol. She really is a DiMera and I love that. Rachel genuinely wasn’t on my bingo card. Another fabulous set of scenes between Julie and Marlena. SSH continues to make Julie’s grief palpable and I’m sure it’s because she’s truly mourning the loss on and offscreen. I continue to find all of her work post Doug’s death scenes better than the initial Doug death scenes. She’s had some really great scenes with both Chad and Marlena about grief. It’s just fantastic,
