  1. -- Does ANYONE care about the aftermath of Adam sleeping with Chelsea? I don't care about ANY of them. -- I hate to criticize child actors, but can we stop praising this kid who plays Connor? He's just not all that good. -- More sets mess. Nikki went from breakfast with Victor at the GCAC to having coffee at Crimson Lights. Victor went from the GCAC breakfast to having drinks with Neil at Society. Chelsea and Adam are arguing at the park? It all sucks so bad. Ans Nikki, who went from the GCAC with Victor to Crimson Lights with Lily, is now ar Society with Victor. Are you kidding me with this??? It just gets worse and worse.
  2. DOUBLE YUM.
  3. And the sets problem continues. It's the morning, and Nikki is so worried about Faith that she and Victor are at the GCAC for breakfast? Don't they have a maid at home? Jack and Billy have to go to Crimson Lights for coffee? I realize it's important for characters to run into each other, but the other soaps don't seem to be as awkwardly bad at it as YR. Look at the prices on that outfit. The top is $963 and the skirt is $1495. https://wornontv.net/457801/
  4. I can't wait until we stop pretending that Patrick Mulcahey was good for this show.
  5. So Traci's crying to Alan. She wants to live in NY because she can't be herself and have her own identity in Genoa City -- because Jack and Ashley are there. Are you kidding me? This is gagworthy material. This 66-year old woman still hasn't reconciled with her past? She still doesn't know who she is?
  6. Off topic a bit, but this is hilarious. Perez Hilton just reposted me -- a comment I made a month ago. I guess any publicity is good publicity. https://x.com/PpollingNumbers/status/1828523938722247137
  7. I know Luna is crazy, but I guess we're also supposed to see that she's stupid. Why go through all that planning to kill Tom and Hollis, and then only knock out Steffy so she could cage her -- and then tell her EVERYTHING? Crazy Luna would continue her killing spree, murdering Steffy. We can't have that, though, because....Steffy. So where does Luna go from here? Are we supposed to believe that this master planner now has no plan at all?
  8. Sam is expendable because the show isn't writing for her. I can see that the majority here aren't crazy about Kelly Monaco, but I like her. I also like legacy characters who have been around for years and even decades. I think this is a really poor decision, and I think there's going to be backlash -- not that Frank will care. Killing off one of Alexis's daughters is not the way to go.
  9. Disgusting decision to fire Kelly Monaco. Fans are going to go BALLISTIC, and I hope Frank and his writers and the execs all go to hell.
  10. I say this with sincerity: I never intended to be rude to you. I disagreed multiple times about Adam Huss and made a joke about wearing a crown. That's it. As far as your English is concerned, I never considered it at all, which is a testament to your command of the language. If English is a 2nd language for you, you know one more language than most of us. I think your English is excellent. I disagreed with you about an actor. None of that was meant to be personal.
  11. I harp on the sets problem endlessly, but it really does hurt the show immeasurably. There's no reason for the #1 daytime soap to be so limited. I'm glad to have the GCAC back, but why have characters go from there to Crimson Lights for coffee? Why have characters eating dinner at the GCAC with nothing on their plates? Daniel and Heather were at Society today. While we saw a couple extras playing employees, there wasn't a single other customer in the place. Lucy was in trouble and called Faith for help -- and met her again at the same spot in the park. It all reeks of cost-cutting, and it takes me out of so many scenes. Don't get me started on the lazy writing. Lucy "walked into a bar and stole a bottle of vodka while the bartender wasn't looking"? Are you kidding me with this?
  12. I guess Nik needs to show up wearing a crown on his head.
  13. Kyle and Jack are again at the GCAC bar? Can't Kyle have a drink at home an spend 20 minutes with that Harrison kid?
  14. Adam Huss would not refuse another gig as Nik. He's also not a big enough name to get a first refusal on a long term contract.
  15. I still don't understand these "But he's not a prince" arguments. We'll just have to disagree on this. GH has cycled through recasts with far too many characters, and I don't think it's necessary for another one. We're also getting a new Lulu. Enough already.
  16. -- I like Adam Huss as Nik very much. He infuses the character with a warmth and vulnerability that's been missing. I don't understand these "But he's not a prince" arguments. -- Jonathan Jackson is a good actor, but those scenes were yawn-inducing. I feel like we've seen them dozens of times before. No flowers from me for the writers on that.
  17. Maybe it's just me, but I don't need Kristina to show any vulnerability at this point.
  18. You know more than I do about how these things work, Toups, so I'll be glad to say I was wrong if this vision kicks in and improves the show.
  19. I agree with that, but I have to LMAO at the same time, because Janet Spellman-Drucker did just about nothing for an entire year+ to "craft a new vision."
  20. The "Kate Mansi wasn't good" bandwagon is really on a roll. Gee, what a surprise since so many on social media went after her for not "sufficiently" supporting the Kraze relationship and Jacqueline Grace Lopez. Arguing with "fans" hasn't helped her, and the stories grew about how difficult she is. So now we get all these comparisons with Kristen Vaganos. Yes, KV has been superb, but I don't think it's fair to bring up that comparison in every scene. They're different characters with different motivations. I saw Mansi allowing Vaganos to shine, doing what she needed to do to allow Kristen to rule that scene. If you had a problem with Mansi when her character collapsed, OK. But all these posts about her? Doesn't work for me. I've read that Rick Hearst and Lindsay Hartley were "so wonderful" in those scenes. No, they weren't -- because they did very little. They were good, but in my mind not worth bringing up at all. I guess we're elevating everyone to "That's your Emmy reel!" And no, Lexi Ainsworth would not have been better in those Kristina scenes. I fully expect pushback on this post. I just wish people could praise Kristen Vaganos without criticizing Kate Mansi at the same time.
  21. OK, I got it wrong. I thought Debbie M changed so much I didn't recognize her. Whoever that host is on the left needs a makeover with that makeup.
  22. That is DM, but I was struck by how hard she looked. Her styling, the lighting -- something was off.
  23. That stuff was all bizarre. Maybe Ron got sidetracked with his "Tate is in his underwear" scenes.
  24. -- Very true, but also very welcome. -- I appreciate that Sarah isn't a blubbering mess or full of anger regarding her paralysis, but isn't there something between those choices and happy-go-lucky?
