  1. 😂🤣🤣 Hope could not BE more pathetic, showing up in her shortest black skirt and giving Finn the f.uck-me eyes. That scene in the Forrester living room had me howling -- all those people in one room. The blocking for that must have been hilarious, especially when we get the round-robin where every character gets one line such as "All of this is hard to believe!" I can look at Joshua Hoffman (R.J.) all day because of those bigger bulging muscles, but he is no actor. Delon de Metz isn't much better as Zende. Their bro make up ("I'm sorry, bro." Me, too, bro" was hysterical. Pizza Man showed up looking like he needs to eat a pizza. Sean Kanan hit the Ozempic and forgot to put down the pen.
  2. Honestly, I think you can skip it all. There's nothing compelling -- no "I gotta see this" plot, no can't-miss performance. All you need is a paragraph or two to catch up. I've watched Y&R for DECADES and it's always been #1 with me, and I have never hated what's on my screen so much. It's awful.
  3. -- I NEVER thought I'd get CLOSE to liking Spinelli again after holding actual contempt for the character. Like others here, I've done a 180 on him. -- Like others here, I am so done with Diane. I do appreciate that so many people hate her. -- So glad that we're seeing so much of Liz these days. -- Why didn't Anna tell Carly to get her ass out of Isaiah's room when she questioned him?
  4. Unbelievable that Josh Griffith already wants to unwind Chance's decision to go into the family business -- and return to police work. Why put him in business in the first place? As soon as that move was made, Griffith dropped Conner Floyd to recurring, and he's really done nothing until he decided he wanted to be CEO. When he hears "No" he just decides to leave??? And yeah, all these companies. It's all ridiculous and painful to watch. There's nothing about it that looks like real life/real world. Billy snaps up ANOTHER company that Jill worked on for 3 years and couldn't get, yet now Victor's going to swoop in and take it. In what world could this happen? In what world does it make sense for a company to do nothing but buy other companies?
  5. We'll just have to disagree on this one. I thought it was all overboard and that screaming took the place of acting.
  6. When hair an makeup gave Nikki that hairstyle that screams "She was drunk driving and got in a wreck," they should have checked to see how many days in a row she'd have to look like this. EFFING YIKES.
  7. The weight loss hasn't helped. I hope it isn't because of illness, but if it was a personal choice, it's a mistake. The guy was never overweight, but now is much too thin and has aged a ton.
  8. Drake Hogestyn looks as old as Bill Hayes did during the last months of his life.
  9. I think that's why all I do is stare at Lucky's ridiculous hair. Soaps do this all the time -- bring back a legacy character and actor favorite by islanding him/her from everyone else, delaying everyone else from seeing him. It never works, and it isn't working here.
  10. Poppy was so sad. So sad she had time to get her hair braided. Then Poppy says "I hope Luna gets the help she needs and gets better." Ridge responds "We all hope she gets better. Now let's quit talking about this." This show will never not be hilarious.
  11. -- Jeez, the screaming in the Molly and Kristina scenes was WAY too much. I've been a huge supporter of Kristen Vaganos as Molly, but someone needs to tell her to dial it down. Every scene with Molly and Kristina doesn't have to be a shouting match. That was beyond annoying. -- In other news, Lucky's hair is distracting and laughable. It's so obvious the stylist is going for a look, and it all looks so affected -- every day.
  12. I think both of them are prizes. 😂 I can't get excited about $Bill in any romance. Don Diamont used to be hot, but now I just see Bloated Daddy.
  13. 18 episodes for Jason Thompson? I'm sorry, but that is overload and overkill. I don't think ANY actor should be on just about every episode.
  14. But Gabi really had the nerve to ask Stefan "Does this mean you're going to stop fighting for us?"? Is the girl on a lot of medication?
  15. I think there's zero chance of Maurice Benard being written out any time soon.
  16. The rewrite of Luna's story is a mess, but an enjoyable mess. Endlng it this quickly -- if that's what is happening -- is a mistake. There has to be something between this and keeping her locked up for 4 months (as Bill Bell would have done).
  17. -- Patrick Mulcahey wasn't allowed to write cliffhangers? But now Frank V permits them beause he's no longer micro-managing? I'd love to know where this information comes from. -- The show is more watchable lately, but I do agree we're going back to cliches and already-done stories. Still, I say that there's no proof Mulcahey was working out, or that his stories were working out. The fact is that it takes a TEAM to make it work, and I don't see signs of teamwork during those PM months. Was it all Mulcahey's fault? Of course not. But neither was he blameless. I saw too many 180 turns in plot and character although I did appreciate better dialogue and character development. I was bored, though. It all read like backstage fighting among writers and execs. Was PM fired because he wanted everything his way? Or because he refused to compromise? Or did he quit for the same reasons? I don't know, but the fact remains that it was not working. The guy is an excellent scriptwriter, but he's no headwriter. I don't think he's good at working with others. I'm not saying that means Elizabeth Korte and Chris Van Etten deserve to be HWs -- just that they're able to work together, which is half the battle. -- I was hoping GH forgot about putting Brick with Jordan. No one has been clamoring for more Stephen A Smith. And why is she interested in him at all? -- If Tristan Rogers is there to usher back Emma Samms, OK. Otherwise, he's too frail to make sense.
  18. Wait...so you're saying it's OK if Sonny murdered people? Uh...OK then.
  19. LOL Finn has been clueless since forever, and now he's finding "clues" and making quantum leaps to "I think Luna did something!" It is HILARIOUS! Yeah, Li took dumb pills overnight. Her entire edge is gone, too. Actually, I'm OK with this. She's really not. Talk about a criminal who hasn't thought through her plan. LOLOL
  20. I'd be down with it, and I think Hollis Chambers has shown enough to do the part. Let's face it, it's been at least 5 years since Chandler Massey avoided smirking in every scene. He's not irreplaceable.
  21. I agree with you and Antoyne. I don't think it's unprofessional at all, and I have no problem with actors having opinions -- even critical ones -- about their characters. I never knew so many people were put off by Billy Flynn's "arrogance." I'd rather hear his real opinion about the writing than some lie about how wonderful everything is. Sorry, that is MUCH better than 7/10. If that's a 7/10, I'd sure as hell like to know who gets an 8, 9, or 10.
