  1. So Hope rips off Carter's shirt, passionately paws him, slobbering him with kisses -- and then pulls back and says "I'm just not ready"? Talk about being a c-teaser. Girl is for the streets.
  2. I think it's clearly Ozempic for them and for Maura West, too. No shade -- good for them. I do think the skimpy tank top on Maxie was ridiculous for mid-October. This is one of those times when knowing casting news and spoilers really hurts watching the show. Because we know too much about Sam and Lulu (and the actors), I'm pretty bored with all this build-up to Lulu's operation. It would all be so much better if we knew nothing.
  3. Seeing Phyllis, Daniel, Faith, and Summer have these conversations at nighttime IN THE PARK is just ridiculous. Yeah, we get it -- Phyllis doesn't have a home. If this doesn't represent the sets problem on this show, I don't know what does.
  4. -- Carter ripping off his shirt and coming on to Hope could not have looked any more awkward. Whatever that was, it didn't work. -- The Will and Liam conversations are already lame in the same way Liam's conversations with Wyatt were. They don't look real, they don't seem genuine.
  5. I think you can play that "What else is there really left for ______ to do?" with just about any long-term character.
  6. Sorry, but the idea of losing Nancy Lee Grahn to keep Kelly Monaco is a no for me.
  7. The crying over Violet's departure is pretty hilarious.
  8. They're not giving Sam many lines these days, but let's face it, Kelly Monaco is barely trying.
  9. If Ed Scott gets rid of the awful CGI shots completely, he'll be worth whatever they're paying him.
  10. I saw that. He said he's "well-hung." LOL I couldn't get over how flawless Cooper's skin is.
  11. Are you telling us that you're an insider? That you have inside, first-hand information on Griffith?
  12. The sets problem is horrific. If Ed Scott does nothing else, I hope he works on this. Another hallmark of Josh Griffith writing. He gets credit for knowing Y&R history, but this is a perfect example of what he does with it. Look at the entire Mamie return. Did any of it makes sense? No one. That whole scene was embarrassing and made no sense. Why would a bride turn every element of her wedding over to her ancient father? The worse was hearing Victor say "Leave it all to me" when Devon and Abby said "What about the guest list?" HUH??? Also implied was that A LOT of people would be invited, and we all know they're not going to fill up a ballroom. Is this going to be the surprise return of the ranch?
  13. Not trying to be difficult, but that does not explain why Ed Scott was hired at Y&R. Multiple sources are talking about this very thing, and I hope there is fire to follow this smoke. In the meantime, I expect Y&R to look better on screen. The show looks good right now, but as I've repeated ad nauseum, the sets problem is so bad it takes me out of scenes, and so does the static filming that has characters sitting or standing and never moving during the scene.
  14. I'll ask again -- why hire Ed Scott if he's not there to make changes? It makes no sense to add another salary for no reason.
  15. All of that is true. Poor Brooke. But still, the STANDOUT MOMENT of the episode -- even more than the chakra bull -- was hearing about Donna at her "weekly chess meeting." I mean, that is coffee-spitting stuff!
  16. There was chemistry between Cody and Brad. Can't deny it. Same. It made no sense -- none -- for Portia to verbally discipline Brad because she saw him hug Cody. I get that the writers want to give Brad more reason to dislike Portia and make moves against her, but they need to do better than this. That verbal reprimand made no sense. Disagree with this. I think Van Hansis' acting is natural and authentic. I prefer that to obvious emoting.
  17. And you know this...how? And if it's true, what is he there for?
  18. Ed Scott knows how to make a show look good. What I need to know is if he has any power/influence regarding the sets. Characters move from Society to Crimson Lights to the GCAC, then walk in the park before returning to Society and then to CL for a late night coffee. It's maddening. There's so little camera movement it's unreal. We get characters seated at a table or at a bar and then not moving for the entire scene. It all reeks of blocking that's intended to get scenes taped quickly and over with. So can Ed Scott make changes here or no? Another problem....most soaps have "out of sight out of mind" kids, but I can accept that more easily when people are at HOME. On Y&R, they're in restaurants all the time, and that makes missing kids a problem. Shouldn't we at least pretend that Victoria spends time with Katie and Johnny? Mariah and Tessa wanted a baby SO badly, but now? They're whining about losing their nanny as they eat out at Society. Isn't being away from Aria all day long enough for them?
  19. I read it was a prosthetic.
  20. I wish I saw some chemistry between Dec and Molly, but I don't.
  21. Amen to that. Others have put this Chandler stuff in its place, but I'm glad to see someone else mentioning that the guy is not a serious actor. His smirking and grinning ruined so many scenes over so many years that I lost count. Yes, he's good looking and has great pecs. So do about 50,000 other actors looking for work -- and they can act without smirking.
  22. 🤣😂🤣 I'm not exaggerating, either. RSW always looks good, but to get technical, his muscles seem fuller today. I mean, it's worth this Body & Soul mess.
  23. True, but then again, the episode was so bad that I Thank God for that. Robert Scott Wilson was looking FIRE. Sorry for fanboying, but I don't think he's ever looked better. Sex on a stick.
  24. If Violet the Brat will be shipped off with Finn, I don't know why we're getting these scenes at all. Wouldn't it be easier to just say at some point that Finn is out of rehab and Violet left to live with him? I haven't heard anything about the show bringing Finn back, either, but we all know Frank has some deep love for Michael Easton. If Violet is just some prop to give Chase and Brook Lynn something to do, that says everything about Chase and Brook Lynn. Disagree completely. Jonathan Jackson is acting the hell out of what they're writing for him since Lucky returned to Port Charles.
