I have a question about Sheila’s daughter Diana because I wasn’t watching then. I heard she showed up with the baby strapped to her or something. From what I understand, Sheila hadn’t left the show pregnant. So is it possible Diana could be some random baby and not Sheila’s at all? Heck, maybe Diana is Daisy.

Maybe/hopefully Deacon Jr. is involved with Mary.

Where is Lily anyway? With Heather back, they should bring back Stacy Haiduk on contract as Patty.

It’s been 23 years since the oh-so-satisfying Christmas Eve episode where Ethan chose Theresa over Gwen while Sheridan showed up alive at the church during Midnight Mass and reunited with Luis. The double-whammy payoff was soooo good! I couldn’t stand the Gwen recast so I thoroughly enjoyed seeing that smug smirk wiped off her face.

Vivian peaked with Buried Alive (so did Carly). I’ve never had any use for her since.

The Hortons died with Alice, dude. Marlena and Deidre have more than earned the right for the show to center around her family now.

And rightfully so. Deidre is, after all, the star of the show. And with over 5000 episodes, she’s appeared more than any other character.

After a decade of coming across as cold and clinical, Cricket is FINALLY feeling like her true self again. It always helps to get characters away from their jobs and deeper into their inner lives.

That top ten of script writers is absolutely disgusting. Please, PLEASE bring back classic scriptwriters who actually know the show!!!

I’m hoping it’s the kind of love triangle I prefer where it’s a true love couple (Danny/Cricket) with a psycho third-party interloper (Phyllis) trying to come between them. Not a fan of “torn between the two” triangles.

Give Ron a chance under Janet’s production. I’m sure you’ll see that the problem was always Alarr. Meanwhile, Days needs to fire its lousy script editor Fran Meyers as well as ALL of their script writers. They are the actual problem with the writing on Days. —————————— Have you noticed continuity often doesn’t line up with previous episodes? That’s Fran’s job to catch and correct and she simply doesn’t do it. Her son Henry Newman is a nepo hire. In addition, Fran cuts mentions of history, including references that are often important to upcoming story. She’s foul. She needs to go. I’m so tired of people like Fran getting away with her nonsense and not being held accountable by the show or the audience. And I’m so tired of Ron being the scapegoat for things he’s not even responsible for. Alarr’s biases played a heavy role in the writing, particularly over the last couple of years. Ron has to work within certain parameters. He doesn’t have carte blanche.

I’m hoping Dee will unseat Ari next year.
