This really came as an shock to me earlier when I read it.

Im stuck in the beginning of 1795/#392-ish and I loved the pre Barnabas episodes. Especially David. He started off sinister and evil and became the most complex character development out of them all. The Phoenix Story with Laura was amazingly done too.

Kims Exit was more iconic than #3 on that list! at least a few good ones are in it.

The 4000th Episode of Alles Was Zählt was quiet boring. I liked Finn/Justus dialogue and Malus video appearence with her confession. Frank Gieses return was unneeded and wasn’t even that „shocking“

Wait? Those are like the only returns? Ah lol! i Love Emmerdale Farm and loved the transition! Hell I loved the 90‘s and especially coz of Kim. i loved the 2000‘s coz of the Sudgens Brothers fighting over Katie and their father got shot. Great Drama! The introduction of the Kings (one of my favorite family of all time on ED. I still think Tom (Carl) was fired 10 years ago. People say that he wanted out anyway but I call it bull. He got killed off to prop Debbie/Chaz and Murray (was it his name? The serial killer?) Matthew King was badass!!! Loved him 2009-12 were the last years I felt hooked. The Wyldes were a nice try tbh. Kim/Carl‘s affair was my favorite. Such chemistry. Lachlan and Meenas separate reign of terror at least got me on the edge of my seat for a while. Katie’s Death etc. I even enjoyed the beginning of Charity and Vanessa but that ship has sailed for me. i never felt this way how I feel about Emmerdale right now and the state it’s in but I hate it. I never even felt that way about Bold and the Beautiful. It’s repetitive and sometimes dull but I know what I’m in for. Emmerdale starts promising storys and dissapointed me every single time in the past decade. I’m about to give up on my Emmerdale. I even loved this show more than Corrie/EE and even more as some US Soaps. But I can’t do this anymore. It’s just not worth it to keep up. I didn’t even felt that way when All My Children died in 2011

No way is B&B leaving anytime soon after ratings got better and a bit higher in years and with the international support/airings etc. They don’t let that soap go in this condition. Even if it’s repetitive and kinda dull for longtime fans it still has its audience. Y&R seems to fit right into the daytime line up and I don’t think that this show is in trouble for the next 2 years unless the ratings go down GH has always been on life support since 2011. don’t let us kid ourselves here. ABC wouldn’t give two f‘s about even thinking giving GH a Streaming Home. If Disney-ABC decides to end GH then it will be the ultimate cancellation. It hasn’t even been renewed since 2017/18 officially. No news are good news.

I would love to see David Hasselhoff on Y&R complete. From what I saw over the years the Brooks sisters seemed like stuff I would actually like to see

I mean when even a Todd can get off for Gang rape and all the other horrible things he did then so can Marty. i will never forget how Marty struggled and got terrorized for years. Ofc she would lose the plot. I always thought she deserved better. @Joseph I believe she did try to make amends. She has always been my favorite. There is just so much a human being can take. If I remember correctly she did returned to Patrick. I was so happy about it

This must be the dullest year of Emmerdale tbh. I don’t see any hype for October! I don’t see any interesting storys. That show seems so dead lately.

I don’t see that show survive 2023 with the move to Peacock! That kinda seals the fate. Way too many actors/actresses.. They were on a tight budget already. Now the move to the streaming platform will make it even more difficult somehow i mean it worked for beyond Salem coz it were limited number of episodes per season but 250 episodes a year for Days? Nah. Don’t see that continuing over 2023

Thank u so much for all your hard work. I am collecting episodes right now from Atwt and I always assumed that some numbers were off from all the long running soaps Even on ABC when General Hospital aired its 13000th Episode they said it was a Monday even though it should’ve aired on the Friday.

I mean after everything she went through in her life? I always wanted her to have a good ending. I don’t think that the murder was alright but she was quiet out of character anyway.

Everyone was speculating that if TSJ would return to Daytime that he would join GH lmao I love that it’s Y&R.

Thanks for answering. I just remember that my mother was really into this. I barely remember everything coz I was like 6/7. I do remember a sub story during that year in which Lisa was with a men that was after her money. I loved Lisa. I just remember that Mark was gone someday and that my mother was mad that there was a different Connor. It seemed like they were on air every freaking day. ( a bit exaggerated) I’m someone that gives every character a chance and try’s to accept them or at least tolerate them. But Mark and Connors dialogue was dreadful. Normally I have nothing against romantic dialogue. I don’t know if it was the actors delievery of the lines but it was just cringe and corny. I tried to give them another chance but nah. They are not my cup of tea

I watched a few 1996 episodes I found. I remember now which character I hated so much when I was a young lad. My mom watched Atwt and I watched some episodes with her. everytime mister ponytail and his corny ass dialogue appeared on screen with that dark hair chick I really got angry. I hated their scenes and love story lol In 2009 I finally figured out their names: Mark and Connor. I tried to watch 2 episodes of 1996 with them in it and I still hate them! I will never stop hating them. The dialogue and acting of them is the cringiest I’ve ever seen on soapland. And people are going to tell me 1990-92 was bad? I’ll take that period over Mark Kasnoff and Connor without a doubt

Nah. Producers wanted Don back years ago to kill him off in a heartbreaking manner during a Marylin storyline but the Network just said: The Fans don’t care for a character like Don! (Even though he spent like 14-15 years in that show) I love HAA but it won’t touch the Neighbours finale. It’s the network that changed the pace of Home and Away which is a shame.
