  1. That would make sense; he is to DAYS as the Quartermaines are to GH, in terms of the hospital board. If only DAYS had a hospital worth being a board member of. 🤐
  2. Don't feel bad: most do. I know it's in the "less than" category of opinions. And lunch? What's for lunch today? 🤣 Definitely am improvement overall, hah. I want someone to call him "bastard". Ha. Maybe I should sneak into Port Charles for a second.
  3. I would assume "friends of Ripa" would come into play. 🤣
  4. Harper > Melgar (yes, I said it) I happen to be in the lonely camp of actually liking Harper as Jordan, although I still believe Jordan, as a character, could easily be eliminated from the canvas, and I would be A-OK with it. Honestly, the character of Jordan went from interesting to expendable the moment she was taken out of the Jerome circle and made a law enforcement agent. I'm not age-shaming Finola Hughes either. It simply comes down to the characters at this point. To go from interacting with David Hayward and Edmund on AMC to Jason and Sonny on GH... is an actual choice. Hell, I'd even add Valentin to that list.
  5. Looks like HBO Max is returning this summer.
  6. Oh see, I remember now. Thank you; I do recall those scenes standing out in my head! Plus, the all-too-underutilised Chaunteé Schuler as Bonnie. That was a surprising, yet good, recast.
  7. I think her friendships with Jason and Sonny stem from Robin's loyalty to them, but to me, that isn't enough for them to be friends. Anna is a grown-ass adult, and she can make her own decisions; that'd be like saying Robin needs to be friendly with anyone in Anna's life due to her loyalty to them. And I don't believe so. And I hope they never do.
  8. I can't recall... but did Jon Lindstrom (Joey; Craig, ATWT) and Tamara Tunie (Anita; Jessica, ATWT) ever interact on As the World Turns when the latter returned in 2009?
  9. Oh yes, The Bay, haha. She was... decent? Trust me... I hate the friendship, and the same goes with Anna/Sonny, which is why I adored when Patrick Mulcahey came in and said, "This isn't happening anymore!" And it felt amazing to me!
  10. From the original report, via Variety (December 2020): ❝ The project is currently titled Pine Valley, named after the fictional Philadelphia suburb that served as the setting for All My Children. In the new series, a young journalist with a secret agenda comes to expose the dark and murderous history of a town named Pine Valley only to become entangled in a feud between the Kane and Santos families. ❞
  11. Yes; plus, it's supposedly the home of the trauma Alexis experienced when they were in that storyline, etc., a.k.a., another recycled and redressed set. Wouldn't surprise me, especially since Melgar did the "GH Live!" episodes and those weird-ahh outros we got. Although, given that Melgar has been more aligned with the views of ex-Jax, part of me feels like she wouldn't be asked back. 🤐 Probably because of Luke, and if Laura accepts Sonny, then the audience automatically will, too. I mean, because she does means you do, right?! Right?!
  12. You won't even accept a minute cameo from Ms Marcil herself so she can collect her cheque?
  13. 🤣 "Brenda. I quit the business! It's done!" The. End.
  14. She is being forced on the audiences again; she and Sonny are the "gruesome twosome". Even Jason has been pulled back and made more tolerable this 'go round.
  15. Weights? Really? I would've never known!
  16. NO! LMAO! I do not.
  17. To me, Judith McConnell (Sophia, SB) was more poised for Beth than anyone else. Yes, she was, as Sister Beatrice.
  18. I don't know if I could have seen that from her, honestly. But I feel like, outside of GH and her original DAYS stint, American daytime really didn't pay much attention to her, even though they should have.
  19. Co-sign, 100% on this one. Xander was entirely in the wrong.
  20. And, even if the same topic of conversation is had, it isn't a re-hashing of the same dialogue over and over again; it's refreshed, and slightly changed, etc.
