  1. I haven't a clue, and I don't even want to know them. It's stupid and worthless.
  2. Definitely, especially when people are selling invite codes into the platform. It's becoming a joke at this point.
  3. It's likely to control who is coming in, see what they're posting, possibly get their opinion and move on from there.
  4. I'd never go to Bluesky after the way Dorsey sold us out. Fool me once, that's enough.
  5. Oh see, I liked 2012. 2013 was meh and 2014 was flat-out boring for me, hence why I jump-skipped to 2018. 2012 was a good year, IMHO! I'd recommend it.
  6. That's disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. I may look at it, but given that I'm not a fan of IG and its interface, this'll likely be a no-go for me. I've heard mixed things about Spill. The other problems with all of these new platforms is how unreliable and unpredictable they are going to be.
  7. Which is a positive; however, I've noticed a glitch: you cannot change your profile image once it is uploaded. And keep getting alerts of 40+ notifications, when there are none. hmm. Hopefully they can fix that up. But, so far, it's a cute platform. edit; got it to work, haha. It was the file's name. LOL.
  8. "No Iris, the daughter I knew. The daughter I loved. She's dead Iris," Mac Cory to Iris Carrington, Another World "The compass is broken," Carly to Jack, As the World Turns "Have a seat, on me," Jack Abbott to Victor Newman, The Young and the Restless "Good night," Katherine Chancellor, The Young and the Restless "Even if he could, he's not interested," Diane Jenkins to Nikki Newman, The Young and the Restless
  9. Damn. Spoutible could be a hit if things could just be tweaked a bit.
  10. My concern of Spoutible is if they allow multiple accounts, ie: RPGs. I know Tribel does, but their UI is more Instagram/Facebook influenced.
  11. I fully intend on re-visiting the years I skipped at some point in the future. But skipping ahead is to ensure I can watch the September debut.
  12. Five million dollars for Carly Spencer? 🤣 Not surprised she's pleading not guilty... but absolutely no way she'll be found not guilty. Not with the evidence against her... rehab or not. She looked better today.
  13. No. He quit because of the commute. Wheel of Fortune shoots in Los Angeles.
  14. That would not surprise me, at all.
  15. Not just General Hospital but American soaps in-general. I've stated this before and I will state it again: the structure of an American DAYTIME soap opera does not work anymore. At all.
  16. So, at the suggestion of two amazing people, I've jumped from 2014 to 2018, and whew... what a change in everything. From production and production value, sets, cast, stories, pacing, energies.... I love it. Yes, I am missing a lot, but I can always go back to watching. Prime Video won't be removing anything anytime soon. And it will be one-hundred times better than the six-to-eight months advanced filming Days of Our Lives produces.
  17. The only character he has created that has been worthwhile was Stefan, however, that is not saying much since that role was a retcon. And then completely ruined with the pairings and storylines.
  18. Ron Carlivati. Except, they were not hired to save the soap. The plan was for General Hospital to go off the air sometime later in 2012, but the success of what led up to the 50th caused them to re-considering ending the soap. Frank Valentini was able to tighten the budget, etc. and they got [some] veteran actors back, which brought some good press. But, their hiring was not to save the soap. It was to ride out the end of the soap. Oh! That could have been good, except, I would remove the Dobsons. At this point, ANYONE at The Bold and the Beautiful would be a damn improvement.
  19. Same. It's clear Valentini has his "favourites", but I also feel that with most executive producers. To me, that's nature of the beast with any job. Byrne has always stated those final years on World Turns just plain "sucked" in her words. I do think Valentini could have softened the suck, because it's clear Goutman was just not up to par with what was happening. All she wanted was episode guarantee, and with Valentini being a numbers man, I do think he would've given it to her. For Goutman, it was a power move to say "no" and immediately send a casting notice out. Replacing Felicia Minei Behr (who I like as an executive producer) with Goutman was a choice by way of P&G.
