  1. Oh, without a doubt he's lost friends (or those he perceived as his friends). His comments towards Cassandra James were despicable. Absolutely disgusting. And that has nothing to do with his political views: that has to do with his political views. And I have a feeling he was miserable on that set for a long time; if you watch the bloopers the official YouTube page posted some time ago, there is an outtake between him & Maura West, who is noticeably goofing around and he looks so disinterested in interacting at all. No sun damage vs. extreme sun damage, LOL!
  2. Does not surprise me. This a****** is unhinged, and needs to go back to being the nobody he is. Burning more bridges; his anti-LGBTQIA+ stance and continued terroristic-views on IG are still as persistent as ever.
  3. This was in connection to how he was written out. But he did say, at the time of his announced return, he did not have a return-to-set date. So, it makes me wonder if he was due back in January, but because of the regime-swap, it was pushed back? Again, purely speculation based on factual timelines we're aware of.
  4. The press conference definitely made it appear as if this is not going to end well for Corday Productions, Ken Corday and Albert Alarr. NBCUniversal / Peacock need to step-in and say, "Hand it over or you're done," and then it would be over. So, K. Corday wanted to keep what's left of his parents' legacy⏤most of which he has destroyed⏤then I would hand it over for a small compensation he can use to pay-off Zucker without dipping into his own money. And I've long opinioned that Universal Television, which is closely associated with NBC / Peacock should have stepped in to purchase Days of Our Lives (or at least controlling interest) and increase production. Sony Pictures Television is purely distributional so their involvement could be easily severed. It's K. Corday and Corday Productions that poses the problem. I think transitioning from NBC to Peacock, with little promotion from the network or even the show, was a detriment to its older audience that still watched during their local time slot. I know it was 1pm here. And I remember when NBC changed stations locally here they kept promoting, during each show for a month or two, that if they wanted to continue watching their shows they'd have to follow to the new network station. Don't know if I would necessarily say that.....
  5. Was she married with kids at that point? 🤷🏻‍♂️ I don't know. Just feels like she's tuning out a bit. Is Brianna Lane on speed dial?
  6. Yup. Plus, hate to say it, but I feel like her persona views are definitely imprinting on the character at this point.
  7. Yeah! She pinch-hit for Bjorlin when she was unavailable, but when Bjorlin came back they just re-shot the scenes. It's why Willis came on in 2014 as Mark Collier's wife.
  8. Not at all. Not even the same page, honestly.
  9. YUP! And honestly, it does make me curious of Alicia Leigh-Willis' take on the show when she stepped into the role, and that material was re-shot. Oh, I loved when she came back as a lawyer. And she seemed quite good at it. Then... boom, left with Austin.
  10. Oh, I'd love it. Could Corday and / or the production company even handle a pay-out on the shoe-string budget they work on?
  11. I agree: all she asked for was some kind of contractually guarantee and they couldn't provide it. And now a noticeable hole is there. When Brady mentioned Belle & Carrie... whew. Their lack of presence was felt in that moment in time.
  12. It wouldn't surprise me if she were... and that is disgusting to say, but I expect anything from the behind-the-scenes of this soap. I really want Kristian Alfonso to come out and really reveal what was going on at the time of her exit, etc.
  13. I think it's because no one takes the character or actor seriously, and knows that even if they're cut they will come back when asked.
  14. Corday Productions should be big worried about the sexual harassment suit; that's a shoe-in to win. It is. Wrongful termination is going to be a bit harder to prove on her behalf.
  15. Yup. She is an easy "cut her. She'll come back" kind of actor in the eyes of TPTB. She is the ever-revolving door.
  16. Maybe because they're hoping to be re-hired? 🤷🏻‍♂️
  17. I don't see Zucker going to another soap right now, any way. Maybe once lawsuit is done and over with, though.
  18. Maybe she's waiting [now] to see the result of Arianne Zucker's lawsuit? Or maybe she'll tag onto hers and co-file? Or she may just ignore and move along.
  19. Pretty sure, at this point, it's permanent. Because, Robin Mattson has walked a few red carpets, but it does feel as if she's done with the role. Mills winning the Daytime Emmy semi-solidified her position in the role I would wager.
  20. She'd be another Krista Allen. Done within a year or two, if not less.
  21. Or just give it to people who are shïtty.
