Robert Newman (ex-Joshua Lewis, Guiding Light et al) was just on an episode of Special Victims Unit.

It gives me hope by March 4 the new material will be airing, or something that's purely Korte (if previous reports are true).

That's my POV. It does feel like some kind of re-write has been happening. Hell, even [some] of Michael & Willow's scenes felt... re-written.

Gives me continued hope about the upcoming change!! I need it NOW!

OH! Dr. Saira Batra, as portrayed by Azita Ghanizada. And we had Adam Grimes as Dr. Kyle Julian!

OMG LAINEY! YES! And [some] of those Night Shift doctors, too. Widely missed opportunity right there, too.

Yeah; just did a Google search, and she looks stunning. Shame she didn't do more daytime after she was slighted. #TheBetterBlair ha. As far as we've come in daytime... we've also regressed in a lot of ways, as well. I forget who the doctor was... but wasn't their an Asian doctor on General Hospital for many years that would pop-up when an OBGYN was needed? As for Lydia Look as Selina Wu... I get the gripes many have with her, but I do enjoy her in the role and wouldn't wish her recast.

Especially on a Wednesday evening.

Makes me wonder who else's name we may be seeing in the credits...?

At this point, I'm just grinning through storylines until Patrick Mulcahey & Elizabeth Korte's material debuts. Asian Quarter needs to return, ASAP! I'd love to see more things outside of the usual spots in Port Charles. Busy living her life, probably. Her last-known credit was Hit-Monkey in 2021 (voice role). That Crimson cover is hideous... and why it that suddenly Nina works for The Invader she's always having her hair up????

I have to hold out hope that bringing someone of Mulcahey's status is a good sign of things to come, and now Val Jean gone at Bold? The writing seems to be on the wall; Mulcahey did state back in the day HWs would bring their teams with them, and this feels like that kind of situation... bringing Val Jean back into the writing fold.

YUP! General Hospital could very well get to re-live its final glory days in modern times. You damn well know MVJ said, "BYE!" when she heard Mulcahey was back at General Hospital.

I'm going to say it: bye-bye Korte. Hello Val Jean! 🤣 YESSSSS YUP! She said, "F**k this sh*tshow! I'm going back HOME!"

Yup. Feels like Mulcahey completely.

For me, going from Byrne to Beck was an insult enough... but the difference of figures these women had, given the storyline... it felt like "Yeah we can drop this now!" The Faith swap also... made little sense to me, but to each their own. Maybe had the series not been ending we could've seen more....?

OMFG SAMEEEEEEEEE I remember one of Martha Byrne's last major storylines was her problem with her weight that also focused on Lily's daughter Faith. Then both roles were recast with thinner women. Very... weird.

I feel for Eden McCoy; returns after taking time off for her mother's passing, and she's been in non-stop emotion heavy scenes. The poor girl. But she and Laura Wright have palpable chemistry as daughter and mother! But, I am praying Patrick Mulcahey ends this Marshall torture, 'cause I am not into it at all. But the "images" they use are hilarious, haha.

Stopped watching in support of Arianne Zucker but Carson Boatman is one of the actors this soap won in hiring, in addition to Dan Feuerriegel.

Michael E. Knight was an excellent hire and while I like Lucy & Martin, I would not be upset if Knight exited.
