  1. Casey Kasprzyk really said, "One of the first things as EP is to reintroduce a storyline we did before, but with a less than desirable character (Dylan) than before (Dayzee)." The forced dialogue is ridiculous. And Ivy? Traditional? Since when? 🤣
  2. Who knows; perhaps she felt more needed on her family's farm, or wherever they reside where she feels safe to eat Chick-Fil-A, etc.
  3. I would understand if she were a contract player but she's a recurring guest at this point; surely, if they were able to secure Brooks back, they could have filmed his stuff without her being there, no? Especially if they're ten months tape-to-air. 🤣
  4. Abso[!@#$%^&*]inglutely! And it would have been delicious!
  5. He really is! I am so glad he made the transition to Beyond the Gates, and he seems well loved on set, too. I was never the biggest Karla Mosley fan. Hated the character of Maya on The Bold and the Beautiful, but when she did sub for Mishael Morgan on The Young and the Restless, I did see her differently. But Dani? This is a role she was born to play and I am so glad she didn't stick to her denial of the role.
  6. So Josh Griffith is really going there. I mean, sure? They have chemistry, but yeah....
  7. Phideaux Xavier is a genius with his camera direction.
  8. @Errol Did you hear this? Quite... interesting if I do say so.
  9. Happy to see Beyond the Gates continue to improve; let's hope CBS uses tomorrow to its advantage as the sole CBS soap on CBS airing a brand-new episode. C'mon now, network!
  10. An hour watching Beyond the Gates always passes by quickly; the other soaps? Cannot relate.
  11. Same. Nothing felt forced or unnatural about them. That P&G influence was there.
  12. Credits for Tuesday, December 30, 2025: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Korte Writers: Nigel Campbell; Louise Rozett and Cathy Lepard Director: Jillian Dedote
  13. date: Tuesday, December 30, 2025 | Teresa Zimmerman, Judy Tate | Phideaux Xavier Thoughts: Damn! Uptown is hopping for New Year's Eve, and I am loving it! It feels like the hip place to be for the ball drop on the year. The country club looks bustling, too! Love seeing so many out to celebrate the New Year. Could never be me. At all. But love seeing it. JFC Dana... you are insufferable. Beyond insufferable. No one cares about your lies or your continued deceit. Whew... Anita is handling this exceptionally well. Those brief quiet moments are beautiful. I appreciate seeing Ashley and Derek being cordial with each other. That is how it should be if it can with exes. Joey schmoozing it up at the country club is a choice; not going to lie, he does stick out like a sore thumb, and I feel like that is part of Vanessa's grand scheme against him. A tipsy Madison is a fun Madison. She should let this side out a bit more, even when she is not under the influence of alcohol. Kind of speechless this episode because of how exceptionally well everything was woven together. Wow. Outstanding final episode of 2025! Bring in 2026! Notes: Once again, Zimmerman and Tate did outstanding work with the script work! And Xavier is a brilliant director! The mass amount of established characters on the canvas today makes it feel so full, and everyone is getting their chance to shine. That is rare in American daytime. Tamara Tunie (Anita), Daphnée Duplaix (Nicole), and Karla Mosley (Dani) all work exceptionally well as a mother with her daughters. Perfect casting by Kim Coleman. Love seeing the country club, Uptown, and Orphey Gene's being used in today's episode. So special. Sorry KeKe Wyatt, but Kenny Lattimore is a much stronger performer and a greater guest star! What a magical moment. The final montage was so well done, with an overlay of Lattimore's beautiful singing. Love it. A perfect New Year's Eve episode.

  15. Me watching Katie read the Slut from the Valley for FILTH! The superior LOGAN! The true LOGAN! YESSS
  16. So Heather Tom is out of the wig and it seems to be her hair now; it's giving when Martha Madison pinch-hit for Rebecca Budig on General Hospital. 🤣 But good on Katie for securing the 'Logan' trademark. The Slut from the Valley can cry through her plastic face into Ridge's arms until the end of time.
  17. posting here because of some behind-the-scenes footage that has yet to air.
  18. The lack of support for Rebecca Herbst for the past 15+ years is glaring.
  19. How could I?! I mean, that commercial aired every other commercial cycle.
  20. I don't blame Jon Lindstrom; General Hospital was barely using him in the first place so he went to a job where he could not only act but also make money doing what he enjoys doing. I would do the same thing.
  21. AMEN! People bitch about the hospital on this soap but they're giving us actual doctors and hospital-centric stories, while GH does not (unless it's Shriner's Hospital for Children, because Shriner's Hospital for Children is amazing. They really care about you at Shriner's Hospital for Children).
