Like yesterday, I get zero romantic interest between Martin & Smitty. I don't see them lasting. "summoned" Love it. We love being summoned. Again, the sisterly bond between Chelsea & Naomi is beautiful. Vanessa is a HOOT! I adore her. She's got that IT factor! "I'll ignore the fact you just cursed me in my own home!" Oh mama, ain't playin'! And HEIFAH?! Oh!!! We are not playing!! Oh, we're targeting Laura?! What is going on?!?! This is juicy!! Dana is giving fully unhinged soap villainess, and I am here for it!!

Am aware but without knowing for sure, I don't want to speculate on anything, as it won't change the outcome.

Anybody else notice CBS.com's uploads are glitched?! At about the 36-minute mark, it ends the episode and either moves to the next, or it goes to another show? It seems like watching isn't registering the ads that play during the episodes, and it ends as if ads don't play. @Errol Is this something that could be alerted to the people at CBS?

It's a mess; I don't know what she was doing/planning to do, but what she needs to do is make a permanent b-line to Australia to be with Daddy. And never ever return! James will save the world. I know he will. He is perfect.

Same; for me, Knots is available for streaming (albeit under "unscripted"). Falcon Crest is available for streaming as well. My guess? The saw the reaction to it moving to "premium" (a.k.a. purchase only) and recoiled.

Please, no! Not necessarily; Dani is clearly using the Dupree name, as is Nicole (with Richardson). But of course a long-lost son could be in the making, although it makes me wonder if it'd be from Anita (pre-marriage) or from Vernon. Well, doing twice the number of B&B/DAYS/Y&R is not that difficult. Things are actually happening on this soap in comparison to the others.

Exactly; someone projecting themselves as that perfect ultimately means there is going to be some kind of downfall. And it could be hard and damning.

I think we have to still remember: they're going to be testing things out, and unlike the other four soaps, they don't have to stick to doing it a certain way. I mean, in the scenes with Anita & Dani in Dani's home set, we had the standard views and then one additional one we've not really seen, and it was fantastic. They have a blank canvas of not having to worry about "Oh, our audiences won't accept this change." They're more so thinking about making sure they're going to be on-air and can establish what their own standard is. Yes, there are things we [may] view as "odd" or "wrong" or "different" but, for Beyond the Gates, it may be what they want to establish for themselves.

Errol already told us the first day concludes on Thursday, with Friday being a new day.
