  1. I agree: during those first years of the show, we had four office spaces (plus the basement). You had Eric's office, the design office (a.k.a. Ridge's office), Kristen's office, and Margo's office. Hell, even by the 1990s, you had the office Brooke frequented and then went to Steffy by the early 2010s. Shame one of those spaces could not have come back.
  2. Trina presses home a true pet peeve: why is it adult children get bent out of shape with mommy/daddy kiss someone else? It's not like you're going to be shuttled between homes for holidays, etc. You're an adult. Get over it.
  3. Absolutely! Both felt very focused, tight, and concise. Didn't feel like anything was too random or erratically thrown in.
  4. date: Tuesday, December 2, 2025 | Michael Montgomery, Cheryl L. Davis | Anthony Pascarelli It is sweet how much Naomi and Chelsea tease Andre and Dani. Not the con artist child bride wanting a double order of the poison... sweetheart, it will not work. I am sorry but noodles in chilli? That should be illegal and sentenced to a lifetime in food jail. Not Jan somehow being the voice of reason for Ashley. I would have never expected that! Not Dani teasing Bill for trying to hide due to his build. That is hilarious to me. Oh, she is hinting at dropping her cuz? Oh, that is not a cute idea. Sorry but Derek is a horrible friend to Jacob; he cannot even keep his focus on his own table. So disrespectful. The continued backstories from Dani and Bill's time together are amazing, and I love how into it Naomi and Chelsea are. This is a true family dynamic. And I like that the story differs between both Dani's and Bill's respective perspectives. Andre wants nothing to do with the con artist child bride no matter how hard she is trying to forge some kind of twisted connection with him. Ashley, that thing you used to hoist yourself onto your table... that is a CHAIR that you SIT on, not the table. WTF. Bill's mood just suffers a one-two punch: one with the arrival of Andre and the second with his child bride. Oh, Bill is JEALOUS!!! Well, sir, you made the wrong choice and it will bite you in the ass. Notes: Well, it looks like everyone's question about the other door in Ashley's apartment has been answered: it is her washer/dryer! Although, I hate that setup. I prefer two separate units, with the washing machine being a top-loader. Old-school all the way. Uptown's food is usually bomb-looking but those potato skins looked pathetic as fück. Fix it, please! The continued flashback storytelling is brilliant, especially with the newly cast younger Bill and younger Dani. Solid job with the casting of both roles. Kiara Liz Ortega (Sheryl) reminds me of a younger, more charismatic Priscilla Garita. The roof bar access at the café set intrigues me... a potential hint of things to come? I hope so!
  5. Don't know if she was mentioned, but Meg Bennett is one. While acting as Julia Newman, she was a scriptwriter for The Young and the Restless. And after appearing on Santa Barbara as Megan, she returned for a term as a breakdown writer.
  6. Credits for Tuesday, December 2, 2025: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Elizabeth Korte and Chris Van Etten Writers: Suzanne Flynn; Kate Hall and Cathy Lepard Director: Robert Markham
  7. Writers: Michael Montgomery Cheryl L. Davis Director: Anthony Pascarelli
  8. I agree; she really did reinvent the role of Nikki with her casting, and rightfully so.
  9. Happy to see Crew and Heather on top. Just a shame it isn't Joshua Morrow and Heather together! I miss their chemistry as siblings.
  10. date: Monday, December 1, 2025 | Christopher Dunn, Lynn Martin | Michael V. Pomarico Vanessa, being a Madame looks good on you. I just hope Gloria and Calliope appreciate what you are doing for them. Oh no. What cheque did Bradley just discover? It cannot be good if he is that taken aback! Oh, a cheque from Joey. Damn Derek, calm your oversized t*ts. My goodness. Someone woke up on the wrong side of the firehouse cot. You can sense the true respect that Vernon had for Bill and that it is missing from Bill's world because of his choice to leave his marriage to Dani. Well, it looks like Gloria and Calliope did not like the insinuation of Vanessa's offer. No bueno. Bradley is brave to confront Joey about the cheque he wrote for Martin's campaign, and I feel like this will not end in a good way. Dani is absolutely shook at Vanessa owning the escort business she used to employ men from. Aw, it is heartbreaking seeing Vernon so hurt by Bill's exit from the family. You can tell he truly cared about his former son-in-law. I understand Derek's upset... but he is coming off like a hot-headed piece of trash right now. He has no right to act in the way he is right now. there is a right way and a wrong way, and he has chosen the wrong way. Vanessa is cracking to those she believes she can trust with cracking, and one of those people happens to be Dani. The way Vernon speaks to Bill is how a father who is disappointed in their son speaks to their son. That is true love right there. Genuinely. Notes: Excellent script work today by Dunn and Martin. I like their pairings as breakdown and scriptwriter, respectively. The chem-testing with Ernestine Johnson (Shanice) and Keith D. Robinson (Ted) is working on me. I could see it actually happening. That final shot of Jon Lindstrom's Joey was effective. Normally, when he moved, the camera would.. but the camera stayed still. Brilliant choice by Pomarico.

  13. It won't come. Not unless ratings/demos tank, which they are not.
  14. Imagine trying to present facts and not even being able to do it right (Grimes appeared three times in October, not "0"); they should stick to complaining about sets like it's the end of the world. Overall, the top three make me very happy. And it's nice seeing Lucas Adams get some well-deserved airtime. He has settled into the role of Noah so naturally. Thank you @YRfan23 for presenting the counts. You do an outstanding job!
  15. See, in clips I've seen, I didn't hate Rattray. I liked her more cold, adult-like take on Lily. And I feel like it's what the character needed. As for Hensley and Byrne, I think the writers did their best, truly. Had Marland been there, I do think it would have been more... effective. At the same time, I do think Byrne was not equipped for the Damian storyline.
  16. So excited for a full-week of this soap!! So good!
  17. Honestly, I would have loved to have seen Judith Baldwin return to the role. I actually preferred her over Burnett. But yes, the character of Beth was always doomed, and I do feel killing her off was a wrong choice. She definitely was cast right into the role but I fully understand why she was not well received. I also don't think it was the right time for Lois to return, either. Yes, Kristen was fired when she was suffering from complications of thyroid issues. Makes me wonder why Edwards either didn't just stay in the role or ask to return. It was a choice decision, especially when Kristen ended up returning two years later. I loved Landon as Heather; honestly, it might have been the only time I liked the role. She fit right in, came in as a reinvigorated version of the role, and she had amazing chemistry with Michael Graziadei's Daniel. Yes, the regime change did not help her situation, but I do remember a lot claiming they still wanted Bloom back in the role. It was a CBS choice, as CBS wanted to keep West there and she took it, but it was painfully obvious, despite TPTB's decision to recast the role (per West's own admission), that there was no intent on doing anything with the character. But I love and adore West, and she turned shït into gold as best she could. And she did have some strong opinions about the set/cast, etc., but I also think it was a learning experience nonetheless, and she was offered a role and took it out of fear of not getting anything else after 15 years in one role on a now-defunct soap. And I agree: she had insane chemistry with Joshua Morrow's Nick (something that is now ignored). West is a chemistry magnet and she had plenty of chemistry with several cast members on that soap, despite everything.
  18. I agree; I do wish they had reached out to Pirie to say, "Hey, we want to bring Tina on for a few episodes, would you be open and available?"
