  1. The book thing might have been a Ron storyline that they just decided to continue with ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  2. I'd probably have more of an opinion about this if we had seen what gotten Jada to this point and why her potential relationship with Shawn didn't work. Hopefully, we'll get an explanation tomorrow. You could definitely have gotten some drama out of the fact that Jada seems to be moving on with Shawn's cousin, in addition to him being Stephanie's ex. It's even possible that they can weave Belle/EJ and Stephanie/Alex into this whole situation as well. Looking forward to hearing your perspective ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Liam kinda gave off that 'bad boy with the heart of gold' vibe today.
  3. I'm wayyyy on the other side of fence. And the fact that Jamey seems to be writing better at BTG than he ever did at Days is, honestly, making me hate him even more than I already do. Because it just proves that that rushed, lazy, poorly written garbage that we got at Days from him was even more unnecessary than it already was. Ron was bad enough on his own when he let his worst qualities write the show for him. Jamey was Ron at absolute worst times 10.
  4. Hi Liam! Nice to meet you. I admit that I thought the way that this storyline came together was a little weird, but I don't actually mind Abe being a mentor. It's a lot more believable than him being a soap producer. And I can't even imagine how much James Reynolds must have enjoyed this storyline, and working with Hank Northrop. I'm really interested in seeing this storyline play out, and what Days does with the character of Liam, and also what Hank Northrop can bring to Days, in general. He can be involved with any character and paired with any character too. I'm especially looking forward to when him and Theo meet again. And yeah, he is cute lol sometimes when he smiles or makes a facial expression, I can see his father. But I am curious if there was a reason why, if Paula/Jeanne wanted to bring back an old Days family, they chose the Selejkos. I also enjoyed Theo and Paulina's scenes. The two of them being at odds with Abe could be a pretty good dynamic in not only Liam's storyline, but the Dimera storylines as well. And I'm glad that JJ has decided to remain on the police force and that he was able to lend a sympathetic ear to his cousin Jeremy. They seem to be in a similar situation and I like that they were each able to discuss their feelings with a character that each has a troubled past. Plus, if there are any good things that can come out of this One Stormy Night thing, I hope that this is one of them. I still think Days is making too much out of Stephanie's big reveal though. Btw, when the hell did Stephanie write a second book? As for Jeremy and Jada connecting on a dating app... idk. What happened to Shawn?
  5. I think him and Colton Little are in the same boat ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚
  6. So, is this Ronnie working with Martin thing just another Frank Valentini dream come true? When Tad met Viki ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I have mixed feelings about Jordan ratting out Portia to Curtis though because it's none of her business lol but at the same time, I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next for them and Isaiah. I haven't been this interested in the four of them in a while.
  7. I never realized that you weren't a fan ๐Ÿ˜‚ I hope they don't make Anna like that now, especially if they do go there with a swap. In 2007, she was the one person that realized it was actually Andre who had been impersonating Tony for all those years.
  8. It sucks, but it really was for the best. You know that that clown was gonna write Sonny cheating on Will with Leo ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ I'm guessing Zach was smart enough to realize how stupid and character assassinating that would have been and walked.
  9. There was a lot of depth and maturity in the script today. And as a whole, I feel like it helped us to better understand what many characters have been going through lately, particularly Theo/JJ and Chad/Jennifer. The most important parts of today's episodes were not played like a big joke, which is always a good thing. I'll always enjoy scenes of Theo and JJ discussing their friendship and where it's at right now. The two of them really do work well together. I feel like they have a natural chemistry and are completely believable as friends that hit a rough patch. They're right in the middle of real, natural conflict that could go in so many different directions. I'm interested in seeing where the two of them are going to go from here. And I'm glad that JJ also had Jennifer to confide in. Speaking of Jennifer, I also enjoyed Chad and Jennifer's scenes. Jennifer brought up a really interesting point about Chad possibly projecting his feelings for Abigail onto Cat, which I wouldn't mind being used to drive future storylines. Chad and Cat still don't do much for me as a couple, or even just being in each other's orbits. Marlena and Xander's therapy session was nice as well. As much as we've heard Xander say that he wants to be a better person, this time actually feels a little different. It seems a lot more believable this time than any other time that he's said that before. As for Tony's disappearance and re-appearance, maybe this is going to end up meaning what I suspected about Tony from the beginning.
  10. Yeah... Taylor is the worst psychiatrist ever ๐Ÿ˜‚
  11. Hmmm... are they gonna go there with Lulu and Nathan? Tying Sidwell and Dalton to everything happening with Faison's final project is stupid, but I am looking forward to seeing Emma/Gio/Rocco/Danny, and surprisingly even Charlotte a little, try to take down Dalton.
  12. I stand by what I said before: Johnny should be the one investigating what EJ is doing at the hospital, not Leo ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ EJ forcing Gwen to make nice with Leo to throw him off track seems forced, pointless and unnecessary. There's no reason for it. The conflict would be much, much better and more watchable if father and son were continued to be pitted against each other. The drama that you could get from that could play out for years. And if EJ's scenes with Gwen today were meant to be a chem test, I don't think it worked very well lol he actually does have more chemistry with Cat. And especially with Stephanie. I'm curious to see if the fact that Tony is apparently missing is going to mean something though. The Kiriakis family storylines were the best part of today. Maggie didn't pull any punches with Xander today. And neither did he actually. Even though I'm still a little surprised that Maggie became this anti-Xander after being his champion for so long, I do like seeing the two of them at odds. It opens a lot of potential for future storylines. And they work well together regardless of if they're friends or enemies. Xander did look good too. His shirt is something that I would wear. I also enjoyed Philip going head to head with Sarah, and that he was the one who got Maggie to come around about Xander. He's another character that's gotten improved writing this year, despite the stupid faces he makes lol and I liked Sarah had Brady to confide in. I'm interested in seeing what's going to happen for them... until Xander and Sarah inevitably reunite.
  13. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  14. Hmmmโ€ฆ he looks a little sweaty ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  15. Awwwwwww ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š I'm thinking that we might be getting Theo vs. Liam
  16. Liam! I'm really looking forward to this. I hope it all works out.
  17. Ben and Ciara have their own boat, 'Living in Cin' ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ
  18. Count me in as someone else who's not too sure about Michael and the hooker
  19. And bring Ciara back to Salem with the kids, and put her in Theo's habit again. And just as an added ๐Ÿ–•, have Ciara realize the stigma that her kids have to live with, and to protect them, changes their last name to Brady ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  20. Same here. If it were up to me, Ben would've been killed off already ๐Ÿ˜‚
  21. And it worked well today. Letting those character traits influence his storyline is a perfect way to build conflict for him and Stephanie and could possibly lead to Stephanie seeking comfort elsewhere lol she has so many potential suitors on the canvas. I wished that they had pitted Alex against Xander and Philip and had him try to undermine Titan or something. I never bought that he was so fine with giving everything over to Xander after everyone found the truth about who Victor's son was. And if they hadn't gotten rid of Theresa, it could have also caused tension between him and Brady, Tate, etc.
  22. The guy who it appealed to the most was fired last year ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I admit, I do find RSW hot but the constant propping and shoving him down our throats ruined both characters for me, which is probably why Iโ€™m already rooting for Jeremy a little. Luckily, the new team has backburnered Alex for the most part. Heโ€™s not even shirtless that much anymore ๐Ÿ˜‚ And even though I thought Alex was douchy today, I prefer that heโ€™s written that way because it plays into RSWโ€™s acting style. He works better as the villain, not the good guy/hero/romantic lead/alpha stud that RC wanted him to be. And thereโ€™s a lot more drama that can be mined from writing him like that as well. Him and Stephanie are boring as a couple, and Iโ€™m hoping that this means thereโ€™s a change coming for them.
  23. Yeah... wayyyy too much One Stormy Night today. And they're also making way too much out of Stephanie secretly being the author. This had to have been a Ron/Jamey story that the new team was forced to continue and they really need to move onto something else for every character involved in this. All the ingredients are there to give all of them a better storyline. And yeah, Alex is a douche ๐Ÿ˜‚ Luckily, Xander and Sarah's scenes really elevated today as a whole. Paul Telfer and Lindsey Godfrey continued to kill it. You could really feel the pain and emotion from both of them throughout their scenes. Sarah brought up a lot of interesting points about Xander's character that needed to be addressed, especially when she asked what would happen if the day ever came that she or Victoria ever made him as angry as Philip did. I don't think Xander would react the same way but that definitely needed to be said to him. And I'm glad that Sarah had Maggie to comfort her in the end. I'm looking forward to seeing where the two of them go from here. They really are like a modern day supercouple. Philip comforting Xander was nice as well. Even though I still wouldn't mind them being enemies, I'm coming around to them actually living and respecting each other as brothers. And yeah, I still don't like Amy but I'm glad that she got to hold her grandson at least. Her trying to prevent Johnny and Chanel from adopting Tesoro could be interesting though. Johnny staying on at Titan could be interesting as well.
  24. Youโ€™re right. Too bad the storylines were absolutely horrendous though ๐Ÿ˜‚
  25. They hinted at it briefly, but it was completely dropped when it was revealed that Mark and Cat were brother and sister and working for Clyde.
