  1. I love storylines like that on soaps. It's character driven, and character driven storylines like that are so much better then plot driven nonsense like Body&Soul, which get wrapped up and forgotten about without any effect on anybody or anything. I'm hoping that the trial is the catalyst for the next storylines for all of these characters.
  2. I guess anything's possible, but from what's been said about Lyle Hill, I don't know if he would have had that much respect for actors. Even Nicolas Coster referred to him as "the producer who shall not be named" 😂
  3. I really hope they don’t give Ari a baby. Will/Sonny and Gabi do not need to be 30 year old grandparents 😂😂 And besides, look what it did to Julie, who, thanks to David’s SORAS-ing, became a grandmother at the ripe old age of 28 😂😂😂😂😂
  4. I’ll take Louie 😍😂😂
  5. Welcome back, Shawn! We've missed you... and those eyes 🥰😂😂 And at least they gave a reason why we haven't seen him in a while. I liked that he had a scene with Belle. Now, they just need to talk about her dumping EJ lol and him hanging out with Brady, Sarah and Rachel was a surprise that I didn't mind. While I enjoyed the court scenes and the aftermath of them, I feel like they rushed them a little bit. Maybe they should have waited until the end of the episode to have Kristen rush in and confess, in order to give us a good, though predictable, cliffhanger. Plus, it would've been better than the one that we got. I've been really impressed by Stacy Haiduk this week though, and today was no different. She especially stood out in Kristen's final scene with Marlena. The acting has been really good, and for the first time in a long time, Kristen is coming off as an actual mother. That's another change that I've been a real fan of since the new writers came in. But I still think the character is played out, and should be written out once all this stuff with Rachel is resolved. But I'm glad that Johnny is finally free. And that he still had no time for EJ. Hopefully, that'll be the next conflict for him and Chanel, after they've had some time to be happy lol And, it looks like we have a new interrogation room set too.
  6. So, the guy with a criminal record is the jury foreman. OK 😂😂 And yeah, Adam is a character that should not exist. Other than that, I enjoyed today, even though I wasn't a fan of some of the choices that people made. They really should have waited until after (if) Sarah and Brady get together for her to realize what Sophia did with the baby. And I really hope that someday we get an explanation as to why Sophia wants to be with Tate, but chose to give up his baby. Her, not being ready to be a mother does not seem like a good enough reason at all, especially if she's so determined to not give up on him. Btw, who was that new employee at the Pub? 😍 There were a lot of good scenes today though, especially Brady/Tate and Marlena/Rachel (in the beginning anyway). They really are believable as father and son. And Brady seems more and more John-like every time he has scenes like this. Marlena, trying to calm down Rachel, and reminiscing about John was really sweet too. And while I had mixed feelings about Kristen and EJ scheming again so easily, especially after their scenes yesterday, I thought they both did a really good job acting wise.
  7. I've noticed that too. Hopefully, they're building something up for if/when That way, it would be easier for Stephanie to turn to him, if Days takes that route.
  8. Well… 😍😍😍 I miss him. He deserved so much better than what he got
  9. Touché y’all 😂😂😂😂
  10. A new establishing shot. Now, Salem looks like Smalltown USA 😂😂 I enjoyed Marlena and EJ absorbing the news of Rachel being the shooter. They both did a really good job. I guess I can understand Marlena, suspecting but not knowing for sure whether or not Rachel was the shooter because I can't see her possibly throwing her grandson under the bus to protect her granddaughter. And I expected Kristen to be annoying once she found out the truth and I didn't mind it. It was in her character for her lol but I'm not sure why EJ and Kristen are acting like Rachel will end up in prison if everybody knows that she's the shooter though. But welcome back, Philip. It's been a while. I enjoyed his scenes with Belle, despite him making some weird faces again. And luckily, it looks like the two of them are going to remain just friends because I really don't want them to be a couple again. He also seemed kinda smart in his scenes with Gabi as well. Stephanie, keeping the secret from Alex and everybody about who's really investigating Titan could be interesting though. They're boring and this could be a pretty good messy conflict for them. And with her doing PR for Titan, it could get even messier.
  11. I like Naomi and Jacob together, but they need some good conflict. This June thing seems to be bringing them closer. And I am interested in seeing Leslie now being on an even footing with the Duprees in order to take them on. And the effect that it's going to have on Eva. I do wish that they had waited a little bit for Leslie to drop the bomb on Anita, at least until the end of the episode. That seemed like it would've been the perfect hook to get people to tune in tomorrow.
  12. Why am I thinking of this song right now?
  13. So once again, the whore gets turned on by something related to death. No wonder why her disgusting ass hates Sonny so much, she's just like him. Vaughn did look hot though. But I did enjoy Jason and Britt's reunion. They were good together, and it was something different for Jason at the time, which will always be a good thing. He came alive in his scenes with her and I felt the same way about their scenes today. I wouldn't mind something happening between the two of them now. And yeah, Carly criticizing another mother will never not be hilarious. Bitch, your kids are literally the worst people ever because of you 😂😂
  14. Michael on GH was another one 😂
  15. Same here. There are some things that I'm not liking, but overall, it feels like DOOL again and I'm really happy about that. I'd like that too. I could see JJ trying to secretly investigate Titan, and whatever Gabi is doing with Tony, in an attempt to try and protect her. But Gabi being so stubborn and headstrong getting in his way a lot, which could possibly put his career as a detective in jeopardy.
  16. Ehhh… if we Days fans can get through like six consecutive episodes of Leo, we can get through anything 😂😂😂 But I agree, Shawn, Philip, Jada, and JJ too need to be featured more It seemed more mature too, then what we’ve seen before on Days
  17. The way that storyline was just dropped will never not be ridiculous.
  18. There are some rumors going around about who she’s gonna be paired with, but I’ve heard nothing definite
  19. So, now we know who the shooter is. I think we all suspected this, but at the same time, I think this mystery was written and played out a lot better than the last few mysteries that we've gotten on Days. I like how they tried to keep us guessing, in the beginning anyway lol And while I still enjoyed the trial scenes once again, I can see why some people thought that the trial got a little boring at times. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next, now that it's ending. Hopefully, it'll end up being the catalyst for some good storylines for all the characters involved in it. There's still a lot of story that can be drawn from Johnny and EJ being at odds with each other. Btw, Johnny looked really good in that suit 😍😂 And of course, Leo was not necessary again. Even if I liked him, there's absolutely no point to this crap with his roommate. Marlena and Julie were great though. I love that the two of them have each other to bond over their grief. Now, if only Maggie could be a part of their group. As for Julie buying the bookstore... I don't mind it.
  20. Home & Heart has always been DOA. Maybe somebody can plant a bomb or something at the studio as part of a big Sweeps event lol Hopefully the ADA gets killed off in that explosion too. She's pathetic. And, I don't care at all about Joss being a part of another murder either. I am interested in Jason and Britt and their scenes tomorrow though.
  21. He'll be nice to look at again, that's for sure 😍😍 But ehhh... whatever Ron Carlivati is shaking his head right now 😂😂😂
  22. I was liking the fallout of Johnny firing EJ and how everybody absorbed the news of it. Johnny deciding to represent himself seems a little stupid though. But Belle raised a lot of interesting points today. I wonder if John would be upset, on some level, over Belle choosing to prosecute Johnny and for dating EJ lol and I'm glad that she continued to have no time for EJ's crap. As much as I enjoyed Tony giving advice to EJ on how to deal with Johnny and Chanel, I still can't help but think that he has an ulterior motive, in addition to what we saw in the spoiler promo and in addition to being in cahoots with Gabi. And yeah, they really missed a big opportunity by not having Stephanie be upset about Alex and the book thing, but hopefully it'll lead to something interesting happening, especially now that Stephanie knows that Steve has been investigating Titan, and that Xander wants Alex to convince Stephanie to do PR for them again. Stephanie and Alex should have always been tied into everything going on at Titan with Xander, Philip, etc. from the very beginning instead of being so isolated from it with the book thing. I also wouldn't mind Stephanie being at odds with Steve, Alex, and everybody as a result of all this either. Btw, where the hell is Philip anyway? I feel like we haven't seen him in a long time 😂 And I really enjoyed that Marlena had Kayla to confide in.
  23. I'm still all for Maxie and Spinelli taking their brood and leaving PC, and getting a happily ever after. That's 3 kids gone in one swoop 😂
  24. As glad as I am that they tweaked this one as much as they have, I think they needed to do a little more. Stephanie should have been upset and angry that Alex went behind her back and sent the book to Kate after she told him not to. Her coming around to his POV and being glad that he did that was classic Ron.
